I ordered a French dip sandwich. It was not good. It was just a little bit of meat, and I have no clue what kind. The bread did not taste fresh. Just meat and bread. The gravy dip was awful. It's 4pm on a Monday so they are not busy but they are too busy to clean ANYTHING in the dining room. The floors are filthy, the seating is filthy and the tables are sticky. Upon entering to pick up my order I was told where my food was to take it myself which was fine. I had to ask for the drink cup and make it myself. Still fine. Then I get home and open the most pitifully depressing Cobb salad ever. The greens barely covered the bottom of the bowl. The eggs were just cut in half and cherry tomatoes that looked mangled. I paid extra for extra avocado. I wouldn't have done that had I known they would get 4 or 5 large of avocado. Some chicken thrown in. The chicken was juicy (unnaturally so) and flavorless. The food is fine, the bagels are fine, but this place has the worst service. Who puts different kinds of bagels all in the same bag? I don't want my cinnamon crunch tasting like an everything bagel! I've stopped asking them to cut the bagels, because I can get a better split using a pocket knife. The straw that broke the camels back and caused me to finally leave a review was today when I mobile ordered bagels. I get to the store ten minutes later, the bagels aren't ready, remember I don't order them cut. Food is a little on the pricey side for the portion size. Foe the price of a tiny sandwich and salad, I can get a full meal at a great local non-fast food restaurant. The food is delicious. Very good customer service from all of the employees. The regulars are there constantly which says something to the quality of the service here. A very chill atmosphere inside as-well leads to a nice and warm lunch. This is one of few "fast food" restaurants I don't feel awful about eating. The food is well crafted and fresh. I used to enjoy this place. The other day I decided I wanted a snack so I went through the drive-through. An employee named Robbie took my order. I ordered a frozen lemonade and asked for a gluten free cookie. He then proceeded to yell across the speaker that they never served gluten free or gluten friendly cookies. I responded back that they definitely had them a few weeks prior because I'd ordered a few. He then changed his story and said they used to have them but no longer carry the cookies in store. It was no problem that they no longer served the cookies but the fact that he was so extremely rude and confrontational with a customer helped me decide that I will not be returning to this establishment. read more

Inconsistent is a good description of the location. I am a regular customer and 75% of the time everything is great. The rest of the time the problems range is lukewarm soup and cold spots in the oatmeal to just sloppy effort from the kitchen. I've had excellent service from some of the staff yet some seem to be unhappy to even be there. I'll continue as a customer but would love to see the consistency improve. read more

As many may know, Panera is a chain restaurant. But, this has no exception. I ordered a steak and provolone from the drive through. There were two cars in front of me and it took 20 minutes! It didn't help either because I was late for school. When I got my sandwich, it was hot, greasy, and watered down. You could clearly tell that it was frozen and had been microwaved.
