I have a bit of a love-hate relationship with Panera. I very much enjoyed this restaurant chain growing up, especially for their soups and salads. The sandwiches on the other hand are a bit of a mixed bag because I find that they're not the most satisfying, especially their grilled cheese. However I came on this particular morning and ordered an egg white with avocado sandwich which is usually on a multigrain bagel. I asked the employee to please substitute the bagel with sourdough bread which she kindly accommodated. I have to tell you I'm very underwhelmed by the portion size considering that I spent $6.99 (I added $1 for the tip). This has become a common thing with Panera where they overcharge and give very little food. I would have consumed the entire thing in three bites but the ingredients kept falling apart. Maybe I should have got it with the bagel but I really doubt the portions would have been any better. At the very least I can say that it tasted delicious and the inside of the place is very nice as they usually are, but this is all too common in my previous experiences.

Good spot for some tea, iced coffee and an online meeting. There are high top, low top, booth tables for eating and chilling here. Service was swift here. Tea isn't bad. Would prefer no background music. It's at least not as loud as it is in the bathrooms. The bathrooms are clean. They offer curbside delivery and have many kiosks at the front to put in your order for contactless.

I made a delivery order on 8/31/2021. After receiving our order, I noticed that I was missing an item. At the time, I was furious because for some odd reason, there is always 1 item missing anytime I make a big order. And it is always something I order for one of my employee's that is always missing. Although my employee said that it was fine, to me, it wasn't. I called and spoke to someone and they asked if I wanted a credit for my next order or if I would like the missing item delivered which was just a small Mac n cheese. Not only did they deliver the Mac n Cheese, they delivered a larger portion along with cookies, scones, a bag of chips & bread. To top it off, the manager hand delivered them to us. I know mistakes happen but for this place to go above and beyond for their customers makes this place great! Thank you so very much for all the extras!

Completely disorganized. I sat at the drive thru window for at least 10 minutes to have them open the window and ask what I had ordered.

I don't go to this location anymore after last visit and being treated like nobody. I wanted to give them 0 rating. Bad location bad staff.

I want to love this place, but I can only like it. The food is too hit and miss for me to "not be…read moreable to wait" until my next visit. I'll eat here, but not as often as i would if they polished up their menu/execution. The chicken dishes, all of them, are terrible. They advertise "tender chicken cut into slices," but if you look at any of the pics on here, it's all the same - tiny, little chicken bits, dry and overcooked. The more obscure dishes are the way to go. They fail hard on the basics, but hit home runs on their more unheard of menu items. If you've never heard of something, but it sounds good - that's what you should order here. Chicken lemon rice: 3/10 Not enough chicken, lemon tastes artificial and weird, soup is bland. I've had better CLR at most any coney island. Chicken Gyro: 3/10 Chicken was dry, the orzo was dry and overcooked, tziki sauce was thick and lacked flavor. Plenty of chicken... I would have rather had less chicken, cooked better. I haven't seen their chicken kabob, but it seems like this place uses the thick part of their breast for the kabobs, and uses the scraps bits for all of their other dishes. Grape Leaves: 7/10 Good flavor, good sauce... wish the CLR soup tasted as good as the sauce from the grape leaves. Stifado: 9/10 Excellent dish. Good amount of beef, great flavor, nice stew. This is the dish that I would come back for. Bread basket: Bread: 4/10 - they serve the bread ice cold. Olive oil: 9/10 - excellent flavor, super light, nice lemon zest Service: 8.5/10 - good job. They had one guy for all 8 or so tables, but did he did a good job covering them. The busser/assistant did a good job at keeping our waters and bread full, but he tries to carry too much, and it causes a big distraction (glasses clunking, nearly falling over, re-stacking)... sometimes two trips is better than one... He also says "of course" (pet peeve) when someone says "thank you." Perhaps I'm weird, but I find that terribly dismissive, and off-putting.

Everything we ate from the salad and its dressing to the mussels and the gyro were both fresh and delicious. The mussels didn't seem to be debearded but they were fresh and delicious. The gyro doesn't naturally come with feta but they brought a large side of it! And there was one server and the host who managed to provide quality service even with 6 tables coming in at the same time.

Food-wise, it was a mixed bag but mostly good. I ordered a chicken wrap and that was the miss for me. The chicken was kind of shredded and just not great, so I wouldn't order that again. My son got the donut waffle which was fine, but the real standout for the kids was the pancakes. Three big, fluffy pancakes on the kids plate and they were legit good. The fruit sides were excellent too. Fresh berries, not sad afterthought fruit. My husband's omelet looked amazing and made me realize I probably should've stuck with more classic breakfast food instead of a lunch item. Service was friendly and patient. It was a little slow, but it was a busy Saturday morning and it looked like our waitress was covering a whole section by herself. Getting the bill took a bit, but it felt more like opening growing pains than bad service. Overall, great atmosphere, solid breakfast options, and a place I'd totally return to. Next time I'm going full breakfast menu and skipping the wrap for sure.

We walked in and it was very busy. The hostesses were smiling and polite. We asked to sit at the bar and they were happy to accommodate us. Our waitress, April, was an absolute pleasure. She gave us suggests on what to order. We settled on the breakfast burritos and a chicken bacon ranch omelette. We both really enjoyed both. Oh and a delicious homemade cinnamon roll. The portion sizes were huge and we both ended up with large amounts to take home. I also ordered a morning Spritz which was gin, raspberry smash and sparkling wine. It was ok. But I would go with a traditional mimosa next time. I joined the loyalty program as well. We really loved it here and will definitely be back!

Everything leans a little pricey, even the kids meals, but you are absolutely getting your money's worth. The adult meals came with a straight up mountain of tots. I'm not exaggerating. Like... a pile. My son got the cheeseburger off the kids menu and it was honestly big for a kids meal. He was pumped. And $2 for a 22oz Coors Light all day? That's a win. Service has always been fine for us. Lots of younger girls working as waitresses and we've never had anyone rude or inattentive. Nothing over the top, just consistent and friendly. There are random pinball machines and games in the back which feels kind of unexpected but fun. It's a great spot to watch a game, bring the kids, or just hang out. Just know your bill might be a little higher than you expect, but you won't leave hungry that's for sure.
