I order about twice a week, always the same items;1/2 Frontega Chicken Sandwich and 1/2 Greek Salad The items I received yesterday were substandard to say the least. My sandwich was wrapped carelessly and only 1/2 of the 1/2 sandwich had the ingredients in it and the part that did have the ingredients, they were minimal. It was pretty much only bread. The Greek salad was also subpar. About 90% of the lettuce was only the "rib" part (the center of the lettuce and least enjoyable). It also had an excessive amount of onions and only two olives. Our main goal in stopping at Panera was to leave with their Mac n Cheese (which is a favorite of our teenage son's). The cheesy pasta goodness is definitely comfort food. We ordered "to-go" and were directed to the seating at the designated waiting area. Upon sitting down, you can look up at the display and see your name to show where your order is at in the making - In Process or Ready. We waited about 10 minutes, if that, and when it was ready, a Panera employee confirmed our order and brought it to us. The fast casual restaurant upgraded their interior since I was last here a year ago and it was an improvement. The renovation increases light, ability to walk around, and amount of seating. I love Panera. I go to many different Paneras and I have never experienced one so lacking as this location. Service is so slow. I think we waited almost half an hour for our food on several occasions. Online orders are not not received and processed in a timely fashion. When I went to pick up an order I placed it hadn't even been started yet. They were out of coffee and had no cream out as well. On another occasion I saw the person preparing food wipe his nose and then handle bread with the same hand never changing his glove. Worst customer service ever at a Panera (in terms of follow up on our order). We made a breakfast order for a family of 7 and were given a buzzer. 25 minutes later, no buzzer went off, even though the store wasn't that busy. Went to check on the food and most of it had been sitting on the counter cold, they never bothered to see whose it was or wonder why no one came to take it. They didn't offer any apology and they didn't even complete the order, several items were missing. Honestly the breakfast sandwiches tasted bland and were skimpy on filling too. They aren't using dishes and silverware, one worker said because of sanitary reasons another said they don't have time to wash dishes. The bread was rock solid, we asked for a new piece because it would have broken a tooth trying to eat it. Was very rudely told there all rock solid. We waited for a good ten minutes and in kid time, that's like a whole day! When I went to check on it, the girl said, "I called you like an hour ago!" So I said, "So this pager is no good then?"
