I just left after breakfast this morning and I wanted to leave a review commending the employees of the Dickson City Panera after what I saw. As I was eating a woman went up to the counter with her food irate and complaining that she was given an over-easy egg instead of scrambled as she expected. They do serve both and perhaps she didn't realize when she ordered, and/or mistakes do happen, but the way she spoke to the employees was completely unacceptable and beyond rude. She was going on about how no where else in the world does anyone serve over-easy eggs (?!) and she was flabbergasted and offended that it even seemed to exist. The employees to their credit were being completely professional and apologizing and offered to make a scrambled egg sandwich for her, which didn't seem to fully satisfy her. She proceeded to sound even more insane, asking the employees if they were laughing at her and thought it was funny. Perhaps she would've been satisfied if the employees went back in time and stopped the concept of an over-easy egg from being created in the first place. For her sake I hope she never googles the words "eggs Benedict" because her head might explode. She also complained how the runny egg almost dripped on her and ruined her clothes, as if that's the employees/Panera's fault. If a person can't eat over the plate like a normal human being, perhaps they deserve to have their shirt ruined. So just wanted to say the employees deserve to be commended for their professionalism in the face of bad customers to think the world owes them something. They were far more patient than I would've been. #OverEasyEggsFTW read more

The egg white sandwich is so greasy. The food is over priced.

This the standard all other Paneras should live up to! Used this location for catering. The food was awesome, the service perfect. Get the mac and cheese, OH MY GOD. read more

The staff is so kind and the hard work shows. I got soup and salad the detail and neatness in prepairing was amazing.

It's overcrowded and always busy. It's also over priced and service isn't that great. I don't see the high appeal of this place. Also, I hate having to stand in line in front of all the desserts while I'm hungry. I guess that's how they sell them, but it sucks when you are going there for "healthy" food and you stand in front of a display of baked goods. read more

After reading the reviews about this location I had to post a review. This is my second time at this Panera and it is a new Panera with a drive through! The service is fast and the place is clean. I've had no problems and the lady at the drive through window was extremely nice. read more

What a great experience at Panera bread in Dickson City. I ordered (and paid)online but my phone has moosic street store instead of Dickson city. I went to Dickson city and they said I can help - got my salads and had me on my way in just a few minutes. !!! Delicious salads as well as great customer service. read more

This used to be one of my favorite places to meet friends for lunch. It has really gone down hill! The last three times I went there I was disappointed. My order was either wrong, or put together in such a haphazard way it was unappetizing . Serving sizes seem smaller and the overall cleanliness of the environment is lacking. read more

I stopped for breakfast at 7am on a Saturday morning, the water was not hot to make tea, there was no milk in any of the three pitchers. When we got our food one meal was not what we ordered and had to get redone. It is a shame because my wife and stopped every Saturday morning. This location is going down hill fast. When I walked out I commented that I am never going eat there again. read more

A nice alternative to the traditional burger and fries fast food joint. Cleanliness is sometimes an issue and seating can sometimes be hard to find when busy, but the menu makes up for it. read more

My first visit to any Panera ever. Refreshing to see a different menu. Little on the pricey side. I got am Alvarado and turkey blt. Everything here is very close to $10 without the drink. Free wifi. I only used the drive thru but cashier was very helpful. Not sure if I liked my sandwich. Not much flavor but they toasted it for me. read more

I went here a few days ago, food was great. The cashier was pre occupied thru my whole ordering process in which of course screwed my order up. The store mgr was ok as he was trying to tell me what I ordered after he realized what I was trying to say he offered to fix it. I was good to go by then. Oh well maybe better next time. read more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! Messed up my 4th order in the drive thru in 3 months! Bad enough the order is wrong, but you get soggy brown salad and 4 pieces of chicken for $9 plus dollars. I hope this place gets shut down and fast! Complete waste! read more

I almost never post about establishments. Took my younger sister to eat after one of her appointments.. employees saw me drive around to the drive through where the sign clearly states the hours that it's open... MON-FRI 6am-10pm. Sat there for several minutes before my patience ran low. After being in class for 12 hours, it's a little frustrating to wait so long for a lemonade and a salad. Go to go inside and they can't even open the door to tell you they're closed- they just mouth it to you and point to the locked door... kudos employees... maybe Panera should spend some time investing in new hour signs. read more

Ordered the broccoli and cheddar soup in a bread bowl just to get a bowl that was 70% bread and maybe two spoonfuls of soup, such a let down! I never leave panera hungry but this establishment ruined that streak. Sad! read more

As a former employee of Panera bread, I don't normally complain. I understand a lot of the struggles of working in customer service. Today, I ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 iced lattes, exactly the same. The whole order took 10 min and another drink came up before my order. When my drinks came up, they were hot not iced, they were the wrong milk, and one had flavor one did not. I told them what was wrong and it took another 5 min. I was not pleased with the service at all, and I won't be going back read more

Panera food is always pretty good. Server didn't know which salad was vegetarian, didn't serve dressing on the side as asked. All tables were dirty and we had to clean one to sit down. read more

Traveled here with a colleague for a week-long work trip, for which we needed both breakfast and lunch to go each morning. The food itself has been consistently good. Each morning my colleague ordered the Greek yogurt with mixed berries; a normal item on the breakfast menu. Each morning she was told, "I'll have to see if I can find any." The good news is, despite that apparently strong anxiety over yogurt, they were able to procure one each day. So there's that. Overall though - we still went back every morning. :) read more

I love Panera, but this particular store has an issue with good service. I always order the grilled cheese, and every single time without fail, it is not melted. I usually have to send to ask dr it to be cooked longer. One of the female cooks was especially rude about it, it was bad customer service and embarassing. The manager of this store needs to retrain their employees on manners. read more

Panera is a good place. By the constant crowds and heavy volume, you'd think it was a GREAT place but it isn't great...just good. There's always a good selection of foods to choose from. The soups are usually good and go nice with that hunk of bread. The sandwiches are generally decent but not great. It's good at what it's supposed to be....a quick serve sandwich and salad place. Not bad. Problem for me is more than I have to alter a lot of what I order because the foods come with things I don't like so I have to modify a lot of what I order and I can't be alone in this. I don't think this helps the ordering process either. Long lines happen quickly. The ordering screens are being used now just for these kinds of reasons. read more

Nice location. Not anything different than most Panera's. But I think the food is great. A lot of times when I want something healthy on the run, I get this instead of a fast food meal - fast food is similar in price, and panera is just better quality, and a fun atmosphere. I always love how they decorate, and it's a good place not only on the run, but if you want to sit and chat. read more

Slowest drive-thru I've ever been through. There were about 4-5 cars in front of me and it took like 15 minutes just to order. And other 10-15 minutes to get to the pick up window. Good thing I'm not in a hurry to get anywhere. But I'm running through my gas waiting. Ridiculous. read more
