This place never has anything that's on their menu in the drive through. My family and I come here for breakfast often on our way out of town because it SHOULD be quick and painless. Sometimes it's quick but never painless. Whatever we order the worker says "hold on let me see if we have that today," and more often than not, they never have what we want. You shouldn't advertise items you don't plan to prepare. We get frustrated every time we come here! read more

This location used to be pretty good, it this is the third time I've received food from there that looks thrown together with no attention to detail. Further the last time I went through the drive thru they forgot my pastry. After I reminded them. The cashier attempted to hand it to me without it wrapped in anything. We went to this location on Winton rd. ay 8pm on 8-26-21. Waited in the drive through for at least five minutes before we could even order. When we ordered we were told there was no bacon for the sandwich I ordered and no chips to go with it. Also no coffee. We waited another 15 minutes to get our food. Not very friendly or helpful customer service. I will avoid this place next time I'm hungry. read more

I just drove through Panera in Finneytown and had the WORST experience I've ever had. I was asked if I was using my Panera rewards number and I told them yes. They said they would scan my card when I got to the window to pay. When I got to the window the snarky woman said she has no way of scanning my card. When you spend $11 on a flipping salad, you want credit for that. I told her that there must be a way as the order taker told me it would be scanned at the window. I went to pick up an order as a replacement order for one that they completely screwed up before. They gave me a salad without the meat- how they managed to overlook that I will never know. Anyway, after waiting for over 25-30 minutes I went to check to see if they had even started on the order and of course they had not. I watched several other people who came in after me get their food and leave. And no, these orders were not ordered advance. The customers came and ordered on the spot and receive their food while I continued to wait with no communication from the the staff on the status of my order. I had to approach them twice to see what was going on. The second time I just said forget it if you haven't started already never mind. I get that they were busy but some simple communication would have been appreciated. The only reason I waited as long as I did was because the order was my daughters and she have been trying to get it for a while. Those of you have extra time on your hands and don't mind a long wait or having to return back to this location because they messed up your original order then this is the perfect place for you. read more

we come here regularly to study and do some work. I prefer this place the most among all other panera breads is because it's less crowded and we can usually find our corner which we love to sit at. as I said it's not so crowded but still the workers there are noisy enough to make you wana put your earphones if you wana concentrate on your work ... the food here is as all other panera bread places it's great for breads and pastries ( cobble stone, pecan roll and cheese pastry) but the sandwiches suck, they're healthy but tasteless...I'm not sure about salads and soups though! parking is usually easy to find. in general this's will be our place to study until we find a quieter place with better food :-) read more

So, my only reason for coming here was to get some work done - I used this as an alternative to Starbucks because I can't drink coffee right now. Panera definitely has a decent selection of non-coffee beverages to choose from. The food is just as good as any other Panera. It's a little noisier than I expected. For example, I am in the west wing of the place, kind of a nook away from where the food is made and all the other seating is. I am all alone in this nook built for about 20, but I can hear everything that's happening in this place. The acoustics suck - I can hear people ordering form across the place, the food being made, dishes, the drink station, etc. - thankfully I have headphones and good music. Putting that aside, the main reason I rated this as a two is because when I got here over four hours ago, there were no clean tables - I went and got a wet napkin to wipe off my table, and during those four hours, there hasn't been a single person to come by and wipe the tables - THAT IS DISGUSTING!!! read more

This Panera is the worst Panera I've been too. Placed an online order on Saturday about 8pm ( they close at 9). When I got all the way there to pick it up, they said they couldn't make anything on my order cause they were "out of stuff". Ironically I noticed that the whole prep area was already put away. Did I mention they didn't close til 9. 5 employees just messing around in the back. Doing nothing. I told them to cancel my order. Employee was just talking to the manager over her head set. He never came out. But I know his name was Jason. They said they'd cancel it and refund me. Waited 2 days. Nothing was ever refunded. Went today to talk to a manager. That manager was told someone wanted to talk her her. I waited 15 mins and she never acknowledged me. I finally called customer support (from the restaurant) and all they could do, because it's a franchise, was issue me reward cards on my Panera account. This is a solid Panera location. The service is always solid, food on point and it's clean. I always end up spending more than I intend but I digress. My go to for breakfast is the cinnamon crunch bagel and hazelnut cream cheese. Such a delicious combination! For lunch I always go for the pick 2. Typically with the French onion soup (best I've ever had) and the Fuji chicken Apple salad. Such a filling but light combination. This is also a great place to meet people, complete work or just relax. They even have a small patio area if you're in the mood to be outside. Since this location is only 5 minutes from my house it's an ideal location. read more

