Excellent service and delicious home made food priced reasonably. Tips: -it's really called Pan E Vin, not sure why it's reflected wrongly here, but be sure to look out for the small restaurant! -small bites are for lunch only -sorry to say but I would probably pass on desserts. Am not marking them down for this because it's a personal preference rather than lack of culinary skill in the way they are done (if you have an extremely high standard then you might be disappointed, or if you don't like your desserts too sweet and more well balanced in general)

I was here the first time in December 2019 and I loved the pizza! Just arrived again today June 2022 and the pizza is still delicious! I like this place because it's a bit off the beaten path and not super touristy. The manager/owner is super cute and friendly! I had a pizza with mushroom and tomatoes, and asked them to add basil. It was delicious & knocked down 2 Aperol Spritz!soooo delicious on a hot day in Venezia, Italia!

From the minute we walked through the door we were greeted with amazing service! Leo was our waiter and he recommended specific wines from the Veneto region which were delicious. I came here with 5 other girls who are studying abroad and we were all able to afford it so it's not too pricey. The atmosphere felt like a family because it isn't the biggest place but it was so nice to feel at home. Would recommend to anyone who is spending the weekend here and needing a place to go, they luckily took 6 of us in without a reservation but reservations are recommended!

When you walk into this place, the wait staff treat you like family. Food was delicious, and a nice Limoncello to top off the meal.

Nice place, the food was consistently good start to finish and they had some more unusual offerings beyond the Venetian standards. Of course they offered sarde en soar and it was a very generous and delicious portion. I needed something a little lighter and a basic grilled vegetable plate fit the bill. The pasta with artichokes and bortarga was excellent and I loved the taste of the tagliatelle with salmon my sweetie ordered. Friendly service and reasonably priced.

The food and service were very, very good. The restaurant is in the small side, so going a little earlier might be a good idea.

Lots and lots of restaurants to choose from in Venice but this unassuming restaurant is a true gem…read more It's easy to miss as it's tucked in a corner right by a bridge. Once inside they have a couple tables with small window views of any gondolas passing by. We started off with a plate of lightly fried sardines topped with pickled white onions. The fry on the fish was super light and those vinegar-y onions were the perfect pairing. We cleaned that plate. The lasagna was well balanced with the meat, sauce, cheese. The squid ink pasta was chewy/al dente with a subtle touch of seafood flavors giving the cuttlefish. It was very umami but nothing too overbearing. Delicious! It's a Family business that was been around for many years. Grazie to the friendly staff and chef!

The jovial mood with the waiters with big personalities is gone. The menu you can find online is no longer available so you get a very limited menu to choose from--nearly entirely seafood. So if you have anyone in your party that just wants pasta with a red meat sauce or a non seafood lasagne, not available. We were a party of 8. Two people ordered the scallop appetizers. Pretty presentation on shells. 3 tiny scallops in the shells. More like an amuse bouche. Totally disappointing. The linguine with clams as an entree had clams so small you almost needed a magnifying glass to see them. Couldn't taste the clams and annoying to try to eat something so tiny , and just try to eat the pasta with all those tiny shells. The baby shrimp on polenta was actually good. But again the shrimp were like tiny hatchlings tempura battered. Tasted okay except for those that were soggy from the polenta that was very soupy. I wanted the gnocchi with crab which was on the very limited menu but no longer available. The alternative was gnocchi with a sea bass sauce which I chose but didn't like at all. The gnocchi were good but the sauce wasn't at all for me. We had to continue to ask for side dishes for the bread, butter, olive oil, salt and pepper. We will not return. Poor value for your money. Plus there is a cover charge and service included in your bill which was a surprise. Very sad to see our favorite Venetian restaurant decline so much.
