This panera bread is consistently terrible food with horrible customer service. The staff was rude and actually said nothing to me during the whole transacation in the drive thru except when they had to take my order. The sandwich I got that night had uncut avacado with barely any Turkey and looked like a 3 year old assembled it then balled up the wrapper like a peice of trash. Not thrilled to have paid $10 for that. This is one example of a consistently bad experience at this location. After this last time I will never be back. I love Panera. Good food, and nice selection. I also love the desserts. It's nice to be able to find something for the whole family to eat. They have light salads, or a heavy sandwich for my fatty days. I always enjoy the coffee too. I'm a Panera fanatic so this experience was sort of extra disappointing, I believed Panera could do no wrong! Ordered a you pick two with the Thai chicken salad, garden veggie soup, and an apple. Got garden veggie soup, which was great....but they didn't do so hot on the rest. The Thai chicken salad was just croutons chicken and lettuce, no edamame or cashew pieces, and then at LEAST double the normal amount of peanut dressing, so it basically tasted like peanut butter lettuce. Instead of the apple I ordered they gave me some odd burger roll-looking thing that tasted like it came out of a package...not warm, not fresh. I would've even been happy with the normal French baguette but I didn't even get that. Yikes, not my best panera experience! But the line of people waiting for their food was so long when I realized that I just gave up and ate it. Obsessed with Panera but I'll probably pick the other one around here instead next time! Ordered $130 worth of food for staff meeting, delivery. When order arrived, there were missing items. Called Panera and they REFUSED to bring the missing items! They blamed it on DoorDash, claiming that DoorDash will not make a second delivery -- which is complete BS. Of course DoorDash will make another delivery! Panera just refuses to pay the delivery charge, to make things right. To make it even worse, Panera refused to credit my charge card for the missing items (is that even legal???). The manager -- not just a low-level staff person, but the MANAGER -- said I would have to drive to the store and give them my credit card, in person, to get my money back. Drive to the store??? Then what's the point of ordering delivery??? Stupid, stupid policy, ignorant manager who has no clue about customer service ... we will never order from this Panera Bread again. read more

Such a shame. Used to be a great place. Now, the customer service is so bad I can barely stand to go there. Only very rarely do you get someone that is happy and actually enjoys their job. They redesigned the building but they should have brought on a new team of people that know what customer service is. I visited this Panera with friends on Saturday, November 3rd and we were so impressed! The fireplace is delightful, there are plenty of outlets for laptops, and most importantly the manager, Mike Hook (like Captain Hook, as he says) is phenomenal. We had a little difficulty with the kiosks and he really went above and beyond to resolve the issue. He later checked in on us and joked around a bit. I really cannot say enough nice things about how professional, kind, and hard working Mike is. We will definitely be back! read more

The food quality has gone down hill the last few times my family ate here. The lines waiting for the register are out the door, poorly managed. You are charging the same prices for food that restaurants that serve you. Now you want to make even more impersonal by using Kiosks to place orders. Used to love Panera Bread back in the day. I've come to accept those days are over. Honestly I came here cuz I haven't eaten since the morning and need food before attending a concert. GOOD. LORD. Got a you-pick-two (HALF) and a small cup for seltzer and it came to just shy of $12!!! For a half stale sandwich, a "bowl" of broccoli cheddar soup (which is like 75% of how much they used to give) and a seltzer. I asked the guy if he rang it I correctly. Then he actually indicated how the CC machine was asking if I wanted to tip the service. I said "you can take the tip out of the ridiculous margin I was just upcharged". Food quality has gone way down while prices have gone way up. Next time I'll wait til after the show to eat read more

We used the Panera Bread App to order dinner....three very simple meals. After an hour and half we checked on the app to find that one of the meals was "sold out". We never received any notice of this...no call, nothing! We tried calling over and over and nobody would pick up the phone. They charged us, but NO Food!. I called corporate to wait on hold. This Panera Bread is in a shopping center just off Freemansburg Avenue. They are in a pad site, so there is a rectangle of parking spaces around the restaurant. I can't really comment about the service since I placed a rapid pick-up order from my phone, but my order was ready fairly quickly considering the volume of business at the time. read more

They almost always get my order wrong and the drive through is always so slow and the young woman working it is MISERABLE she hands me my food and says nothing, I even today loudly said HAVE A GREAT DAY and she turned and walked away and ignored me.. i dont know how these places are still open, overpriced and terrible service. read more

