Been ordering from here for about a year now, usually delivery. Food always arrives hot and tasty. The order is always accurate and the pricing is reasonable. Since the Covid stay at home order, my husband and I are both working from home and we have been ordering lunch from Panda Garden every week. We order a few dishes, so we have lunches for a few days. It is always delivered in a very reasonable amount of time. We ask for no contact delivery and the gentleman who delivers always waits out in his car and waves when I come out to get the order from my porch. We've ordered by phone, the folks are always nice and thankful. We've ordered online, very easy. Never had any issue. I hope you guys will be around for a very long time. I thought I would give them a shot since they're close to my new home, despite mixed-reviews. I can tell you I won't be ordering again. Delivery was delayed and disappointing was the food. We started with the hot and sour soup, while not terrible in flavor, it completely lacked texture. Where were the bamboo shoots and carrot? It consisted mainly of tofu, egg, and pork bits. The beef skewers were grizzly and tough, not to mention greasy. We were given two free spring rolls with our order. Although their hot mustard was fantastic, the rolls themselves tasted as though they were fried in low grade oil. They contained cabbage at best. OK, I'm still eating since I'm hungry. We made it to the chicken lettuce wraps much to my chagrin. They tiny pieces of cubed chicken tasted oil-soaked with pine nuts on top. The lame iceberg lettuce was the only clean flavor in my mouth. That is sad. I appreciate clean, fresh flavor of meat, vegetable, and appropriate spice. This place did not deliver at all. Oil is not a food group for me. Save yourself the trip. read more

This is a new Mom and Pop Chinese restaurant. I'm not sure why Chinese restaurants recycle the same 100 names around the country, but this place is definitely not related to the nasty Panda Express. The interior is nice and nicely decorated, which is suprising for a mom and pop shop. The food is fresh and prepared when you order it. The entrees are usually last me two meals. I like this place, but the only thing that confuses me is that if I go in and get the food to go, it takes them about 30-40 minutes, even if the place is nearly empty. Panda Garden...Very Good!!! We went on a whim to Panda Garden last night for Dinner. We usually go further to another place in Northglenn. It was snowy, so we stayed local. I'm glad we did.. We all were very pleased with our dinner, and the food was very fresh, not too salty, it was just right. We ordered Happy Family, Chicken Pad Thai, and Cashew Chicken all were very flavorful without being overly seasoned it had just the right spice.. We enjoyed our dinner with the house hot Green Tea.. I placed an order for delivery and it took over an hour. When the gentleman arrived the bag was ripped and said sorry I just ripped bag getting out of the car. No problem I stated. When I went to eat my food there was a note written in black marker " Be advised this order was delivered to the wrong address and a bite was taken out of it. They also ate the egg rolls and wantons.How disturbing that they delivered my food to the wrong people and when they finally realized it wasn't their food they went back picked it up and delivered to me. I went straight to their business and the same gentleman stated there wasnt a manager there and that he was sorry and he would make a new one. I told how could he lie and said he ripped the bag and then deliver me food that someone else ate. He said I made mistake and they refunded my money I will never go there. What a shame...when first opened it was ok... But now...yuck! The food was so so bad. Fried rice isn't fried at all it's just rice with soy sauce mixed in. The chicken curry was the worst I've ever had! Both in flavor and quality. Weak weak curry flavor and EVERY bite of chicken was tough with either a visible piece of fat or a big piece of non chewable tendon. You can tell the cook doesn't care and didn't take any pride in their food. Omg so so gross!!!! The vegetables were anything but fresh! Then there is the price what a joke. We got delivery from this place because they deliver right to our hotel room for only a $2 extra charge. The appetizers were really good. We got the beef skewers, crab rangoons, BBQ pork spareribs, and spring rolls. All awesome. The entrees we got were so-so. We got the green curry, orange chicken, and the combo chow fun. The orange chicken was the best of the three. The curry and chow fun tasted fine but were on the bland side. Probably because this place doesn't use MSG, which is a good thing. Overall, it was good and we would order from here again but we would just try different entrees. Also, I saw some reviews saying that the employees and delivery people were rude but we did not experience that at all. I called today to order from these people and the lady who was taking my order was the rudest lady I've ever talked to. I asked for the Chicken Lo Mein, because they have a $15 minimum for delivery and had preplanned my order, and she kept arguing with me to order the cheaper (I image smaller) portion. I told her I didn't want the Lunch Menu option as I was trying to meet the minimum delivery amount and she told me she knows what the delivery minimum is and don't tell her how to take the order. I told her thanks but no thanks and I'll deliver from somewhere else. She was so rude that I will NEVER eat there or recommend them to anyone. I use to always order here and was always good. My last 2 orders have been gross. I have special requests and is usually no problem but it seem I'm getting punished for requests on how I want my food. $35 order and I had to trash most of it and gave most to my dogs. The rice tasted like they picked it out of trash and microwaved it. The grilled chicken was a hard rubber that would not allow you to bit or rip through it. Like microwaved to much. The beef skewers were burnt and tasted like dirt. Not sure if they got new cooks or what but, a big disappointment :( I actually ended up going to Taco Bell after throwing away $35! $7 for tip to show appreciation for a couple requests. I also got a side of teriyaki sauce that was burnt as well probably over microwaved as well. Panda Express will be where I go for now on. What a up set! read more

