The rolled ice cream menu also features many flavors and combinations - my friend ordered a mint Oreo blend and said it was fantastic. Pandora is more of a takeout place, although there are a few tables inside where you can wait for your order. I had a very bad experience with a short black woman with glasses who gave me an attitude the entire time I was there. I ordered a 16 oz taro milk drink and I know I said 16 oz and when I finished the purchased I realized that it was the wrong price and I went up to ask what size she got me and she said large and I said I never ordered a large I wanted a 16OZ and instead of politely apologizing for HER mistake she started to argue with me saying "it's a dollar difference, she's already making it, maybe I should've said" which for 1. I under stand it's a dollar difference but I WANTED a 16OZ because that's what I asked for 2. Then maybe don't waste your coworkers time and double check the order with the customer before you put it in queue (and open ur ears because I know I said 16oz) and 3. I did say I wanted a 16oz taro milk tea. I was having a really good night too spending time with my boyfriend and she honestly ruined it. It's a shame her coworkers gotta deal with that and I even let the manager know about this so hopefully she gets fired and this is a lesson for her. And this isn't just her, her coworkers did not acknowledge my presence and we're all frowning. It made the store unwelcoming and depressing. I went in today to try the jianbing crepe - when I was here last time for ice cream, I saw this on the menu and was determined to try it here eventually! I tried a jianbing for the first time in July in Portland at the famous Bing Mi food truck. It was really yummy, so I was happy to find it locally. It was prepared in front of my eyes and it was layers of delicious flavor, steaming hot and with my favorite vegetable, green onions! It also has an egg that is swirled into the crepe batter - yum! When speaking with the owner, I learned that she studied in Japan and will be offering the sweet crepes in handheld format which is Japanese-style. This was our first time trying rolled ice cream. The selection of flavors appears interesting, but we placed an order for two servings: one for Triple Threat and one for Rum Raisin. After paying over $18 for this order and waiting over 35 min, it turns out they didn't have the marshmallow fluff for the Rum Raisin order. The offered mini marshmallows as a substitute. The marshmallows and the raisins add-in were both very dry and hard. You couldn't really taste any rum flavor either. The Triple Threat was good, but very overpriced. So between the long wait, high price and mediocre quality of half our order, I would not recommend patronizing this place and definitely will never come back. read more
