Headed here for take-out dinner and grabbed the Roasted Garlic Creme Tortellini and the 3-Cheese Tortellini Rosa along with a giant Rice crispy! It was very slow. No one else inside. The five workers seemed extremely bored! (6pm too!?) But I put my order in and it was brought out within 5 minutes or so. Both dishes were cooked well and tasted delicious! My husband and I shared a regular crispy bacon parmesan chicken alfredo. It was served promptly, fresh and tasty with broccoli cooked just right. We also tried the Christmas special: chocolate mint crispy treat. Andes mints and chocolate crispies. Made soft and sticky, it was quite addicting! Tried this place for the first time & was overwhelmed by all the different noodle selections. Lucky for me the manager explained the menu to me in detail - very nice. I ended up ordering the Pad Thai which is gluten-free & delicious! The employees were patient and kind & the restaurant was spotless. I'll be back to try some more of their noodle dishes. read more

I don't like leaving a negative review, but felt this one was needed. We have eaten here several times since it is close to our office and we wanted something healthy. It seems like every time we go, the customer service and the quality of food keeps getting worse. There's no joy among the employees. The last time we went, as we were walking in, there was an employee bringing out meatballs because they were out in the front and the manager snapped at him and told him to put the meatballs back and tell people they were out. Not sure why he couldn't refill the meatballs. We noticed the employees were not wearing gloves. Our son works at a very well known restaurant and knows the protocol when preparing and serving food and customer service. He did notice Noodles and Company employees at this location was lacking in several areas. They acted like they did not want to be there working. Thete was no smiles. They were slow in taking our order and serving it. There were no spoons where the silverware was. We had to ask for spoons. Cleanilness was just ok. Our friend ordered and paid for double meat on his salad and didn't get it. None of our food tasted good. All four of us felt sick the rest of the night after we ate. Just passing by and remembered how good this place is.... even better than the last time. I got the zucchini and shrimp. There was no sauce for the pot stickers either. I entered feedback for the order and was shocked that I had a partial refund and personal response within 2 hours. The staff was very professional and friendly. The female cashier was very sweet. She misunderstood my order and charged me for extra chicken but when I brought it to her attention, she took care of it asap and with a smile. This was my first time ever trying this restaurant and the food was absolutely amazing! I tried the Rosa Penne and it tasted like a dish I would order at a fancy Italian restaurant. There are so many varieties to try and I love how they have selections from various cultures around the world. The service was also excellent. An employee in there offered my daughter free applesauce and brought our food to the table after ordering as well as even bringing our silverware. I ordered the pan noodles and thai tortilla soup and my date and I found a moderately clean table. When our food was delivered, the soup was warm, not hot, and the noodles tasted good but had definitely been sitting out for a while before I got them. The service was quick and accurate, but if you are going to call yourself a noodles restaurant, then they should be fresh and not dried out. The gentleman working behind the front count after showing him my online receipt he walked away. First time eating here yesterday. Dining room could have been a tad cleaner but it was lunch rush. Size portions are large. A small bowl was easily two meals for myself. Large would be three. I got the Korean Beef Noodles. The spicy level was about right. It hits you but isn't overpowering. Beef was okay. Kinda chewy. Noodles were a tad soggy. Veggies were as well. I was first introduced to Noodles by my daughter when she went to Ohio State because there is one in Columbus. What a winning formula - choose an entree, pick your size, add meat or tofu,optionally you can add side soup, salad, extra veggies or even order a sandwich! It's nice to know that they have gluten-free pasta, too! One guy walked in behind us and was able to just pick up the order he placed online without waiting in the regular line - what a convenient option! It would make grabbing a bite for lunch a lot quicker and is something I will try in the near future. Their food is always yummy and there is very little wait. Hubby ordered the Alfredo MontAmore which comes with the parmesan chicken and I had the Pesto Cavatappi also with the Parmesan-Crusted Chicken Breast - both equally delicious! Surprisingly, they sell beer/wine at this location, too! If like me, you like rice krispie treats, they have giant-sized ones here to tempt you!! As usual, the interior was neat, clean and very attractive. They also have a patio for eating outside when the weather is nice although it is right next to a very busy road so you would have that noise to contend with. One thing that I foresee as a big problem during the winter is that the exit door lets in the air from outside whenever anybody leaves. We noticed it just a little bit today, but unless they fix it, there will be at least 6 tables where people will be uncomfortable eating at when the temperatures are frigid. Ordered curbside for lunch and parked in the first spot by the door, as there are no directions online for where to park. The website said my food was ready and no one was bringing it out so I called and told them I was here and the employee working was immediately rude and cut me off and said that's not the front. I said well I'm here in front of the window in the blue car I can see you and he continued to cut me off telling me that's not the front and refused to bring out my food until I moved two parking spots down. 5 stars for great food and 1 star for parking! There is no real main entrance to this place, it's kind of park where you can and then figure out which entrance is the main entrance. When you get inside there is a sign that says "noodle pickup" but no real direction as to where to order. One would assume order at the registers but when an employee is texting on her phone and not asking to help anyone, it could be challenging to figure out where to order. I've eaten at this company many times and have always received hot and delicious food. Oh they have the soda machine with all the awesome flavor options. Outside seating is only about 20ft away from the crazy main busy highway so that's not too appealing. Food though, come here for a change of pace in food, average cost is probably about $10 read more
