Been in as both a customer and courier recently. They don't use their pickup shelf, but still have it front and center with false instructions in their app and in the delivery apps for pickup. Their staff were rude when it was brought up. Hollering after people while being a smarty pants (and still wrong) isn't the way to good ratings. read more

Very disappointed with my visit because I usually love Panera. First off, the place is filthy. Dirty and visibly worn down seating area and tables. Some tables were missing chairs and the drink area countertop was so sticky and dirty. We came during dinner and there were almost no pastries available in the display case. Then I was disappointed with the kids menu because my kid wanted soup, and the only option for soup was a Mac n Cheese with a cup of soup. I asked if we could sub the Mac n Cheese for a turkey sandwich since other kids menu options included just a sandwich. The clerk said no, even if I offered to pay the difference. Instead she charged me a full price sandwich kids meal (1/2 sandwich) and full price cup of soup. So I payed double the cost for my kid's dinner which was definitely overkill for the amount of food she got. I ordered soup as well, and both orders of soup were lukewarm at best. The wait was also long. We waited atleast 30 mins for our meals when at other Panera's the wait isn't long at all--max 15 mins. If you want a really good Panera experience I'd recommend going to a different location. read more

I have to give this Panera bread a five star. I am part of the unlimited coffee membership and I pretty much go every day for my cup of Joe. You can order from the app. They do curbside pick up which makes it such a breeze. Every staff member that I have encountered has been nice friendly and helpful. I always ask for a cup of water in addition to my coffee and they always bring it out with no issues. I have also been inside the café and I love it. It's clean and has the coffee shop vibes. It's easy to get work done and you will always see a staff member cleaning. I love Panera coffee and food. To be honest I mostly get either iced or hot coffee but when I do get food it never disappoints. If you like to get free coffee every morning join their unlimited coffee membership. I also encourage using their app it's so great. If you are looking for good coffee, food, and convenience this is the place to go. read more

Ordered through the app and it was EXTREMELY slow. They give an estimated time and I would show up when it said, but the last 2 times it took over 15 more minutes to get my order. Not sure if they're prioritizing those that come in first, but I was not the only one waiting by the pick up area for an order. The food should be consistent across all Panera breads as it's the same menu and same ingredients. This restaurant, however, was very inconsistent and service was poor. I ordered a chicken sandwich and they forgot to put the chicken on it. They also messed up someone else's order while I was standing in line. Unfortunately, the kids were so busy joking around behind the counter that they weren't getting the orders correct. Also the amount of ingredients that they put on the sandwiches was much less than other Panera's I have visited. They also ran out of tomatoes, but charged full price for the sandwiches. I had the occasion to order a salad from the Panera on New Center Point Monday 11/27/23. I ordered the Fuji chicken salad with extra pecans and apple chips on the side(paid $1.59 each for the extras). When I got home there were no extras on the side or the salad. Not only were there none on the side there was nothing but crumbs of the apples and very few pecans. What a rip off. I would not recommend this restaurant. When I called to discuss the issue with the manager (Lindsey) she sat silent for long periods then stated because I came into the store to order, she could do anything for me because she couldn't find a in store order. This is easily the worst Panera I've ever been to. Let's go over the last 3 terrible experiences. Don't go here, trust me. 1st: Dine in, around dinner time. The place was not packed or busy but somehow it took over 30 minutes to get our food. Other Panera's I've been to take about 10 minutes even when they're slammed. Furthermore, there was trash and food all over the floor, tons of dirty tables that hadn't been wiped down, and some of the employees were clearly high. 2nd: To go order, breakfast time. I ordered a breakfast sandwich with bacon, sausage, 2 eggs, and cheese. I received a sandwich with no meat. Just eggs and cheese. I'm not sure why anyone would want an sandwich with just eggs and cheese but oh well. We called them and they said they would give us a free sandwich next time and wrote down our info. 3rd: To go order, breakfast time. Called them and explained that a week ago the order was wrong and that the person we talked to took down our info. They said yes they would give us a free sandwich. Ordered the same sandwich. We also ordered a pick 2. Got to the restaurant and they charged us for the sandwich and it was still made wrong. At this point we just gave up. And we will literally never come back to this shit hole again. read more

It's been a while since I've been here. Stopped on the fly after a walk with a friend. I sometimes pick up the little pamphlet near the entrance door (not sure if they're still there) which lists the ingredients for the items on the menu, but I forgot and was already at the register. Decided to try the Fuji Apple Salad with Chicken. When I first sat down with it, I'm thinking where's the dressing--I don't see any, but I could taste it and it was just the perfect amount and enhanced the salad without overpowering it. The apple part was thin, crispy, tart with a hint of sweetness--so good, loved the crunch, and the chicken was moist and tender. It really hit the spot for me! I could have used something to dunk the bread in...there wasn't enough dressing (not that I'm complaining--ha)...I actually dipped some of it in my water, but didn't finish it. read more

The avocado on my salad was old and weirdly rubbery. I remember the last time I stepped foot in the establishment known as "Panera Bread." I understood that on that day, I was going to be consuming an ungodly and vile amount of carbs. As I ordered item after item of carb-filled food from the wonderful and delightful Panera Bread, I began to receive warnings from the employees. I still ordered. My resolve rang true. I kept ordering...she began to tear up knowing my fate was sealed. Once I received my feast, I started with the soup bowl. I devoured it much like a mutt dog on the streets of Iraq would have, quickly, without chewing, and with bloodshot eyes. Soup was not only in my face, still smoldering hot from the confines of which it came, but was splattered across my face like a careless painter would across his blank canvas. I moved on. On to the steak panini, it would get the brunt of my destructive ways, as my brain clicked to ravenous. Onlookers began to eye my tactical approach to eating. Some were astonished, and some began to pray for the poor boy filling his young and nubile body with the carbs he was eating. They say don't give bread to ducks, it will fill them up and they won't know how hungry they are. I was not a duck nor a pawn to be manipulated by propaganda. My feast continued with the everything bagel. It was everything I wanted and more; the name was far from a misnomer. I tossed the cream cheese aside not needing it's assistance. It hit a small child, which was good; he'll soon learn the cold world we live in when I am interrupted devouring my carbohydrates. A few employees were concerned. One was armed with a broom, ready to take me down if need be. One had a bucket of cold water to try and knock me out of my carb-induced rage. What a fool he was to believe I could be stopped. Once all my thirty-seven entrees, eighty-four bagels, and one delicious smoothie had been consumed, I made my escape. All in all, dealing with the friendly staff, fun and vibrant guests, and incredible managers overseeing this store, I will be fully delighted to return.
