    Kids Grilled Cheese

I've never written one of these before, but this was just too much for me. I'm not sure if this grilled cheese was dropped on the floor and still used, or if someone just shed all over my sandwich. A sandwich that I was REALLY looking forward to eating. I've always had love for Panera. I'm just grateful I saw it before I took a second bite. I'm so disappointed they think this is okay.

Everything about this visit was a no-go. The wait, the less welcoming employees, the atmosphere & most of all, the incorrect order that was repeated twice. I tried to salvage my Pick Two - Veggie Med Sandwich that was soggy & with scarce ingredients, the salad was sufficed. One & done, definitely not returning here upon my visits back to Columbia. If you don't care to care about your customers, perhaps working somewhere else would be beneficial...for customers & employees alike.

This is what you get for 8.03$ at Panera for Mac n cheese doesn't look like their add and it's cold. Won't be coming back here ever.

8.00 for this cold stuff in a kiddie cup only half full. You can get a whole tray of family style Mac n cheese right across the parking lot at target. Won't ever be coming back here tooo expensive. Place looks like a dump. And there was nothing to drink.

Since I don't regularly eat at Panera when I do, I focus on what I'm getting. We are traveling so stopped here for lunch. I ordered a large Thai salad ($10-11) and guess we all have different definitions of large; my bowl was large but the salad in it was not. I do note lettuces when I get salads and this lettuce was not fresh. There were way to many of the romaine lettuce stumps that were brown on end-hence not fresh. There was enough chicken in the dish and the dressing was nice but I wouldn't order the salad again. My husband had a Chipotle chicken flatbread sandwich with chicken, avocado, red peppers and melted cheese with a bag of chips. He was pleased with it; it was moist and savory. I think Panera's as a whole use fresher lettuces but I happened to come to one that skimped.

As a student, Panera is nice place to study with friends in a relaxing lounge internet. They have large comfortable seating, free Wifi, and lots of coffee. I've been going here on and off for the past 3 years and it seems like the prices keep going up and the quality and portion of the food is just only mediocre. However, the service was good and I go my food fairly quick. I ordered a cinnamon bun toasted which was good, but the small mac and cheese that I ordered with apple seemed very small to justify it costing nearly $5. This Panera is located in a shopping center with a Tanger and other good restaurants like Hickory Tavern, Mod Pizza, or Jimmy Johns that have better food. I would only go here if you expect to do homework or study with your friends.

Ladies Restroom- what's in it? You decide. I didn't even take pcs from the mens room.

Extremely slow service, out of beverages, and not very clean. Where is management?? Don't recommend this location.

You order first and then the food is brought to your table. I liked the causal concept. I ordered chili wontons and a salt and pepper porkchop. The chili wontons were delicious. The salt and pepper porkchop showed up to my table and I immediately thought wait this is not correct. I clarified with the staff member and she told me it was indeed a salt and pepper porkchop. Well a salt and pepper is traditionally deep fried so I wasn't sure what I was looking at. I accepted it and although it was not what I was expecting, it was an incredible meal. I thought they gave too much white rice but the overall presentation was beautiful. The minced pork over the rice and the steamed egg were perfect accompaniments. I ordered a milk tea to go and it was only okay. The boba was cooked too long as they were very soft. Softer than they should be. Otherwise, this was a solid choice to dine in the area.

I had my order to go but the interior is nice. You can tell it's a mom and pop shop and it truly feels like someone's grandmother is making the food back there. I'm looking forward to my next visit to dine in!

The drinks were blended very well and used fresh lime juice, which was nice. The appetizers -- the kimchi fries and the boneless wings were pretty standard. The fries were crunchy, but we felt like there was more cheese than there was kimchi and sauce, so we've had better kimchi fries elsewhere. The cheese was very gooey though. The boneless wings weren't as crunchy as they could have been, especially coming out in a stone dish, but the garlic soy sauce was still pretty good. Our mains were really good -- the japchae, which I ordered with fried tofu, had the right texture and flavor, and was delicious yet spicy. The tofu was a little bland though. My partner enjoyed the squid and pork belly dish and said that the sauce was similar to the japchae sauce. The portions were pretty normal and not too big, so we had a few leftovers but not too many. The prices were also pretty reasonable as well. Overall we were really happy with our food here and would come back if we ever visited again.

My husband decided we should test it out today, so we ended up grabbing the food as we had a couple plans for today. My husband ordered the Reuben Sandwich. It came with Truffle Parmesan Fries. He stated the taste was very flavorful, the meat was tender, and he fell in love with the truffle fries. They didn't stand a chance! Now here comes the funny part:) I told him I wanted the Black Bean Burger without the lettuce and tomato, but instead he ordered me just the patty with cheese and mayo with no buns! Instead of him asking the correct way, he asked for it as just the patty only, haha I was too tickled to be mad. Even though he missed it, it was so good! That was the best black bean patty I had in a long time. It was well-prepared and delicious. Yes, I also have the Truffle Parmesan Fries and they tasted amazing. Hot, seasoned to perfection and irresistible! Once I saw the salmon, I had to try it. Omg, that salmon was prepared perfectly, juicy and mouth-watering. The food was on point I must say. Hubby stated customer service was amazing as well. The restaurant was well lit, had a great atmosphere and overall a great spot to dine with your friends. We will definitely be heading back soon to dine in and try more food:)
