I've been a costumer of Panera for years back in Chicago! I love their menu and their food options but most of all I love their service, except in Miami (but again, I guess I should not have high expectations since this is Doral, Florida and I'm not Venezuelan)...This location is loud, disorganized and rude. They will change your food if they feel like doing it, and if you try to return it they give you the "Miami-anti friendly" attitude. The only reason I would give this location even 1 star is because the food is good. However, customer service is awful!! They are always out of flavors of bagels. My sister and I went for breakfast and they charged me 2x for bagels and then gave them to someone else. When we spoke to the manager she offered NOTHING to compensate. Won't go back to this location again. read more

I had never ordered of eat in at Panera Bread but my 2 coworkers convinced me to order lunch from there. We ordered yesterday June 18th, 2015 and out of the 3 orders 2 were missing items or not acording to what we ordered Order 1 Was complete. Order 2 Was missing 2 bagels. (Where charged on the receipt.) Order 3 Had only half a Turkey Sandwich when a full one was ordered and paid in the receipt. I personally went to the store after leaving the office and spoke to the manager (Tony) and he gave me the excuse that the morning manager had left and I had to comeback tomorrow ( He also offer to give me a sandwich which I do not eat at night. I love Panera, but this location is super slow. I ordered through the kiosk and mind you, all I purchased was a plain croissant. It took over 10minutes to see my order on the screen say it was competed, except..the order never came out. My name then disappeared and I so no one approaching the bakery section. I was able to locate a worker to fulfill my order, but this issue in the system certainly needs to be corrected. There was also another customer present, whom was complaining about the same issue. I also noticed many of the younger employees behind the counter at the register just standing arround. Didnt make sense. read more

Any Panera I see I have to stop and have. This one Friday evening after leaving the ups stope I wanted there lemonade ohh so bad so why not go and get a large. Thank goodness it was not busy as always so I slid right in and got helped right away. I ordered a large and the man gave me a medium but to my surprise the other young man that helped me check out noticed the guy gave me the wrong size for my money and I ended up walking out of there a happy camper with a large lemonade and a medium for freeeeeee! Your wall has a placard that reads "before placing your order, please inform a server if a person in your party has a food allergy so that a manager can, at your request, provide you a list of ingredients in your order." We have someone with Celiac Disease in our party, and find your sign to be a joke. There was no representation, the server didn't get any manager (even though we made it abundantly clear that we wanted to speak with a supervisor) and she continued to suggest products that would make this person in our group sick and ill. I love Panera..however I have to say that this particular location did not please. We moved to Doral and this is the closest location. The quality of food that is being served and prep service needs improvement. I ordered a pick 2 -Italian combo and classic salad (my usual for lunch). I get to section where food is being picked up and I observed 3 workers just chatting behind the counter while people are standing around waiting for food. This was during the lunch hour. I just feel they need to work on time management. When I got home I noticed the lettuce on the salad was old. I am not at all impressed by this location. read more

I have been meaning to review as I order there at least 3x per month. I really wanted to review because of the service. Of course they have made mistakes in my order a few times but they are human. However, how they fix the issues is what keeps them at 5 star. They go above and beyond to make it right. Plus everyone there is super nice. The parking is bad but that's out of their control. This is just like any other Panera. The layout is long and narrow. There were not many outlets, so if you are going to be there for a while with a laptop, make sure you bring a charged battery. The service here was fast considering the amount of people placing orders. read more

I love the environment of this place for breakfast, as that is the earliest that I have been there. Very comfy, it's kind of like eating at home with the colored plates of sorts. The service hasn't been the best since they try to attend the next customer as quickly as possible. Understandable, but not how I would like to be treated. I love the convenience of the WI-FI. Their bagels are outstanding, cheaper than the sandwiches, which are tiny and cost more than $3! Try the cinnamon crunch bagel, it's my personal fave. read more

Every time I come in to this Panera, it takes forever to get my food. I just ordered 2 plain bagels toasted and it took more than 10 minutes to get them. The restaurant wasn't even full, there was only 1 person ahead of me. Also... this isn't an outlier, this is the norm here. You will always see that the screen says that your food is ready but that is never true, the screen with the food's status means nothing. Will not recommend anyone to come here unless you have a lot of time. read more

I hate this panera every time I try and place an order for pick up I'm on hold for more then ten minutes. I finally got feed up with this the last time so while still on hold I drove to the panera and got down. I only saw two customers, five employees standing around doing nothing. I asked for the manger and I was still on hold after ten minutes. When he came up to me I showed him how I was on hold still and he literally told me they were probably busy. He also repeatedly kept saying "I don't know what to tell you," and "I don't know what to do." I'm never ordering from this panera again so if you want your food ready before you get there don't even try calling. Whoever is managing that place today should get fired!! read more

Customer service has a lot to be desired, the rapid pick up is supposed to be Rapid. I placed my order of a baker's dozen bagels. at 6:45 am to be ready by 7:15 am. I arrived at 7:30 am and the order was not ready but no one had an idea there was an order. When I expressed to the manager I needed to get to work her comment was I am trying to get it ready. Do you want a free cup of coffee. Excuse me but I do not need a free cup of coffee. She did not even try to explain why it was not ready. Great quick service! I come here often for lunch. Their cream of broccoli soup is the best I have ever had (yes, better than Subway's).

Panera is always a great choice for lunch. I usually order their salad and soup combo (Chicken Caesar or Asian Chicken and their tomato soup). Love Panera! The food is fulfilling and light all at the same time. Unfortunately like all of Doral, this place falls short. I placed an online order for bagels. It was supposed to be ready at 7:30 for Rapid Pickup. Three problems: (1) When I got here, they hadn't even started the order. (2) When they began the order and saw it was for 3 sets of a baker's dozen of bagels, they rolled their eyes in exhaustion because I selected the option to have them toasted and sliced. (3) The bagels do not come with cream cheese and when I requested to buy 4 tubs of cream cheese as advertised on the menu, I was told they do not have tubs. I would have to buy 39 individual cream cheeses at $2ish per. I wasn't even offered a discount or wholesale price for the lack of stock on their behalf. I said I'd just buy cream cheese at Publix next door and the employee totally concurred! To make matters more hilarious, the lady just came up to me while typing this and asked if one set of sliced/toasted was sufficient so they didn't have to do the other two sets. This Panera branch is not the best. So far, my experiences from this place has been disappointing. 1) I have noticed the paninis are made with raw chicken, 2) I ordered a drink once and my cup had a hole so my drink was dripping, and I have found hair in my food twice! Disgusting! Hopefully management reads this negative feedback from customers and figures out a way to improve the quality of the service/food. Hopefully they do some quality control to prevent hair from falling into people's food. read more

I LOVE Panera Bread! they have the BEST broccoli cheddar soup and their sandwiches are great. I like to try something new every time. They also have an awesome point system if you sign up for their reward card. The employees are friendly and their service i fairly quick. The only negative side to it is the plaza its located in.
