What the heck happened? This place used to be good but this is the second time they screwed me with the Turkey on a deli sandwich. They are trying to compete with the piss poor offerings as subway! There is literally one skinny slice of Turkey on my deli sandwich. Totally not worth the price. The French onion soup was good but overall not worth a fraction of the price.

    Love these almond croissants... :)

I've been going here much more often now and things have improved greatly. They have expanded their menu so I stop in for lunch sometimes now. I signed up for their Sip Club so you get unlimited beverages basically on select items for $10.99 a month and it's free for the first few months so they don't start charging you until August. Can't beat that deal. Plus they send you special discount coupons. So for instance today I had for lunch their combo of a Greek salad with tomato soup and a baguette plus I got a Pecan Braid pastry that I brought home to my hubby plus a Strawberry lemon mint charged lemonade drink and my total bill with my free sip club and a $2 off coupon was $5.31, Now that's a great deal! Plus everything was delicious! Now I already have a discount coupon for $2 off on Saturday for a Pick 2 combo. This is definitely my new spot...

I just got panera Chipotle chicken avocado melt, and it looks very unappetizing. Almost look nasty. I mean, the first pic is that they are promoting and the second pic what I received. It was over 16$ with tax. It is unbelievable that the customers are getting ripped off. This is a scam!!!!

It was good customer service. It a bit pricey but it is worth it. They are welcoming and the manager gave me a egg roll for free.

This is one of the smaller panera I have been in. But they are all really nice. Food is always hot. I come out this way for work and stop her for lunch now and then. Establishment is clean and managers are out as well making sure it stays that way with a smile on there face asking how your doing and how things are going. Best part is with this location it's right next to Starbucks so you can wash that good food down with a Nice drink.

They have delicious breakfast sandwiches on ciabatta bread. Their bagels are huge, and they have a nice assortment of cakes and pastries. I love their coffee, i always get their Italian roast which is bold and strong. I get a small because you get unlimited refills. They have free wi-fi too. I've been to Panera's so many times i got their frequent member card. The more you use it the more discounts you'll receive. I usually get their half/ half. You can get half a signature sandwich and soup, or half a sandwich and a small salad all for six dollars and change. If you order any of these you will get delicious bread ,or chips, or an apple. I love their broccoli cheddar soup and the baked potato soup. You can get these served in a bread bowl. I love this on a cold day. They make wonderful salads . Two of my favorites:The Fuji Apple salad is to die for. It is loaded with All-natural, antibiotic-free chicken, mixed field greens, romaine lettuce, on our Tomato Basil bread. vine-ripened tomatoes, red onions, pecans, Gorgonzola, apple chips & white balsamic apple vinaigrette. The Thai Chicken Salad has All-natural, antibiotic-free chicken, romaine, Thai cashews, fire-roasted edamame, red peppers, carrots, fresh cilantro & wonton strips all tossed in low-fat Thai Chili Vinaigrette and drizzled with peanut sauce. This salad is a bit spicy and sweet at the same time. It comes with roasted peanuts on top. My favorite sandwiches are: The Roast Turkey and Avocado BLT. It's all-natural, antibiotic-free roasted turkey, Applewood-smoked bacon, lettuce, tomato and fresh avocado with reduced-fat olive oil mayo on freshly baked sourdough bread. Turkey Bravo sandwich. Smoked turkey breast, bacon, smoked Gouda, lettuce, tomatoes & our signature dressing, on Tomato Basil bread. The Panini's i like : Frontega Chicken Sandwich Smoked & pulled white meat chicken, mozzarella, tomatoes, red onions, chopped basil & chipotle mayonnaise, grilled hot on Focaccia. The Roast Turkey Artichoke Sandwich, made with all-natural antibiotic-free roasted turkey, artichoke-parmesan spread, roasted red peppers, caramelized onions and fresh baby spinach, all grilled on Asiago Cheese Focaccia. Panera's now has signature pastas. I haven't tried those yet but i will on my next trip there. It is also kid friendly too. There is seating inside and out . I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who likes good fresh food.

