The Dan Dan Noodles were great although could use a little more sauce. The cucumber dish was good, a little small but was refreshing to eat.

I was given a small table near the entrance and I asked for a larger table, since I planned on ordering quite a few dishes to try. The maître d' said "No", that they reserve those seats for four people. I completely understand if the restaurant was busy or expecting more people. I said, no, I would be leaving. I was allowed to leave. After all, he had no stake in the revenue. But I hope the owners will take notice of this. You have lost a customer, and likely a repeat customer. In addition, whatever happened to service and accommodating customers, especially when it costs nothing in this situation.

We were greeting by a young man and seated promptly. We ordered boneless spare ribs and steamed dumplings as an appetizer and they both came out steaming hot and absolutely delicious. The dumplings had more meat than have ever had. The boneless ribs were big and flavorful. I ordered Moo Soo Pork and my wife had the House Egg Fu Young. The portions were enormous and the food was hot, fresh, and delicious. I wish we lived closer so we could come back. The owner/chef came out and said hi which was a nice touch to a great experience. I highly recommend.

The oyster omelettes were the most disappointing though. There was barely any oyster in it. There were literally only 4 pieces of oyster, so 2 per person. Mostly flour. My favorite dish was probably the bao buns (I think they called it burgers on the menu). The pork belly was tender and delicious! Service was slow in the second half of our visit and we had to leave so we asked for dessert to go. The mantou was yummy! I would definitely recommend the mantou; it's authentic.