Steer clear of this location!! it's complete chaos...no order or organization in the kitchen! Poor customer service and food preparers that have no clue what their doing. I just had the worst experience of my life in a fast food restaurant. They screwed up my order twice! all i ordered was the mediterranean bowl with chicken. First bowl was missing the arugula. i had to wait 15 min for them to make another bowl. An associate named 'Kat' , who has a nasty attitude and no concept of customer service, just slid me the bowl with no bag. I realized it was missing the chicken and she made it seem like it was my fault like i overlooked it. she heated up some chicken and gave it to me with no lid. She knows it's a to-go order. I had to ask for everything....lids, bag, utensils. These are basic items I should not have to ask for. I stop in here from time to time to pick up a loaf of bread on my way home from work. Even on a late evening I've found that they have a decent selection. It's convenient if you shop at the other stores in that center. read more

I love Panera and all of their delicious choices, but the quality of people working at this location totally outweighs anything else. Definitely recommend the Panera on 512! Meeting with a friend for dinner at Panera Bread 310 Washington Avenue, New Jersey, November 2, was the worst experience I've ever had since newly dining there for just two months straight this past September and October of 2021. I had been enjoying it and speaking highly of it at other locations. So I continued anticipating satisfaction once again until this last experience. I told my friend to order ahead of me because I was running late. As I began to order my food, I noticed a huge, tall man talking over the pick up counter. I thought for a brief moment it was to pick up his order or to correct his order something like that. Instead, he was discussing razor bumps from shaving for like 10 minutes!! I couldn't believe what he was discussing over food waiting to be picked up and over the counter of the serving containers. He talked about his breakout and remedies he found to correct it all while scratching the irritated areas. The cooks were just listening not moving him away. Someone (a cook) finally caught on and came and got the guy. Low and behold... he works there, behind the register!!! I was flabbergasted!! NO MASK, NO DISCRETION, NO PROFESSIONALISM! And to add insult to injury, another worker preparing food WORE NO MASK!! I was so done! I watched him prepare dishes, soda from the fountain, back and forth and talking over the food he was preparing. I couldn't take it anymore and asked a co-worker, "why he's not wearing a mask"? He said " he choses not to". I'm like "what"!? So now I'm trying to order my food, but couldn't, seeing all this! So I got up and asked the worker, "excuse me, but why are you not wearing a mask"? He said "I chose not to"! I said, "and the the boss here allows you to"? He said, yes". I couldn't believe it!! So we got up and left and my friend threw her food away, could not finish afraid of the germs probably fixed with and especially during COVID-19 awareness! Unsanitary! So it was a rainy day, first feel like fall. Yep what a day for a bowl of soup and sandwich. So arrived but concern of the crowd. Saw many tables available so went in. The food is great! But their customer service is lacking. My sister and I were there yesterday for lunch with her 3 and 4 year old. So things were a little crazy.... Their systems were down and not registering the Panera cards so my sister asked will she get credit for the $30 she just spent. And the girl behind the counter was less than helpful. She had no answer but after kind of pushing she said confused that the computer said she would get credit when the systems came back up. When my sister walked away the girl rolled her eyes at her. You should probably be careful as you never know who is waiting in line after the person you just helped. I have never had a bad experience at Panera until I went here. read more

I've given this Panera (south mount) Easton PA,multiple tries to redeem themselves but it's a constant disappointment! Their whole loafs of bread are always over cooked and stale unless you order it as your side. Then it's a tiny potion but edible. The only thing they are constant with is extremely shorting you with quantity of food and dressing. I think it's time to set a standard that all Panera's should follow. At least you pay high prices but you will get the same amount at any of there chains hence the point of going to one. read more

Unclean floors and table tops. Men's bathroom consistently has what must be 'boogers' on the wall above the urinal day after day after day indicating that it never gets cleaned. Air conditioner is not maintained by management reasonably. Cold days they have it blasting. Other times it is off altogether. Robotic staff who are forced to treat me as if I am coming in for the first time despite they have seen me there consistently for months. Whole experience is cold and disgusting. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! I love Panera. However, this Panera is not well run. I was there today and ordered lunch with my son. We should have left when we heard the employees taking orders complaining about the manager's bad mood. While we waited for our lunches at a table near the preparation counter, we saw two different people come to the counter to ask for their "eat-in" food to be packaged "to-go" because of how long it was taking. One of them (a guy who appeared to be on his lunch break from work) left the restaurant without his food. My son and I had an appointment and it was clear we were not going to be able to make the appointment and receive our food. I asked for a refund. The manager did not apologize. She took me to a front register to process the refund. She tried to process the refund a couple of times. I asked if there was a problem. She said it wasn't easy to give a refund. We had no more time to waste, so we left Panera without food and without our refund. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PANERA LOCATION AGAIN. read more
