We used to like this place for sandwiches. The new menu item Toasted Italiano was great. Now, they've gotten cheap. No veges, ok there were onions. And they used this roll type bun that breaks in 2 but the inside is not cut so it was not easy to eat, with the contents spilling out. The bread is not the same as the baguette style. Today my wife and I had lunch at the Panera across from the old Aurora village site and there were two issues with the meal. The sandwich that we split was had way too much dressing on it. The whole top of it was wet and inside it had enough dressing so that it was running out through the paper that it was wrapped in. We ended up wearing it. Never had a sandwich that was so amazingly wet. The second problem was that we had two salads and I ate one but but wife didn't. I ended up with food poisoning she didn't. I reported these issues to the manager and was told there must have been too much dressing and we're sorry about that. About the salad and food poisoning, she said that they have no control over the produce. Lots of luck if you choose to eat there because there was no intent demonstrated to improve either significant problem. read more

Food made wrong every time, manager is so rude and unprofessional as we explained our concerns with the food taking forever, quality of the food and the order being wrong. Our Grilled cheese was burnt to a crisp and black, soup tasted either old or watered down and the older female manager would rather argue rather than refund our money or remake it. It's not like we aren't spending good money one a simple lunch, It's so annoying sitting in the drive thru for 30 plus mins only to get out of the drive thru to go inside the establishment for another additional 15 mins for a remake or refund. I ordered a breakfast sandwich, a caramel latte with whipped cream, a thai salad, and a bakers dozen of bagels and two tubs of cream cheese spreads. The bagels and spread seem fine. The sandwich is substantially different than the menu item shows. See the screenshot posted from their menu, it shows and states that the sandwich comes on a brioche roll. What i received was a sandwich on sliced white bread. The salad is supposed to come with chicken, and the menu item picture shows visible chicken slices. The salad i received had three slices smaller than 1/4" x 1 1/4" x 1/2" each, and two pieces (bits) 1/2" x 1/4" x 1/8". The amount of chicken in the salad is less than 1/30th of the total volume. I couldn't find any chicken at all until digging through for it for 5 minutes. The latte? The cup was only 2/3 full, and clearly made with skim milk and had never had any sort of fat touch it let alone whipped cream. I expected the cream would melt into the drink, but I didn't expect there to be zero foam, and no caramel sauce at the bottom or caramel flavor. The drink does taste like vanilla, though. read more

" She's then said "you could have a salad" I let her know I was wanting to have a sandwich and I suggested that she suggest to the management team that they should carry a plant-based sandwich., she then said to me " I told you you could have a salad" SO obviously she was not listening to me or did not understand that I was talking about a sandwich not a salad. For food, I usually just get a chocolate chip bagel, so there isn't much to mess up, but the coffee is always inconsistent. My latte this morning was only half full and the rest was foam. When I took off the lid it was a good inch below the top and super foamy. This is not a latte. It's a cappuccino at best. But that's not what I ordered. I know this isn't a coffee place, but if you are a restaurant that serves coffee, you should really know the basics of how to make it.
