I am so tired of the lack of good service at this location- It never fails - one or two of the items ordered are incorrect. Does not matter if you are dining in or doing take out. If you want to order rapid pick-up don't bother, the last thing it is is rapid. I feel that I've given it a fair shot, having used it 6 times, but only twice did the order come correctly, and less frequently was it rapid. I'm currently standing around, 30+ minutes after the rapid pick up time and it still isn't ready. This will be the last time I come to this Panera location--I'd rather drive out of the way to the kingwood location than deal with this. Fine, asked for a refund and the rude 15 year old behind the counter says with an attitude "I asked him for a refund you just have to wait". I asked if something was vegan and the guy told me it was. After a simple google search proved it wrong I confronted him and he went to go double check. Guess I didn't learn. After having to correct orders the last five times i had been to this location, my daughter wanted to go there for breakfast. We decided to take the order to go. I ordered two bagels and she a sandwich. We waited for about ten minutes before they announced the order was ready. We picked it up and drove him, only to find no bagels. I was so perturbed I drove back and demanded my money back. I know it was a small amount but it was the point I was making. I told the manager why I was so perturbed, including other recent visits. He apologized, which I told him I had already heard the previous times. He offered to still give me the bagels at which I replied I dont want anything else to do with this place. When you have to go back to the counter on every visit to say that something is wrong with your order it just takes away the comfort of eating out. This is the only Panera Bread location I've ever been to, but they do a good job here. Outside seating is a plus on a nice day. They offer free wifi but it's been my experience it's painfully slow and you're better off with an iphone instead of your laptop... I really like the Greek Salad and all the soups I've tried have been tasty. Sandwich wise I'm a fan of the chicken cuban panini. For some reason every time I order to-go at this location they seem to screw something up - but my dine in experience has been problem free. read more

It's a Panera. Reasonably healthy food at a medium price. This is a nice location and is always clean, the wifi works and it has a nice shaded patio. I had a pick 2 with chicken noodle soup which was delicious and a half chicken salad sandwich. My daughter is a vegetarian and she loves this place because she can have some good vegetarian options. read more

Panera is such a breath of fresh air... And fresh food! Yes, it's more expensive than the local burger joint, but it's worth it to eat quality food that isn't going to make me feel yucky later. The staff here is also amazing. They are friendly, offer great service, and, sometimes when it's busy, they walk around with free cookie samples! Their chocolate chip cookies are one of the best (second only to Chick-Fil-A). One time, the sweet girl at the counter saw me struggling with my 9-month-old in her stroller, and came around the counter to hold the door. Then she let me have my coffee on the house! this place. Tips from a regular: splurge on the bread, it's amazing (would you expect differently from a place with "bread" in the name?). They all have microwaves, which is great to make gooey chocolate chip cookies, or warming up your hot tea. They sell Tazo tea, but honestly $2.50 is too much for a tea bag. Sometimes I just bring one from home and ask for a cup of hot water. Also, if you have leftovers, you can just stop by the pick up counter, where they have bags and containers (it's also where you can find butter for your bread). Lastly, tipping... Although the staff is awesome and will come by your table to clear your plate or bring you back-up napkins, their policy is no tipping (it says so on the table toppers). So don't feel awkward asking if you need something small, like butter or another fork, but drink refills should probably be on you. read more

We would order a delivery from panera once to twice a week but slowly orders were wrong and quantity and quality declined as did the revolving door of managers to speak to regarding missing items or poorly made sandwiches. Layout of this sandwich place is what stands out to me right off the bat. To the left of the main entrance is some kiosks where you can order. The screens are layed out so it's easy to use. Cleanliness of the place stood out as well. We sat down outside and waited on our food. Maybe 5 to 7 minutes later our food was out and it was on point. I had the tomato soup and a grilled cheese with chips. Also had a cobblestone muffin. The tomato soup was blended nicely and had visible pieces of tomatoes in it. Very tasty and filling. Grilled cheese looked awesome and tasted the same, complete with grill lines on the bread. Chips were ok for kettle chips. The cobblestone muffin was good although it could have been heated up to taste better. All in all this is a good place to stop for a health minded person. They have plenty of alternative drink options, like the lemonade sweetened with agave. The food is tasty, service is great, and I recommend it. read more

