I agree with the previous review about how this location is messing up delivery orders. The last time I had my order delivered, everything was in there, but the delivery person couldn't figure out how to get in the building, and the phone numbers were right there. They also didn't have the right phone number and went to the wrong location. This person said they were a manager--what next? The last time I picked up salads, there was no dressing in the salads. I ordered a turkey sandwich & I asked for mayo & cheese on it, It was to go so when I arrived at home & opened my sandwich to eat it, it had neither on it. Went to pick up an iced coffee (and I love all coffee anytime anywhere) before work, didn't drink it until I got there. It was horrid. I'm not sure what it tasted like, maybe a mix of tea and Coca-Cola or something?? Not at all what I had expected, I just dumped out the large iced coffee. the girl working was super nice tho. Always a good food and drink experience here. The Internet connection is free and fast. ( Yes, that does mean you will see a lot of hipsters on laptops there but we cannot blame Panera for that.) The only complaint is the people at the cash registers always seem new and a little confused. ( Perhaps distracted by all the hipsters? I dunno.) read more

Love the new Panera rewards card, you get an insane amount of free goodies! This location gets really packed during lunch time. However, if you have enough patience to wait, the service is friendly and wi-fi works about 90% of the time, which I guess is a pretty good rate for a public provider. read more

What can I say that hasn't already been said? I love the free wifi and the atmosphere is nice and calming. My personal favorite is the Ham and Swiss soufflé....the French Toast Bagel is kind of awesome as well. During the winter of last year, I started having an uncontrollable craving for creamy tomato soups. This has been the place that has always satisfy my cravings. I would like to take the time to thank them for their soups. their wonderfully delicious bread (the reason I can't keep on my carb free diet), and their online ordering when I'm to lazy to go there so my boyfriend could just pick it up. When it comes to fast food made healthy no one comes close to Panera Bread. My favorite place to take my daughter and have a lunch date. Nothing is better then knowing that what ever you order it will be made fresh and taste that should be world renowned. read more

I've been to this location 2 times now both times were not so great. 1st time it was close to closing( I work nights went on break to grab dinner) the food was fine but staff was moping and literally like right around me she couldn't wait till I got my food and left she mopped right around me asked me to move from where I was standing and mind you this girl had no idea how to even mop a floor properly. It is a puddle on the floor and customers walking so just sloppy wet still dirty floors. now I went again which they recently changed closing time from 9:30pm to 9:00pm no biggie but it isn't changed on any search places (Google, Yelp, or any of those) so I got there around 8:45 ordered quickly but I literally spent about 30 min all together in the store. You can hear employees talking one girl asking a guy to get her food to help the starving... she grabs something walks around grabs a hand full of butter and is gone. It's now after 9pm and they are officially closed and a lady worker walks from the drive through area and is chatting with the girl making my food and talking about how someone tried going through drive through but she has to tell them they are closed. The girl making my food scoffs and says well it's not our fault we close at nine in a rude ill mannered tone. Just the way these people think it is ok to talk like this with customers standing right in front of them is baffling. I ordered Mac n cheese and half a salad.. idk if the chicken in my Mac n cheese was under cooked or over cooked either way I didn't eat it... she handed me all my food in one bag when I have an apple(cold) a salad(cold) and Mac n cheese(Hot). Idk I've never been somewhere they bag your cold and hot items together. So I politely asked for another bag and separated my hot and cold. As I left they have not locked the door and two men are just standing in the lobby and rather than politely tell them they are closed they all just seemed to be staring at them rudely. I myself spoke up to the gentlemen and told them they were closed and directed them to a place that was open.. so many other places to eat in this area I really wish this place was more welcoming. read more

I love this menu for the unique salads, sandwiches and flatbreads. Ordering online for the rapid pick up is also a really nice choice when you can bypass that long line, pick up your ready-to-go order and leave the store in less than a minute. The food at this location is always incredibly fresh, perfectly prepared and I've never had an issue with the rapid pick up. My only issue is that I didn't receive my dressing for my salad this time! I was already back to my office so didn't want to return just for that. This was a one time thing and this location is usually on point, so I'm writing this review as a reminder to myself and others to always check your order before you leave the store! read more

My son found a large piece of plastic in his wild rice soup. They were out of a lot of food. Cold coffee. Terrible service. So sad this place makes Panera look bad. Thankfully we have a good Panera back home and this was not our first experience. read more

I usually go to Panera stores for the Cobblestone or a bagel on the way to work. This time I had lunch at the store in Eagan after dropping off a friend at the airport. I ordered a salad for me and mac and cheese for my son. Of course I helped him finish his meal. OH MY...what a treat. Have you ever had macaroni and cheese that blew your mind? I did. I'll go back just for that! The gal behind the counter was super nice even though it was somewhat busy, my food was ready within minutes and I quickly found a clean table. Then someone (the manager?) stopped by to check on me and to chat with my son for a minute. It was like going to a high end restaurant. Good job Panera! read more

If I have negative things to say, then something is really wrong. I'm a very positive person, and for me to have a somewhat bad experience, means that another person may have had a HORRIBLE one. This place's location is part of why I don't like it. It seems like every time I go here, or into this little island away from the strip mall, I run into some absolute morons. Occasion number one, two years ago: A woman left the parking lot in her car going about 20, crossing over two lanes (In front of the Panera) nearly hitting my party, only having missed because we stopped sharply, seeing her. Apparently, she saw an open lane and thought she could warp-drive through it. Occasion number two, most recent visit: A woman texting on her cell phone suddenly stopped before me in the doorway, standing inside the first door, yet outside the second, and wouldn't move until I asked her. Apparently, nobody here has situational awareness. Occasion number three: A woman tripped over my PC cord as I was using it as an internet hotspot. Somehow, tripping over a cord that was not even close to the walkway and less than two inches off the ground, where I was clearly visible with a PC and headphones right next to her. The food is OK. It's a tad pricey for what I think it's worth, but I'm more of a Chipotle/Subway fan, so whatever floats your boat. If the sandwiches and salads are your thing, I'm sure they're ok. The drinks are ok. At peak times, you'll wait for about 15 minutes sometimes to get an order in. But otherwise, the place is homey and cozy. They DO have WiFi, but if you read their agreement, it says that the Panera corporation has the right to watch and read whatever you do via their connection. Keep that in mind. Sure, you're using it for free, but that's creepy. Dunn Brothers doesn't have that, or at least not in their agreement. read more
