He was very friendly and sociable during his time here. We talked about all sorts of various things which made it feel like a friend was there installing the windows rather than just a serviceman. The night after all the windows were installed there was a problem with the security system. It wasn't recognizing that some of the windows were closed. I texted Reed and he called me back right away. He came back the next day, moved back two window frames that that been moved on my request, and the alarm worked again fine. After hiring him 5 weeks ago to replace 2 trees in our front yard we noticed one wasn't looking great while the other was thriving. Upon further inspection, we discovered the tree was dead and not just died dead like dead dead. The whole tree from top to bottom was as dry as a bone several layers into the trunk along with branches snapping off like nothing. I texted him nicely to go over the situation and he immediately started gaslighting me that I killed the tree. Every single time he would ask me about how I did something. I would tell him, then he would come up with another excuse of why I killed it. He then went by the house to check on it and tried to tell me I over saturated it and that's why it died, but that moisture was from us testing and running the bubblers a few hours before he showed up to see if that's what caused the tree to die. I can assure you a tree doesn't die and dry up completely tip to trunk in 5 weeks. Learn from my mistake, hire the other guy!
