    What a beautiful store this is. It is multi level and very spacious and clean. Everything is displayed very nicely. I did not feel like someone was watching my every step like sometimes how I feel going into a very high end store. The workers here were nice and greeted me when I walked in.

    They temporarily moved to 59th behind the Apple Store. They ask you if you want anything, I said champagne pls, n they obliged! It's a nice way to shop while drinking since sticker price of the bags does r shock you

    Must see during Christmas.. Mr Dior always puts on a classy Christmas show.. for those that cannot afford to shop, the outside is immaculate and has windows that are decorated inside with gorgeous decor

    Great experience here. Jennifer, our sales associate was so nice. I came in looking specifically for fine jewelry and she happily showed me the rings I wanted to see from the Bois de Rose collection to match the one I already own in white gold. I wanted to see the rose gold pink diamond metro styled ring and they did have it - in person - to try on. I've been looking and looking and looking for it. It's beautiful! The store was clean and everyone was friendly and accommodating. Doors opened for us and staff offered us refreshments while we waited for our jewels to be brought out to try on. There are bags and other items inside as well as perfumes and shoes. Plenty to see. But I came for the Bois de Rose and Jennifer is researching my size availability for me!

    What should I say about this location, first of all tge SA wasn't sure about us seriously buying the bag so couple of them volunteerly come to us but when my friend showed her was going yo buy that is why we get a service. I'm enjoying tasting SA about how sge us going to be nice to us. Sge wanted to sell more and more stuff as much as she can. All service complimentary we had to ask about then she told her assistant to get it for us. This is about Surviving so i kindda understand why SA is not completely friendly to us. The benefits comes first then if she thinks she would get return customer she will be a nicer.

    Went in today to grab a new pair of sneakers. They are open with safety measures in place so it's best to make an appointment since you can't really browse. I was lucky and only had to wait 5 mins. Went upstairs with an associate (ask for Lisa), picked out my shoes and was done in 20 mins. Nice, easy and professional. All employees are wearing masks. Enjoy!

P.S.: [Blatant attempt to garner a couple "U"s of the "U/F/C" vote] If you want to get stuff cleaned, they can send it into some ridiculous secret-society-of-handbag-miracle-workers that will perform the equivalent of "detailing a car" (and, considering the price of some of these lovelies, the comparison really isn't too far off) for something stupidly affordable like $30, after which you will receive it "better than new" according to the friendly sales rep.     The manager Lucy Lu from Dior Soho ..insisted that this is NORMAL  to a 15 years customer of Dior .

    On December 15, 2018 I purchased pair of blue jeans (uncoated as for salesman) for the amount of 860 US dollars and 11 cents and I wear new jeans week after, at the corporate party in Europe. I was wearing new jeans with white, dress shirt I purchased at Bloomingdales store in Avenura, Florida. That shirt cost me 195 us dollars plus taxes. I was very disappointed to found out that my shirt got nasty blue stains on it because of new Dior jeans . I never had that problem before and even Dior website suggests wearing a white dress shirt with dark blue Dior jeans. It was a very unpleasant experience. Next day after the incident I made a long distance call to Dior store in New York. I spoke with Mr. Andrew and I was promised that the manager will call us back. No one called and 2 days later I followed up with Andrew over the phone again and this time he asked me to come to the store when back in New York. I was back in USA on January 4th and on January 5th I made a 45 minutes trip, paying for the tolls, to the store located at Green st. in NY. I met Manager Lucy Lu. She looked at the jeans, the shirt and proof of purchases for the jeans and shirt. She said thank you for been honest, that the jeans been worn for couple of hours (because they show no sign of wear) .After an examination and hearing the story she asked me what would I like. As I stated earlier, I am a Dior customer for the last 15 years and this is first time something like that happened to me. Disregarding all the inconvenience I asked the Manager for credit only and I was ready to purchase another 3 different pairs at the store. I was deeply surprised and unsatisfied when my request was denied. Manager told me that dark blue jeans came with instructions ( never seen any instructions attached ) and they cannot be exchanged for something else. She never apologized for all the inconvenience, lots of time and money I experienced with this situation. Bad product plus very unpleasant Customer service you don't expect from the company like Dior . I am asking for the full refund (jeans) for the defective product I purchased and I am asking for the apology. Those jeans cannot be worn with any light clothes. They cannot be worn on rainy day or on snow In fact I sent them a video, when touching the jeans with piece of tissue, tissue becomes dark blue?! For the last month and a half I am trying to get an answer from Dior in writing . I spoke with 5 different representatives and 2 managers , promising to fix the problem .Endless emails and calls after 8 pm from France . So far no luck and i think small court claim will be made in February .

If anything, it may be worth going in to confirm your sizing, but I'd rather shop at another boutique or online. I ended up having to go through corporate for a resolution for an item that ripped right after I bought it, after this boutique never returned my calls and was unhelpful and curt over the phone when I finally reached them. The experience and quality is H&M, but the pricing is at a premium. While I'll probably buy from MM la fleur again, it won't be at this boutique, which is a shame because it's the closest to my home and work.

    I had a work trip run expectedly long and desperately needed some things to wear, without having…read moretime to go to a physical store. MM Lafleur's stuff is overpriced and basic, but I can count on it to fit me well. I ordered $2K of stuff and paid extra for expedited shipping. I just wanted a simple solution and was willing to pay $ for it. Fedex then refused to deliver to my address because I had forgotten the unit number. After waiting 45 minutes on hold with them, I confirmed my name , contact info and the order number, and called from the phone number on the package, but they refused to deliver. (I gave them the correct unit number, or gave them the option of leaving it inside of a locked gate at that address they had access to, but they refused). I contacted MM Lafleur via email hoping they could make it right, but they basically shrugged their shoulders and said 'we've processed your refund, you should have your money back in 7-10 days.' They claimed that Fedex said I refused the package, which couldn't be farther from the truth. I'm going to be working all weekend and don't have the time to go on a shopping trip. I would happily go to a Fedex location to pick it up, happily arrange to be outside the front address when it's delivered. Insult to injury, they said -- 'please update your address so this doesn't happen with future orders.' Sometimes people make mistakes with addresses, I've never had a Company refuse to contact the carrier to make an update. Just laziness with a side of "not my problem" attitude. It didn't seem like MM's customer service bothered to read my email and wasn't interested in engaging. (Maybe they're using AI instead of employees, who knows). Maybe their reps are paid based on how quickly they "resolve" cases. I know I shouldn't be shocked by crappy customer service, but I've had better experiences with Spirit Airlines. MM LaFleur -- do better.

I purchased a white vegan leather jacket from your brand at the soho location. Shockingly, the material has begun to discolor and turn black, rendering it completely unwearable. When I reached out for support, I experienced an incredibly frustrating "ping-pong" effect: the Soho store told me to call customer service, and customer service directed me right back to the Soho store. No one was willing to take ownership or provide a solution. For a luxury brand with premium pricing, this dismissive attitude toward customer loyalty is unacceptable. Product defects can happen, but your current policies and customer care framework fail to support the people who keep your business running. I have noticed your merchandise lagging on the floors of major retailers like Bloomingdale's, Neiman Marcus, and Saks Fifth Avenue--and frankly, this unhelpful approach to customer service is likely a driving factor. Until Alice + Olivia improves its quality standards and institutes a policy that actually protects consumers when items go bad, I have decided to take my business elsewhere.
