He offered no support, assistance, or empathy towards HIS business giving BAD food. He actually told me since I didn't like it and the pizza was so bad, I should just never come back (and by his request, I will not). He was so nasty to me; I was so overwhelmed and upset. I reached out to the Silverton location to see if I could speak with another owner/manager about this situation, so this morning I called Silverton to speak with Steve Krimmper, and he was also rude. He brushed off my concerns, told me there was nothing he could do for me, said he didn't know what I was expecting to be done, and couldn't speak to whether Dan was rude (even after I told him about several others saying he was rude as well). He even went as far as telling me "I know about the bad reviews but I take all online reviews with a grain of salt".