I just cannot get down with this Panera - and trust me, I keep trying! Maybe it's time to call it a day. The food is always just so eh, and it's basically just an assembly line leading you from a hectic ordering area to the eventual pick-up of your subpar lunch. I used the new online app ordering system one day when I was in a rush, and when I got to the store at the time indicated, my order was nowhere to be found on the shelf. I waited 5 minutes. Then I inquired. Oh, my order was never received. So much for saving time! There were signs plastered everywhere "If we didn't get your order right, you get a free cookie!" but NOTHING was offered to me for my inconvenience. It was only when I emailed customer service to let them know that they offered me a whopping $5 gift card. I'm not cheap or greedy, but that ticked me off because I basically had to spend more money to even use the $5. I went back last week just to rub salt in the wound. The Thai chicken salad was not good (dressing was way too sweet) and the Mac and Cheese was bland and plasticky. So alas, I think I am finished with this place. It makes me sad because it would be such a great staple to have around the corner from work, but it's just never worth the money, time or panic attack from the crowd.

Good food, but a little pricey compared to the local businesses in the area that give you larger portions for your buck.

Unfortunately, this visit was a huge disappointment from the moment we arrived. We were the only people there, yet the floor around our table was dirty with old Goldfish crackers and blueberries. We ordered the banana bread appetizer, an egg tortilla bowl, a western omelet, and two kids' waffles. The banana bread appetizer didn't come out until the rest of our food arrived, and everything was ice cold. The breakfast potatoes tasted old, as if they had been made the day before. While it wasn't ideal, we tried to be understanding since it was a holiday and the staff may have been overwhelmed. The highlight of the meal was the fresh-squeezed orange juice that we enjoyed with our BYOB champagne. However, no one checked on our table during the meal, and I eventually had to stop someone just to ask for the check. When reviewing the bill, I realized the kids' waffles seemed more expensive than expected. Sure enough, we had been overcharged for each one. When I politely questioned it, I was told, "That's the price in our register," and the staff gave me a hard time about correcting it. After asking again, they reluctantly handed me cash for the difference. The waitress was rude and dismissive throughout the interaction. Overall, it was such a disappointing experience, especially compared to how much we enjoyed it last year. Sadly, we'll be choosing a different spot for Mother's Day brunch next year.

Worst dining experience I've had in a long time--if not ever…read more To start, the restaurant was uncomfortably cold. Our waitress was just fine, but it was clear she lacked proper training in basic service and restaurant etiquette. Honestly I don't think she wanted to be there, was wearing sweatpants and could barely hear her when she spoke. The issues with the food began right away. I ordered a fruit cup for my son and was initially told they didn't have fruit--despite it being listed on the menu. After pointing that out, it was brought to the table, but the fruit was clearly spoiled, especially the strawberries. They had tried to cut around the rotten parts, which was honestly disgusting and concerning given this was being served to a 2-year-old. We immediately sent it back. I ordered a burger with sautéed onions, but it came out with just a few small slivers of what turned out to be pickled onions instead. The burger itself looked incredibly lackluster. I ended up sending it back and, at that point, was completely turned off from ordering anything else. I also wasn't asked if I'd like to order a replacement, there was no apology, no accountability, just a blank stare while the plate was taken away. To make matters worse, we were still charged $6 for the fries that came with the burger, which my son had started eating before I sent it back. I hadn't taken a single bite of the actual meal. My husband's "Kobe beef" sliders came with bacon that was completely inedible, so he had to remove it. My mom ordered eggs Benedict with Canadian bacon but received regular (inedible) bacon instead, and my father's meal was served cold. Overall, the quality of the food across the table was just poor. The bathrooms were also in rough condition. The women's toilet seat was loose and coming off the hinges, I nearly fell. The bill came to $146 after tip, which felt like a complete waste given the experience. Afterward, we actually drove across the street so I could grab chicken soup elsewhere because I left hungry. This was our second time giving this place a chance, and unfortunately, it will be our last.

Plenty of parking in street if needed. Inside is dark and inviting and they have a cute outdoor dining space as well. They start out by serving fresh Foccacia with seasoned olive oil. For starters , my wife and I shared an eggplant tower, fried eggplant layered with mozzarella and tomatoes. Very good. Our friends shared a salad and enjoyed as well. For mains our friends both ordered the hanger steak, my wife had the salmon, and I ordered their chicken special ( a boneless breast wrapped in pancetta). Everything was not only delicious but plentiful. Owner checked on us several times during our meals. Highly recommend trying this establishment.

Cute interior with Christmas decorations already making things festive. We were greeted and seated near the cozy fireplace. Started with the harvest salad, conveniently split in the kitchen. Delicious. Entrees were pappardelle ragu and their seared tuna. Both were fresh and flavorful. We finished the evening with their house made tiramisu. Yum. Will be back as service was attentive and friendly, food was great and loved the decor!
