This is not about the food. You know, sandwiches and stuff. I went in for a cappuccino & cinnamon roll. It's Panera BREAD. As in bakery. Very few people there. No one waiting at the counter. Some one walked by but they kept going. About a five minute wait before someone came to take my order. The cinnamon roll was on par with a grocery store bakery. The cappuccino is made by a push button machine, and it's a latte, not a cappuccino. I'm really tired of asking for "a traditional cappuccino, easy on the milk," and getting a latte. And not good lattes at that. Other countries know how to make expresso drinks. Why can't Americans? Now for the fun stuff. The kitchen area was disorganized, cluttered, and dirty looking. The staff was the same. The two I talked to were nice enough. Would I recommend? NO! Will I go back? NO, I'll drink water out of a ditch before I see the inside of Panera Bread again. I ended up dumping the cappuccino. So, if you want a gas station cappuccino / latte, and a cold Kroger super sweet, cinnamon roll, this is the place for you. Hey, tell them Kerry sent you.

My family and I eat pretty healthy so we literally live off of Panera. When I lived in Cali that's what I usually eat every other day. When I found out that they were opening here in MS I was ecstatic! I am a loyal customer, I came at the crack of dawn when they opened and was one of the first 50 people to get free meal cards from Panera. Ever since I've been using my card to spread the word. Sharing it with family, friends, employees and volunteers at various charity events. I think I build a new following of Panera loyalists haha. Everyone there is amazing, friendly and helpful. I used to be an area manager in Cali for Tesco and Ross and worked as a recruitment manager as well, so I know a little about hiring the right people...Zach is wonderful at his job, he's very personable. A great asset to the company, good investment Panera! I have to say that the last two times that I ran into the other manager, not gonna put his name, but it wasn't as pleasant. This is why I'm writing an update review. Everytime I use the free meal card, I keep tab of how many punches I still have left. The first time I noticed was when I ordered 3 meals and he crossed out 5. I didn't mention it, because it was probably an honest mistake, right? Then tonight I came by, ordered 4 meals, he crossed out 6, alright...I drove off and it just bothered me because he was being dishonest. I won't say anything, I'll just take a pic of my punch card so I'd have proof if he tries to pull another one of those moves again. I still love Panera haha so I'll lower the star to a 4 instead of the 5 star.

We eat at Panera all over the country on our travels. This one may have been having a bad night but I will avoid this location in the future. It was 4PM and not busy so we were surprised at the slow service. They were nice however. The salads were a little wilted and the avocado was really brown-I had to set them aside. I wouldn't ever serve something like that to a customer. Also we chose to eat on the patio which is semi closed in. During our meal we were entertained by two huge cockroaches that were walking around near us. We shooed them away repeatedly but one eventually flew onto our table! Aggressive! Didn't give us much confidence about the cleanliness of the restaurant. That pretty much grossed us out and we threw away our food and left.

This is the 2nd time we have tried it and the last. We waited 28 minutes for 3 sandwiches. My order was wrong for the 2nd time.

I'm not sure if the older, short gentleman is the owner or manager, but he is such a gem. He…read moredefinitely made my experience a good one. He's personable and likes to make jokes all while serving others. This was my first time visiting this establishment. It's a nice intimate size where there could be no seats available if it's a busy night. But it seemed like a slow night when I went so there were plenty of seats available. I also noticed that people were doing togo/pickup orders. Once I was seated, I placed my order for their Thai Tea, Crab Rangoon, and Pad See Ew (2 medium spice). While I waited on my food, I sipped my tea and noticed there was some nice jazz music playing in the background. This really helped calmed my nerves & senses as this is the kind of vibe I was needing. The Crab Rangoon was SO good! And the Pad See Ew was delicious too. The 2 medium spice was just right for me. This will likely be my new goto spot for Thai food when I'm in Jackson. Just a nice, cozy restaurant where I can enjoy my meal in peace.

Customer service is great…read more Flavor profiles are delicious down to the spice levels however, just some tidbits: * Chicken Satay- 1/5: these are dry and tough to eat. The peanut sauce needs more lime or spice to it. * Panang Curry: 5/5 * Thai Zapp Soup (Chicken): 4/5: Plentiful and taste delicious but the chicken slices are not tender enough for me so will get tofu next time. * Mango Sticky Rice: 4/5: Fresh with perfect amount of ripeness. Part of the sticky rice was hard but the rest was soft and right amount of coconut cream.

After a successful purchase and a hemorrhaging from my credit card, we opted to celebrate the occasion with a meal. And Lo and behold Table 100 was just across the street from where we were. Ambiance 4 Stars - as you walk into the establishment, you are transported back where the warm wood interior, cozy white table cloth tables or booths, high end bar drinks, and classy servers in their white or black attire are waiting to serve you. There plenty of tables and booths to seat a plentiful of patrons. And if you need a little bit more private, you can request a private room depending how many are in the party. 4.5 Stars - Service: our server, Andrew was wonderful, professional and has a great sense of humor. We bantered throughout our dinner but the conversation never crossed over to make anyone uncomfortable. He was observant of our needs and when to bring our next course. Our glasses stayed full with our beverage. 4.25 Stars - Food We ordered from the dinner menu instead of lunch due to our timing at 3:00. Let's just call it "Linner". Haha. 4 Stars - Grilled Swordfish- My wife ordered the dish and came with a decent size grilled swordfish fish, sauté spinach, creamed mash potatoes, and a beurre blanc sauce (lemon, butter and dry white wine). The swordfish was thick and moist; not dry at all. The beurre blanc balanced the bland spinach and the seasoned swordfish. The creamed potatoes were creamy, buttery's and not too salty. 3.75 Stars - Pan seared Redfish with cube fried potatoes, sauté green beans, beurre blanc sauce and top w a Chilean tomato salsa. The redfish was moist and tasty but I wish it had a little bit seared on it for a crunchy factor. The cubed potatoes were good but nothing to write about. The fresh sauté green beans could have a bit more garlic butter. 3.5 Stars Side dish: Deep Fried Brussel Sprouts. Hot, steamy and fresh. Has a slight crunch on the exterior leaves and was seasoned w a sprinkle of salt. 3.75 Dessert: Crème Brûlée and coffee. The crème brûlée crust was crunchy and the vanilla egg custard was good and smooth. It would have been better was a scoop of fresh whipped cream to go with the fresh fruit and crunchy layer. 5 Stars - French pressed Italian coffee. The coffee was a highlight of the dessert. It was hot, fresh, and strong. Just like an Italian coffee should be. It was between an espresso and caffe' Americano. Our, server, Andrew did a wonderful job on the coffee! I definitely recommend this place and we will be back. Don't forget to ask for Andrew, if he is available.
