    1/2 salad

What a disappointment!!!! Half a salad equals a quarter of a salad for $8. Hard lesson learned. Won't be going back. If your willing to pay full price for a quarter of a meal then this is the place to go.

I used to love Panera, but lately I leave feeling ripped off. This full size Salad didn't even fill the bowl half way. You would think they could fill the bowl for $9.

    Our $30 lunch. Haha

One of the last places I would chose to go. For food when it comes to value to be honest the place is a rip off I went yesterday with my kid after school she likes the Mac and cheese it's her birthday and we were a bit time crunched so we order got sucked into a pick 2? I think I should have got a soup. But..... wow dried up chicken sandwich 5 spoonfuls of Mac n cheese in a tough skinned bread bowl (rip off). Small 35 cent bag of chips. The iced tea was ok the help they were young and inexperienced (no surprise) could have been kids stepping right off the bus. Good for you guys your boss is making millions rolling in the dough. (No pun). I'll never go back there love baked goods but would rather give my hard earned money to a local mom and pop bakery I give it a 1 star for the tea and the 5/6 kinds they had. Thank you Panera Bread, Derry, NH for continuing to be a great community partner! We greatly appreciated the mini scones and brownies at our 50th Anniversary Celebration; everything was delicious!

Where is the rest of the egg? And it's suppose to be runny Almost $5 for a piece of cheese and a roll...ridiculous

They used to be a good place to get breakfast. Not anymore I figured I'd give them another chance Here is a picture of my egg and cheese sandwich. I would not recommend going to this Panera. It's gone downhill

I'm very disappointed on how this establishment went down hill with not just its food but service too. I ordered the caprese sandwich, it was mostly arugula. One piece of mozzarella cheese and you could barley see the tomato on the bread. Then I ordered a turkey BLT avacado. I get the BLT,the bread isn't toasted and the bacon is cold! I've never had a BLT served to me with my bacon cold or my bread not toasted. Justin had no problem with giving me mac and cheese as the replacement for my other two sandwiches that weren't sufficient. Justin told me that's how they served thier BLT's. With cold bacon? I asked him if that's how he ate his bacon? Cold? He said no. My mac and cheese was watery compared to my boyfriend's. I ate the rest of his left mine. All they do is stand, talk, goof off and don't make your food the way it should be. Covid or not I will NEVER go back. I used to come to this Panera Bread all the time, but that will not happen again.

This is gross and unacceptable BROWN avocado

The service was ok. The food was a wee bit to be desired. When I got my BLT with avocado sandwich home, the avocado was BROWN, the turkey was slimey and smelled "funny" and the bread was not toasted. When I called to speak with the manager though, I was immediately told to hold and the associate hung up the phone on me. I just wanted my $13 back for the sandwich. I am so disappointed and never going back there again.

pay $58 get parked for a extremely long time your service sucks ass not even busy wtf for the cost this is stupid never again Subway may have had a pedophile as a spokesman but they never parked you outside after you paid 58 bucks for your stuff to wait for those morons to put it together 90% of the food at Panera is pre-cooked all you have to do is portion it out and handed out give me a goddamn break you guys suck you're the worst

This is supposed to be a Fuji apple chicken salad. Where's the chicken??!

If your going to charge that much for a salad don't miss the protein ... and there is a stem on one of the apple crisps. After waisting 30 mins of my lunch break waiting for the food I am left hungry. And broke. Thanks

Look at the tomato and the chicken on the left. It's not enough for a cat. What a disgrace.