I am very disappointed with the experience I've had at Panera today, I normally love going there the food is good and the environment is nice but today changed this for me. I am never going back after what just happened! I go in and use the kiosk center and I get 2 sandwiches (I was gonna get a Italian one but I go in and I'm told they don't sell it but it's on their menu still) it gives me the option of getting a cookie for 99 cents and I decided to get one. I start to check out and I want to use the gift cards I have but it only allows me to use 2 of them an then not take my third which had the most money on it. So I decided to just pay for it myself, very frustrating. I then realize it charged me almost $3 for the cookie and I talk to the manager who's name is Elizabeth about it and she 1) was unprofessional 2) rude 3) had a VAPE out on the counter for all customers to see. Maybe Panera is okay with their employees and MANAGERS (again her name is Elizabeth) smoking inside but I personally find that very very unprofessional. She then "refunds" me 99 cents for the cookie even though I had payed almost 3 dollars. I decide to just leave because at this point I feel embarrassed about the way I'm being talked to, unhappy and over it as well as being so annoyed about this whole situation. I just wanted to go in and have a good time but it turned into so much more. I've never seen this manager before and I never will again! Ordered a the roast turkey blt, sandwich was good however the bread was hard and the sandwich was not put together well. Very messy...everything just kept falling out. Broccoli and cheddar soup was delicious! Gotta give them credit for that, but how many ways can you screw that up? They sent me an email for a free sweet treat, however it was just a discounted item. I still got the brownie because it was only .99. My brownie was served in the to go box upside down so all the icing on top had made my brownie basically stuck to the box. They offered to delivery if they had drivers, but they did not have any. They cancelled the order and we got credited. But... what got me was the response.... it was not a mix up on their end. So in short, the on line to store communication is lousy and the attitude towards the customer when something went wrong is less than ideal. This is on top of the multiple times they have messed up orders (poor quality salads) or missing items. Avoid delivery from this store. read more

I had a problem using a gift card online, so I called the location and talked to the manager Matthew Sullivan? He was great! He helped me with my order, and the gift card! It was a delivery order, and it was supposed to be at my house within 30 minutes. Instead, we got the delivery in 15 minutes! My 12 year old daughter answered the door, and only gave the delivery guy the tip, and not the gift card! After all he helped me with, I still had to drive to the store to give him the gift card. This is the worst Panera Bread I have ever been to. There was only one person taking orders at the front, but saw many people behind the counter talking and laughing with each other. The line was practically out the door, and this is just not acceptable in my book. Once we did order the lady was rude when I asked if they still had the Turkey Artichoke panini. She responded if it wasn't on the menu they don't make it anymore. Wow. I'm sorry did you have a bad day??? Anyway, after we ordered we were looking for a place to sit. The whole place was dirty with trash and crumbs all over the floor, table, and seats. Disgusting. The food wasn't much better either. I really want to give this place higher marks, but I can't. I like bread, especially nice, fresh bread. Panera does that pretty well, despite being a chain. What this particular location does not do well is service. I'm not sure if it's because of their particular staff and management or the chain's management model, but every time we have gone here, there has been an issue. Several times, it has been busy and the place only has one person at the register taking orders. Some times we have stayed and waited, and waited, and waited, and finally ordered. Other times, we have waited, seen how slowly things were moving, and walked out. Sometimes, it's not busy and we get or order in and sit down. That's nice. Then, the other problems set in, such as someone coming out to tell us that the thing we ordered is out, or that we will need to wait 20 minutes for something to be finished cooking, or that there was a problem with the order, now what did we have?. Ugh. The food is OK with the sandwiches being the high point. Soups have that "I was made at a central location, put into a big bag and shipped to this location" taste. With a husband having worked in the restaurant biz, I have learned how to spot pre-made food. I do like the breads themselves, and the pastries and muffins. I really like the Everything bagel. It gives you garlic breath, but that's an aphrodisiac, right? The atmosphere in the place is pretty blah, but what can you expect, given the parent company? The wifi is nice, in case you have your mobile device or e-reader and need to get a link to the net. Since people with families come here, the kids have a field day with the bread and food and the place does not always get cleaned up well after the little darlings finish having a food fight.*irk* Also, since there are families there with smaller children on a regular basis, quiet is not something you will get, even on the patio. I wish Panera could get their act together. I would eat there more often, or just drop by for bagels on the way to work, but given the long wait times, I'd probably have to attend my earlier meetings by phone, standing in line. read more
