Upon leaving, my Metro Lift driver was having a hard time locating me. The attention staff provided in locating and communicating with the driver is unmatched! I felt cared about and supported, as they helped navigate my pickup and were willing to assist getting me to the spot. I don't recall names, as there were so many awesome people.