I got excited when Panera bread opened in Derry, but shortly afterwards my excitement met with disappointment. Panera bread like any fast food chain, uses their latest marketing techniques that is solely based on targeting the consumer's pocket. And they do that by giving you a great looking building, creating a nice atmosphere and making you feel that you're in an upscale environment and that you're getting your money's worth by developing a unique menu. But the only thing that is unique about the menu is the name of the sandwiches and salads. They think that by having an attractive building and a nice menu is enough to capture the market. But what about the most important ingredient that brings business!!! "customer service." I used to go to Panera Bread every week. That used to be my favorite destination regardless of the cost of food. I enjoyed the nice and attentive customer service. Then I started to see new faces almost every few weeks to a point that they could not keep some of them more than 2-3 weeks at a time. Early 2017, the service got bad. The employees clearly lacked training, guidance and common sense. You would go there and wait in line for at least five minutes, till one of the seven employees feels bad for you and asks you if you need anything. As if that was not enough, the sandwiches started having less and less ingredients in them. So I decided to stop going to the one in Derry and go to the one in Manchester hoping it's better. But I was wrong. A Brazilian / Portuguese lady with a very bad attitude waited on me. "I learned afterwards that she was the manager", treated in such a bad manner as if she got more important things to do then at least taking a customer's order. She had this really serious, scary look on her face, you can tell that she doesn't smile much. At that moment I decided to give Panera Bread a break. Forward to April 2018, I made a mistake and decided to go back to the Derry location. I walked in there and was the only one waiting at the register. The girl's waited on me her name's Taylor, she was very nice but she lacked everything else. From concentration, to speed, to common sense. It took over five minutes to order a sandwich and a big mistake when I added a bagel to my order. It took her about 40 sec... to put on the gloves and then she grabbed the tongs to get the bagel. Why do you need to wear gloves if you going to use tongs to grab a bagel? (Here's your sign). When I looked behind me there was no less than 15 people waiting. I felt bad and started to rush her to pay for my order but she did not care at all. She kept going at the same slow pace as if there was nobody in the whole store but me. When I did a quick scan of the place, I saw 7 people behind the prep food area !!! So all these employees and the bathroom needed attention, the tables needed cleaning, the soda area needed restocking and some of the coffee pots were empty. So I came to the conclusion that the manager not doing his / her job and the place is an organized chaos. And to my surprise when I went to pick up my sandwich it turned out that the same scary lady manager from Manchester is working there now . So on top of the heart attack that I got from seeing her, she did not put enough chicken in my sandwich. Their prices are outrageous. I end up paying $9.29 for a sandwich that had little bits of chicken in it as if it came from a can. And forget about their drive through unless you have a Half a day to kill. It will take you no less than 30 minutes if your lucky to get your order. I suggest before you do that is to stop by Dunkin' Donuts, get a cup of coffee and a sandwich to get you through the drive through. One time it took me 56 minutes because a lady in front of me ordered for her and 4 kids. I know for a fact that other places put a limit on what you can order through the drive through. My advice to you is don't get fooled by the image. You can make much better food at home and enjoy it.

This is avocado was found in my sandwich...Clearly this location does not care about the freshness of food they are serving.

The birdbrains here have consistently messed up orders, by either outright forgetting entire items or preparing sandwiches on dismal bread.

My friends had the salmon, mussels and calamari, and a steak tip salad-everyone loved their meals. For dessert we shared crème brûlée warm donut dessert with ice cream and whipped cream, which were amazing. Our server, Naomi, was the best-attentive, friendly, and sweet, always making sure we had everything we needed for a great dining experience. The restaurant was packed on a Tuesday night, which says a lot about how good it is. The two small cons: when I made the reservation on March 7, I included a note asking for a surprise birthday dessert for my friend Anita after the meal (I had planned to order the Swiss Chalet Cake), but it never arrived. Luckily we ordered the crème brûlée donut to share, which was fantastic anyway. I just wish reservation comments were reviewed so special requests like that can be carried out. Additionally, it was also a bit loud for a small restaurant, especially on a Tuesday night. Overall, everything was perfectly cooked and we'll definitely be going back again soon.

The restaurant itself seems to be more family friendly and sports bar oriented and was decorated quite nicely. The menu is expansive and has a variety of great options. They even have daily specials as well. Our waitress was prompt and really quite lovely. She helped my friend decide on a dish and answered any other questions that we had. I would highly recommend her! We ended up ordering the dip sticks for an appetizer and I had the chowder and half chicken parm sandwich as my meal. The complimentary bread we had was incredible. Crispy on the outside and perfectly soft on the inside with a dusting of Parmesan on cheese. And they were warm too! The bread was served with a whipped butter that wasn't even necessary but still a welcome addition. The dip stick sauces were excellent- I enjoyed the Indian inspired sauce the most but was also blown away by the pesto. The chowder was fantastic. Nice and creamy with a little bit of bacon on top for Smokey-ness. The chicken parm sandwich was nice and crispy with their great bread and even included an extra layer of pesto which I really enjoyed. I'm not a huge fan of too much marinara but this was the perfect amount and they even had extra on the side. If you need a quick but delicious bite to eat I highly recommend stopping by t-bones!