Oh, Panera, what you do to me. A Panera is a Panera but there are a few things about this particular one that I wanted to mention. I'm at this Panera a lot despite not living in the area. I meet a lot of volunteers here for work pretty regularly. There is a guy that works here (I think his name is Jerome) and seriously, he makes my day every time I'm there. He once sent me home with a huge bag of bagels and sweet treats and also brought me fresh-baked chocolate chip cookies for free. Aside from free swag, he's just pleasant and always makes me a little happier. On the other hand, there was a manager here. She might be gone as I haven't seen her the last two times and she certainly didn't belong in the position. She was so rude to customers. I was flabbergasted at how horrible she was to people. Several people I know have mentioned to me how horrible she was so it's not just me thinking this. I certainly hope that they sent her on her way because she was bringing this Panera down. If you're looking to do work here, know that there aren't many plugs and the ones that are around are almost always taken. read more

I waited in the drive thru line for at least 20 minutes, for the workers to hand me my iced chai latte with all the syrup and cream at the bottom of the drink, with milk SPILLING out of the cup. When I asked if this was an iced chai, the girl looked at me and said "all you have to do is mix it up" with the biggest, ghetto attitude. What's going on at Panera Winton Road? In the Drive-thru this morning, the guy taking orders and handing out food was horrible! It was very clear that he was not happy at the Drive thru. His attitude and tone were appalling; you could tell he did not care at all. He didn't say hello at the window, he just took my payment and left. Then, when my food was ready, he practically threw the bag at me. If this guy is your permanent drive thru associate, I'm not surprised that it wasn't busy when I came through. All right so where to begin; A few nights ago and after spending a wonderful day with my daughters it was suggested that we try Panera bread, again. I didn't really think to read any yelp reviews before Hand, (Panera bread-in finneytown) , but I wish I would have. The customer service is horrible. The young lady behind the counter was so aloof with what she was doing and more concerned about chatting with others, etc. and generally being rude af, it took 15 minutes to get our order done. Some young people these days just do not know how to conduct themselves in a professional environment. Now for the meat on the bone, or lack there of. We ordered our food which took 30 minutes to get, I was told that they were out of the cookies they were supposed to come with what we ordered so we substituted another cookie and it was terrible. Stale . When I got our food home, the broccoli and cheddar soup smelled horrible like you couldn't eat it horrible. Our sandwiches were thrown together haphazardly, and here's the kicker; one of my sandwiches that I ordered for my three-year-old son had no meat on it. No meat at all. What kind of mess is that? I haven't called corporate. I didn't call the store back. Because it's really a waste of time in my opinion. I will never go back to this Panera bread and probably no Panera bread ever again. Why? No good option to rectify mistakes on my rapid pick up order. Placed a lunch order for 6 people for a meeting. Sent my husband to pick it up. He dropped it off at the meeting for us. We were missing the chips requested as a side (sent a baguette) and missed the cup of tomato soup which was part of the you pick two. After the meeting was over a called on my way home to let them know of the errors but was told they could not credit my credit card that I would have to come in to pick up the missing items or come there to get a store credit. This particular Panera is not close to my home or anywhere I typically go. It was only convenient because of the proximity to the meeting. I've begun ordering and paying for some food items online...I don't think this will work for me for Panera, though. There was a particular loaf of bread my wife wanted for a special meal she was making, and knowing that Panera can run out of items during a day, I thought I could reserve this particular loaf of bread by ordering it and paying for it online and picking up on my way home, which would have been pretty cool. However, when I arrived that afternoon (yesterday), they did not have that bread available (yeah, there is a disclaimer saying that this can happen). So, I wound up leaving with a common loaf of white bread that apparently cost me 7.99, and I wasted time in addition to come to this location to find out I wasn't going to get what I thought I could order, pay for, and reserve. I had no notification in advance that this bread would not be available despite providing a phone number and email, both a waste of time. I should have just gotten a refund, so my bad there. Would highly recommend this Panera for catering. I used them to cater a work event, and it was so easy! I just ordered everything online through the Panera Catering website, told them to deliver at a certain time, and they showed up with everything right on time! The delivery guy was friendly, punctual, and did all the heavy lifting for me. They even included plates, napkins, cups, and everything else I would need to serve the food. I ordered bagels, breakfast pastries, a fruit bowl, and coffee for 50 people and it came out to less than $4 a person. Very convenient, would order again! read more

