Our house has 20+ windows. After having washed them myself for several years, and then, honestly, not getting around to washing them for several more (!), we hired Pane-Less Window Washing. Wow. Was I was impressed. The speed and attention to detail which Dan exhibited was fabulous. I appreciated his taking off his shoes and using drip clothes under the windows while washing. excellent service! I hired him based on my neighbor's recommendation. He was indeed awesome. He matched my neighbor's price which made me quite happy. I am a cleaning maniac, so, when I see a person removes his shoes before he starts work at my house, he already wins my trust. He spent couple hours cleaning our spike-web/dust filled windows inside and out. After he was done, he actually did a walk-around to do some touch-up just to make sure every window/door is clean. He did leave a few drops of dirt water on the floor when he walked around with his bucket. But I just wiped them out myself. Not a big deal. What a difference! I can actually see my neighbors' houses now! don't know whether that's good or bad. :) My husband was questing whether we need to clean windows, after he saw Daniel's work, he was convinced that we needed that work. Daniel does not return any of my numerous phone calls and texts. Ridiculous. The sad part is that I had used him twice last year and the year before because he was very good. Both times he retured my calls late, like within 2 or 3 days, but this time I have not heard back for two weeks. I wonder if he is still in business, but from the looks of the comments here, he is. This is my first time ever having windows washed for me and Daniel did a great job. I would definitely hire him again. The best part to me is how clean the tracks are and that's one dirty job! The quality was also consistent throughout the house. He also took the time to note that one of our blinds was broken which I already knew and that one of our windows is hazing. Daniel arrived on time, got started and worked diligently inside and out with minimal disruption. Cleaned the solar panels too. My only regret is I didn't realize he could do the skylights until he was packing up after about 5 hours work. I'm very satisfied. You can be too! Daniel Mann has just completed doing a marvelous job of cleaning the windows, tracks and screens in my two story home. He responded to my phone call (I'm old fashioned), on same day, We switched communication to messaging. Daniel came to give me an estimate on the next day (which was very reasonable), made an appointment for doing the job 1 week and 1 day later. Now the job is done. He works alone, is clean and careful while working and seems to have it down to a science. Very efficient, lovely, sparkly results and a pleasure to have had him work in my home. He did point out some shadowing which had developed between the panes of some windows. Now I will contact the window company and see what they can do about that. It's such a pleasure to have found Daniel. His number stays on my phone. (Not so old fashioned after all.). read more

Our windows were in need of a long overdue good cleaning. Daniel and his assistant did a very thorough job and the windows look great! I would take a photo but they literally look invisible, so what's the point? They also did wonders with the screens and the tracks. The price was very reasonable and they showed up right on time. Wow, windows and French doors look amazing! Daniel works with a partner and they are very professional and courteous. The over-the-phone estimate was very reasonable and they did not go over. And what a wonderful job they do! My husband came home and said, "did they clean the windows or remove them?" I myself had earlier stopped myself from smudging up the kitchen window to check if it was there. Really, it is so clean that it looks like my windows are missing. We had the windows installed about 10 years ago and had never washed them beyond my trying to clean them with vinegar and rags a few times. These guys were great! They washed the inside and outside of all our windows on our 1500 sq ft house (including washing the screens). As everyone is saying, Daniel has excellent prices, does a great job, and is extremely punctual. Our house has 50+ windows, some located very high as it has two stories and is on a hill. Daniel cleaned them inside and out, blew the leaves off the roof and the gutters, all in a day. When we had the same job done last time, it took 4 people. I called Daniel on a Thursday and asked how soon he could come out to my house to wash our windows. He said he was free on Saturday, which was perfect for me. He showed up on the dot a 1:30. He got right to work and did a fantastic job. We have 23 windows and he spent the better part of the afternoon working on them. Just had all my windows as well as shutters cleaned by Daniel and his team. This is the first time I hired someone, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Sparkly clean is the best way to describe our windows and we are really happy with the work that Daniel did. We made an appointment for a quote as we have a three story townhouse which most window washing companies are not willing to consider. Daniel was prompt and his prices were reasonable. He was very conscientious of when to schedule the appointment as we have several windows that have strong sunlight in the early morning. On the day of the appointment, he was on time and efficient. He cleaned the interior/exterior of the windows in addition to the screens and window tracks. We were very impressed how neat he was and am very happy with the service he provided. Daniel did a great job on my windows- inside and out. The windows were extremely dirty after a power washing by our painters. I don't think the insides had ever been cleaned and were very dirty on the tracks. He did a great job and took the time to re-do areas that I was a little nit-picky about. I am very detail oriented and find and see every spot of dirt. He was happy to get spots that I found (there weren't that many) and it was all in the tracks/frame area- the windows were spotless. I am very pleased with his work, and will use him again and again. He was professional in the house and so was his helper. We are having guests coming in a couple of days and my wife wanted the windows cleaned. I am a tax preparer and this is my busiest time of year so I was unable to do it. I searched through yelp and from others reviews I felt this company would do a good job. My wife is hard to please but she smiled and gave me a thumbs up when she saw the completed job. Daniel and his helper cleaned our windows, screens, the rails and anything else that could be cleaned like they have never been cleaned before. We were moving out of our 100 year old rented house in Los Gatos, and had multiple windows to be cleaned, some of them louvered and quite tricky. Daniel came and gave us a very competItive price. He arrived at 9am and finished at around 5pm. His work was nothing short of astounding. I felt that I had never really looked through my windows before! They sparkled and shone, and the whole house looked different as a result. He worked like a Trojan. Daniel is such a nice guy, and so understated. We were home packing most of the day, and he quietly went round the house doing his magic. My husband and I were wondering why he had left the front door glass until the end, and he informed us he was timing the work and leaving the west facing panes till last, as the evening sun would still be on them so he could ensure he could see clearly to finish off the job. Windows had a lot of dust on the outside, the inside, the window rails, and the screens. Daniel and his assistant cleaned all of it. In two hours, they were able to complete a large arch window, patio doors and two large windows at my apartment, which is on the second floor. Great work, great price, cannot go wrong with these guys. Do note that for double-pane windows, you cannot get the condensation streaks off, but for everything else, you can trust these guys to do a great job. read more

Daniel and his team cleaned my windows yesterday. They did a good job on the windows - no streaks, clean tracks and screens - very refreshing! They are both very nice gentlemen and respectful. I'm giving them 4 stars (instead of 5) for 2 reasons: their step ladder left black marks on the wall under one window where they could get right next to the window. So I had to scrub that wall to remove the marks. Too bad they didn't notice it themselves and wash the marks off then. They also seemed quite slow in their work. They took 3 hours to do my small house and I would see them standing, talking and puttering about. I had other errands to do in the afternoon and didn't expect it to take that long. I would have preferred a bit of a quicker pace, though maybe it was a more leisurely-scheduled afternoon for them (just not for me). I was disappointed that they didn't clean (or even dust) the blinds on each window - that would be a nice additional service to go with the sparkling clean windows. Overall I recommend them, but not with wild enthusiasm. read more

We recently had our windows washed inside and out by Daniel. He recently relocated to the Silicon Valley. He was very hardworking, amiable and overall professional. I felt comfortable having him in the house. When he started working, we could start to see the difference almost immeadiately! He did a very thorough job cleaning every pane on both sides and the screens and border areas. Everything from the typical grime to some paint splatters were totally gone.
