Grilled cheese & chicken noodle soup
    Jeremy N.

Place is good. Food is okay. The sandwiches are thrown together. The chicken noodle soup is basically broth. The service was fine. No one really had to interact with me. The place needs cleaned. All the tables were dirty. The y need someone on the floor to help clean while guests are getting up and another sitting down. Only reason for losing a star. The grilled cheese are delicious. I love themes. Sometimes they get messy and many times they lack cheese. Not today though. They were good. Overall I'm satisfied and will go back.

Just left this Panera bread located in doral on 9717 NW 41st St, Doral, FL 33178. Total disaster, place was super dirty, horrible service and the food was also terrible. Sat down in the outside area, there was trash on the tables, floor full of leafs and leftover cigarettes. Decided to go inside to order, I ordered a small broccoli soup and a cookie. They made me wait longer than normal for a soup that's basically made Already, they placed it on the pickup booth and they never called my name when I walked over, it was there siting, I had to ask an employee if it was mine. The soup ended up being cold. ( shocker ). The collie tasted stale and old! Overall disaster!!!!

The food at Panera bread easily speaks for itself. Inexpensive, fresh, flavorful. I love it! However, this location is underwhelming. The parking here is horrendous. Like most places in Doral, it's always packed and the Parking lot in general doesn't have enough spaces even though it's fairly large. They share a parking lot with Publix, Starbucks and a bunch of other stores in the strip mall. The employees here are nice but so very slow. I have only been here around 1pm-2pm and even though it's slower then lunch hour it is still an insane wait. The line is often close to being out the door as the order takers/cashiers are very slow. Be prepared to wait at least 15 minutes for your food. I love Panera but I would suggest avoiding this location at all costs if you can! It's not worth the yummy food. They opened a new location a little west that is way more comfortable and the service is great! Cheers!

This place exceeded my expectations for customer service. They have a self-order kiosk and a pick-up station. The manager and staff members made this an easy process. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

I have come to this Panera location many times and I like how ample it is inside. I don't like to seat outside because is kind of tight. We had our coffees and mine was awesome. The whipped cream was tasty and they made it exactly the way I like it. Extra hot, not too much sugar, and served on a plastic cup. I noticed that the space where we throw the garbage was full but the person in charge cleaned it in no time.

O have Ordered multiple time from this Panera. 80% of the time the order is missing something and can not be fulfilled which I can understand since things can run out, what I don't understand is when you still charge for the order and throw in hate er you have around. For example... Last night I ordered a tomato bread bowl. I only received the tomato soup and for the bread bowl they gave me 4 buns that they use to make their "new" chicken sandwiches with. 100% unacceptable!

This is a nice location with seating in the front, side, and back. Food is always prepared well here and the breads are made perfectly. The crust on the sourdough loaf is nice and chewy with the inside very soft. You can tell them how thick to slice it. Today the female at the cash was super friendly, quickly getting my bread order, and wrapping it up with lots of mini butter packs. The desserts here are outstanding with the brownie being one of my favorites.

Excellent service! I went for a quick lunch and it was super quick to get. I ordered a apple fuji salad and a tomato soup, which were amazing. I also noticed that is a good place to go and work because they have a coffee and tea station and it's a quite place. I would recommend this place is you are looking for a healthy option. But they don't have many gluten free options

    Awesome option! Rapid pick-up

I am a huge fan of four things Panera related. The website/online ordering, the Rapid Takeout order option and the grilled cheese I always order with the mini chocolate chip cookies. Panera caters to convenience. Download the app on your phone and/or set up an account on the website and see for yourself. This particular Panera is in Doral and Doral is an area you never want to find yourself in. The shopping center "Doral Plaza" where Panera is at is horrid, the parking spots IF you find one are horrid and there's nothing really exceptional about the Panera itself other than it being exceptionally packed. Ordering online, picking up rapid takeout and going in and out quicker than a drive-thru is quite the perk and is ultimately the only reason why Panera is always an option when I'm on the go. The grilled cheese and mini chocolate chip cookies are pretty awesome too, and the fact I can customize my bread, type of cheese, condiments and/or extras literally makes it my way every time I order.

Upon arrival, it was not busy, there was one person waiting on their food, we saw that our orders on the screen, and there was only 3 orders total at the moment. However, we probably waited another 20 mins after. While we waited more people showed up, but our food was not getting done any quicker. People who ordered in person got their order first, and they came in at least 5-10 mins after we arrived. I have worked in the food industry, so I do understand that it gets busy, however when we came in time, it was announced that we were there to pick up the food. Only one employee apologized for how long it was taking. I would have thought that our food was going to be done first. The drinks were alright, we got the lemonade, and half sweet and unsweet tea. We ordered the King Club, Chicken salad Sandwich, Spicy Turkey Melt and the Max Spud. Mind you, these items were all half, so imagine waiting more than 30 mins total from the time we ordered to the time we got the food. The King club was good, the honey mustard added a nice sweetness. The Spicy Turkey melt was mid, I think it could do without the avocado. The Chicken Salad sandwich was good too, I love the little sweetness the cranberries added. The Max spud was also mid. I don't think I'm a baked potato kind of person. The vibes were like as if Panera and TooJays had a baby. Would come back for the food but service could improve.

Yes, $80.05. then, the great service! NOT!! They gave our drink order to the group that ordered after me. It was classic, the guy ordered the same three drinks I ordered plus four other as they were a large party. He's not even done paying when I see the lady put my drink order on the counter and tells him "the rest of your drinks are coming up" I was like 'what?' I watched as he grabbed my drinks and passed them out. As I walked up to the counter and asked the lady where are my drinks, since I ordered first. She looks at me and then at the other guy and says "oh, I have them to the wrong person" laughs about it and then, with a straight face tells me "as soon as I finish with their drinks I'll get yours, their order is using up the coffee machine now" No I'm sorry, no apology of any kind. So to wrap up, super way overpriced, the cafe con leche (Latte) was weak and it was more foam then coffee and they gave me the wrong size, paid for large received the small. When I went back to let them know. They said I would have to wait until they finish with the other orders. I was already 40 minutes in this stupid place. So I asked her to refund the difference and she said that she can't do that. WHAT??? EVERYTHING (did not try their pastries) IN THIS PLACE SUCKS, THE SERVICE, THE EMPANADAS AND THE LATTE AND MACHA! It is a really cute breakfast place, and feels like an easy option to bring people if you are visiting the area. I really liked the special that they were running, which was a salmon and egg croissant sandwich. There were lots of buttery layers on the croissant, and there was plenty of filling. Plenty of seating inside, and larger portions. Everything was pretty yummy! I didn't try their coffee or other drinks, but if it is anything like the food I would wager it is a solid choice. Service was a little slow, and it took a bit to get our check. But our food came out super quick and was well made. We have eaten in Peruvian restaurants and cafes all over North America. Here, the flavors were familiar but amazingly well-executed. We had these treats: Lucuma-chocolate cheesecake -- not too sweet, either flavor/layer; this is just a smooth caramel flavor derived from the lucuma fruit plus the real chocolate layers. Lucuma milkshake -- not too sweet, just a creamy caramel-flavor profile again derived from, counterintuitively, a fruit. Arroz con leche / rice pudding -- delicious, creamy, and a little thin compared to the American counterpart (tends to be thicker consistency); this has cinnamon and a little bit of spiced orange. My wife said it reminded her of her mother's arroz con leche. Little box of alfajores -- we didn't try them yet. This place is 10/10 especially if you are a discerning Peruvian food eater.