The food was perfect, but showing some respect to innocent customers was something this whole restaurant lacks of. The dining area was filthy, and a woman asked to have a table cleaned off and nobody came to clean it. I went to this Panera location tonight close to closing. I expected to be greeted by unhappy faces wondering why we were in so close to closing time. Instead we were greeted by who I believe is the night time manager (the receipt said Mark). He was very friendly and an amazing upseller but not in an annoying way. He was very supportive of their new sandwich chicken and caramelized kale panini (which was delicious). The entire staff tonight at this location was very happy. This was so refreshing to see. I am chalking that up to good management and good hires. Great job Panera on Winton! The food is delicious. read more

Like any other Panera it can become very busy within a matter of minutes. If you plan on coming here to get some work done, come early! It can get pretty noisy around lunch time, so you'll be ready to leave. Plenty of parking space, Indoor/outdoor seating available, and I've always received great service here. read more

Free wifi and convenient location just off 126. The food is standard Panera. What I've had here has always met my expectations. The wifi, like at most Panera's, is spotty and cuts in and out depending on the time of day. That's presumably why there are signs on the walls asking you to only put one device on the wifi during your visit. read more

I love Panera Bread. The strawberry poppyseed salad is back. The salad is seasonal and it's one of the mode expensive salads here. It's in a bed of romaine lettuce with chicken, strawberries, blueberries, pineapples, mandarin oranges, and pecans. Top it all off with poppyseed dressing. I was very frustrated and disappointed. I don't regularly go to Panera, so I check the menu and order an egg, turkey sausage and spinach breakfast sandwich...it comes out with cheese on it, not mentioned on the menu, and I am allergic. The response is we'll make you a new one, but all our breakfast sandwiches come with cheese... I repeat NOT on the menu...then the replacement comes out, and they had added tomatoes, thankfully I just don't like tomatoes on my sandwiches and can take it off, I do know several people allergic to tomatoes. Restaurants need to be responsible to their guests. It was frustrating that I didn't know what I was going to get, and that I didn't get to eat when the rest of my group. You need to list the ingredients for people with allergies. read more

I did rapid pick up from panera where they put it on the shelves and we pick it up. They decided to keep it in the back with a note that says attention on it instead of putting it on the shelf where we can see. After 20 minutes of standing at the counter waiting for someone to acknowledge me I was told they didn't have a sandwich that I had ordered and I could pick anything else I wanted. 10 minutes later I walked out. I work in the restaurant business I understand stand things run out. My problem was my hot food that was ready is now cold and my food originally wasn't where it was supposed to be so I didn't know there was an issue and then when I figured out it was behind the counter I had 4 people walk past me and didn't acknowledge the fact that I was there. read more

Usually have good service but recent trip is making me rethink coming back. I ordered the Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich and salad. When I got home, they had not wrapped the sandwich correctly. The seam side should have been up but was down so that when I picked up the sandwich, the sandwich fell out of the wrapping and on top of the salad. I had a mess.
