This is definitely the best Chinese takeout I've found in the area. The food is fresh, flavorful and affordable. I always the get the shrimp with garlic sauce. It has the right amount of spice with large, delicious shrimp. I highly recommend this dish. I've also tried the egg rolls, which are fine, and fried rice, which is a little lackluster. They are a hole in the wall restaurant with no ambiance, but the food brings me over from Ocean Springs. They put enough heat in spicy entrees if you request it. The food always is served piping hot without unpleasant grease and smells amazing. I've had general tso, dragon and Phoenix, Singapore mei fun, fried and white rice, dumplings, Hunan beef, Chinese style egg rolls and Vietnamese style spring rolls, and even got them to make general tso without breading the chicken when I was keeping a low gluten diet. One note: This is not a buffet. Everything is cooked to order by good cooks. You deserve better than buffet food. read more

This was by far the best food we've had in a long while. We love Chinese food and this place tops it. The chicken was fresh and not hard to chew or rubbery. It was just fall apart from the fork goodness. The sauce was thick and very tasty. The egg rolls were 100% fresh. The time it took to order and to go pick up the food was extremely beneficial . I order there at least once a month. It is inexpensive, good food and maybe most importantly it is consistent. That is over a four year period. The people working there cannot be nicer. Today I saw someone who had ordered more food than they could pay for. Even though the food was already cooked and waiting to be picked up several items were taken off the bill. Not the best I've had but decent takeout food for a great value. Our entrees came with a spring roll and fried rice for about 7$ each, that's less than what we usually pay for in other takeout places without the additional sides. Portions are also huge! Love that they use plastic containers instead of those flimsy cardboard or styro boxes. Will be back to try some more! read more

I grew up outside San Francisco eating all varieties of Chinese food, both restaurant, grandma's cooking, and Americanized. Panda House makes what my sister and I deem "Greasy Chinese", your common Americanized version. We had broccoli beef, pot stickers, fried rice, kung pao shrimp and chow mein. The beef and shrimp dishes were tasty, with a good amount of spice on the kung pao, but not over powering. Pot stickers were ok, nothing amazing, fried rice was a good vessel for the meats, but nothing special again. The chow mein was very disappointing. An odd mixture of lettuce, onions and chicken in a bland sauce thrown over some friend wonton strips, not worth the money. Overall the food was ok, good quick greasy Americanized Chinese, but nothing you really need to go out of your way for, especially if you live in an area of the country where better Chinese can be found. read more

Real Chinese my foot. This place isn't even your typical run-of-the-mill Americanized, purposefully misspelled menu Chinese. I've come here twice and each time they flat out mess our order up. We ordered sauteed broccoli in spicy garlic sauce... they gave us house vegetable mix. I wanted JUST broccoli in garlic, not everything from the fridge thrown in a wok. Also ordered vegetable lo mein. Last I checked veg lo mein does NOT have shrimp and chicken in it. VEGETABLE is what was ordered, NOT shrimp lo mein, and NOT chicken lo mein. Do they even listen to their customers? What if one of us was allergic to shellfish? We repeated our order several times, in person, loud and clear and they still completely failed to deliver. There was only one other customer there aside from us during dinner time on a Saturday so that should tell you how "amazing" they are. Do not go here. King Buffet down the road near Edgewater Mall is so, so much better... and at least when you go there, you KNOW you're getting what you want! read more

However it was originally suppose to be a take out order, the lady did not understand a word I said so after waiting 10 minutes (the amount she said it would take to make the food) I drove and had to wait another 10 minutes for the food to be done. The floor and tables were incredibly sticky from the moment you walk in and from there it got worse; the food had no flavor, the grease they used for wontons was stale in taste. So stale I didn't eat them and I rarely pass up a cream cheese wonton! There is a young girl about three or four years old that should be somewhere playing vs. spending all day in a restaurant. My faves: house mei fun, teriyaki chicken, black bean chicken, beef and broccoli, sesame chicken, lo mein, coconut shrimp... The list goes on and on.