For a neighborhood Chinese food joint, this place delivers big. I've been to a few of the Chinese places in the area, but this is by far my regular place. Was very satisfied with our meal! Edit: I had to reiterate how good they are. I've now tried about 15 of their different entrees and every one has been exceptional. Nice find in the northern parts. I had a late afternoon appointment in Westminster, and dreaded driving home in the rush hour traffic. Pulled out my trusty Yelp mobile for WebOS (please add check-in soon!!!) and this little strip-mall storefront restaurant popped up. Panda Garden is your typical Chinese restaurant with a little Thai thrown in for good measure. The environment is clean and nicely furnished, with lots of light. Although I did not partake, they do have Boba for those who like that thing. My main dish was their combination drunken noodles, with a little cup of hot & sour soup. The soup had a nice mix of tofu and vegetables, and the broth was just on the right side of thickness. The drunken noodles were made with pad thai rice noodles rather than flat/wide or bowties. The shrimp may have been slightly overcooked, but were still tasty. Overall, a nice dish once I added a bit of hot chili oil. Finally, the waitress wore an anklet with bells, so I always knew when she was approaching :) read more

The good: -Simple, easy ordering online via GrubHub (sweet!) -Delivered right to my hotel (so I don't have to drive in snow, double sweet) -The Jalapeno chicken was fresh and hot when it arrived -Friendly driver The not-so-good: -The Jalapeno chicken, while fresh, did lack flavor and wasn't very spicy -The price was a lot for the amount of food I got -The fried rice lacked flavor as well and was just......boring. There is just rice and bits of egg. No peas. No carrots. No nothing. Just plain fried rice which is also dry. It was edible and I was thankful to not have to drive in the snow. I called Panda Garden to order takeout. The woman on the phone was rude and very impatient. She asked for my credit card number and, not realizing id have to pay for the food on the phone, I did not have it on me. I asked her to please hang on so that I could run and get it. She threw me on hold w/o so much as a word of "yes of course" or even "could I please put you on hold while you get your card information". Came back onto the line not even three seconds later. God forbid I cannot run outside and out to my car in under that amount of time. This employee made me feel so rushed and anxious that I finally said that I would call back. I called back, card in hand, and the same woman got short with me, snapped that she was on the other line and could not help me and threw me back on hold. I worked service for 12 years myself so I am kind and polite to others in this industry. Needless to say, it isn't worth trying to understand why any business would treat anyone trying to support them in such a manner. There's zero excuse for behavior like that. We will not be ordering from this place again. It is not worth the price nor being treated like I'm an inconvenience. read more

We've had food delivered and have eaten in the restaurant since Panda Garden has opened. This is our favorite restaurant because the food is always hot and fresh. The dining area is always neat and clean. When you order delivery, they tell you a time but they always deliver before the time given and the food is still steaming hot!!!! I live less then a mile from the restaurant and I took just under an hour (54minutes) to get my $20 order. The driver came to the door handed me my food and asked "no tip?" I explained I did a tip when I placed it online and he argued with me that on the typed receipt in blue pen someone wrote tip cash. He stood there trying to convince me I need to tip him. This place used to be great, but it's swirling down the bowl now. They can't get a take out order right, person on phone says one thing then it's different. They usually deliver super fast so today we ordered for lunch. After 30+ minutes I called. Cranky pants on the phone said their delivery time is always an hour, which is a lie. I told her to cancel my order. Less than 5 minutes later it was at the door, but we'd already sent a runner for burgers. The customer service was great. They were polite and friendly. I called in an order for pick up, and they were very quick; I didn't have to wait at all. Sadly, the food did not measure up to the service. We ordered the pao pao platter (variety sample of appetizers), two egg drop soups, and two entrees. It was quite literally the worst chinese food I've ever eaten in my entire life. The soups were somewhat raw, the shrimp and chicken combo was slimy (ew!), the lemon chicken was only a plate full of breaded chicken with a lemon on top and nothing else, and the appetizers were dry and tasteless. After an hour of waiting, I called the store. Was told it would be an hour wait. So I'm looking at 3 hours to get my full order IF the honor their word. Easily the most bland chinese food I have ever had in my life. We were exploring options for food delivery but because of our location we were limited to 3 places. This was one of them so let's now say my list of 3 is down to 2. Ordered at 7:52 food was estimated to arrive by 9:13 and food didn't get there until 9:47. Almost two hours for awful food that was probably prepped with it's lack of seasoning in 10 minutes. Their food is always hot when it arrives at my house as if it came out the oven directly and not Have to travel to me 1st before I can eat it. It always arrives before the expected time but it seems that the guy that brings it always gets lost. I have ordered from this establishment at least 5 to 7 times since I moved year and not one time has he yet to make it to my door with me having to go out and look for him. This place has the worst chinese food that i have had in years. I geel like i got ripped off because its pricey. We ordered from here since we are new to the area. It was terrible. Please do not waste money on this place. I ordered wonton soup. It was incredibly bland. So I tried some soy sauce in it but it didn't help. The wontons (which are normally light and delicate)...were thick, doughy, and disgusting. 95% heavy thick dough and a tiny itty bitty circle of meat. I threw it out. So gross. Crab cheese wontons were so brown they were hard to eat without scratching your mouth/gums. Not pleasant.We tried the chicken wings. Zero flavor..not even salt. They just fry the whole wing with no seasoning. Gross and greasy. Bland. The egg rolls were burnt - black parts. The lo mein was not bad. That I could handle. The fried rice was basically just rice. No veggies or egg in it. Bland. The mongolian beef was pretty good. Last..we ordered moo shoo pork. That was OK. No chopsticks, just forks. Very highly dissapointed. Please do not waste your money here unless you enjoy greasy, oil soaked food!!! Never again. Oh and they didn't even give us fortune cookies. read more

If youre looking for authentic Chinese...youve came to the wrong place! But this stuff is great never the less. I highly recommend their wonton soup, their sesame chicken, and their sweet and sour anything. I have eaten here two times now, and they have yet to disapoint.
