This specific Panera is absolutely amazing! On our way from Las Vegas to soCal, we called to ask if dogs were allowed inside. Fortunately, they said yes and and we went. And thankfully we're able to spend an hour eating in. Peace had a table instead of having to struggle, eating something in our car. The food was delicious. The service was quick and friendly and the ambience of the people coming and going was great. Everybody was respectful with one another, and no one gave us issues about having our dog. We went to get some breakfast sandwiches and they give me my order wrong, when I to ask for the items missing, one of the employees was very rude and she threw the items on the counter, I ask for her name said I don't share my name with no one. Then I ask for the manager. She end up being the morning manager. I ask for corporate number and she when back to give it to me. It's great because when you are driving back and forth from Vegas you want a healthier option than the standard fried fast food crap and here you don't even have to get out the car. Decided to make a quick stop knowing my passenger needed to use the restroom. Being considerate, I stopped here and grabbed a drink and bagel. Also added a cinnamon roll for the road. It was relatively clean and the bread & potato chips were good That's what earned the 2 stars. Chicken salad mush. Over boiled tasteless chicken. Was it put in a blender? Inedible. The only high point was that the chicken salad was on only half the bread. The lemonade tasted like "where's the lemons" so switched to the hibiscus something tea that also got tossed. Went on January 16th, because I wanted a salad and to try the new asiago chicken sandwich. Had to ask back staff for a cashier to order. Then find out when ordering they are out of the asiago bagels. The kicker was they also had NO GREENS except arugula! Someone did poor ordering. Ordered soup instead, since we didn't have time to go elsewhere. Half the tables were dirty. I came here for a comforting dinner after a long day at work and accidentally ordered too much food from dining in. I needed two to go containers and my guest needed two as well. Angelica specifically was extremely and made it seem like it was too much work to grab to go containers and tried to tell us as well they could only give them for salads. Which is what i had... Then she proceeded to roll her eyes and talk shit about me when she walked back. I will never be coming inside again and will order my food online from now on. We tried two different bagel stacks (spicy beef and chicken). Both were very tasty, loaded with ingredients that worked well together. The cheese was melty and the veggies fresh. The restrooms need attention, carpets cleaned, and the last time we were there a roach crawled along the wall behind the booth seating. There is a big greasy spot on the fabric of the booth seating.
