The food was rubbery and obviously had been sitting in the serving trays for a very long time. When we told the manager we were not staying to eat because we did not like that the food was old and dried out he said well you are paying for your drinks! And proceeded to charge us for two iced teas we barely touched. This place gets a zero for customer service. read more

My friend liked the fried mushrooms and I thought they were good. The rest was a lot of food but fairly flavorless. I was torn about reviewing from our trip. For one thing it is a good place for locals to have some Chinese food. I believe it was a good value from a quantity perspective but was bland. I just got take out and just saw the Buffett. It appears that even though we ordered off the menu that the entrees may have been on the Buffett. The person who took my to go order at front was pleasant. It will do. Panda House delivered to the property where I was staying on the journey home. It had mixed reviews but based on them I opted not to go for the buffet and ordered via phone and requested delivery. Despite the language barrier I ordered hot n sour soup , crab Rangoon and a chef special that claimed it had crispy noodle that I prefer to rice. The lady who took my order was very patient with me and it was she who delivered to my location about 25 minutes later. Exceptional service and only a $3 delivery fee, and no order minimum. The soup was great- the crab Rangoon good. My main course wasn't what I expected -I was disapponted there was no crispy noodle, it did come with a side of rice. It was shrimp, chicken, beef and Chinese cabbage and carrot in a brown sauce. It was tasty. Not often you get such good customer service so I really appreciated that. read more

We were on the evening end of a long day of driving & asked the front desk for a recommendation. Panda House was his choice. So off we went. It was in a stretch of store fronts which needed, if nothing else, a coat of fresh paint. We hesitated but decided to give it a try & so glad we did. If I could give them negative 5 stars, I would. Me and my family went to Panda House in Lonoke AR last night to enjoy some good Chinese food, but instead received food poisoning. Yay. The chicken wings were undercooked and swelled with blood. The rice tasted as if it was left out and reheated. The Egg Foo Young didn't taste much like egg, if that was egg it must've been rotten. The Orange Chicken tasted "powdery" as my younger sister put it. I would've went back to receive my $30+ dollars back, but they don't open until 11. Will be reporting to the BBB! read more

Go for their take-out or delivery option. Their buffet food tends to get a little stale. it makes sense for a restaurant in a small town since they don't get enough turn-over. If you order take-out or call for delivery they make the food fresh. The food wasn't the best I've had but it was decent. The portions were large and prices amazingly small. Woohooo! This place is good as it can get! The lady there is super friendly, and the food is very tasty. I was once at the Lonoke Hotel and I can't believe they actually deliver to the Hotel! The food arrive very quickly. One thing is the lady sometimes had some language barrier, but not that big of a problem if you speak slowly. I highly recommend this place to anyone who like some fresh Chinese food deliver to their hotel. I'm definitely ordering from that place again if I ever travel pass there. I have been to many Chinese food buffets over the years and I was impressed with Panda House. The food is very tasty. Spiced very well and cooked great. Their green beans were something special and I am not crazy about green beans. I don't know why this place is not packed with customers all the time. You people in Lonoke need to support this place. Ate here about six years ago and the fact that I remembered typically tells me something. Wanted veggies tonight, so I ordered just that, along with rice and egg rolls. Tons of veggies, no skimping here! The sauce was flavorable, and the owner upgraded my rice to fried rice, which I mixed with the veggie sauce! Egg drop soup was great also! We stopped at Panda House on our way from TX to MS and it was a pleasant experience. The owner was very nice. For basic Chinese food, everything tasted good and was reasonably priced. We took ours to go, but we would've enjoyed sitting in the dining room, too. We stopped around 8 o'clock and the street was dark, but don't let that be a deterrent. read more

We love the owners, and the food is pretty good! After a certain time, it's not fresh, but we tend to avoid most buffets after 7:30 for that reason. Panda House could stand a good cleaning, though. Just, please, clean the bathroom floors some time. It would make a world of difference. read more
