Had one of the best experiences tonight. We had a small family get together. Pushed some tables together to accommodate the 7 of us. The atmosphere was relaxed. actually we have done this before and it worked out so well, we all agreed to go to Panera again. We will more than likely be back! It was fun to catch up with everyone and the food is tasty too. It wasn't a perfect experience but they made it right! For example... forgot the croutons for of the soup orders, no problem they got them. some were charged for the whole bowls of soup but ordered half's and got half's, no problem they fixed it. And as an additional gesture they brought a plate of small size chocolate chip cookies for the table. That was unexpected and kind of them. Everyone left full and happy! read more

I've had better food at dinners this was a horrible experience I got a grilled cheese and tomato soup the soup tased like red sauce way to much garlic the sandwich was so small it was ration worthy and also some how you messed up a grilled cheese had burned cheese spots in the middle of it as well the only good thing here is the premade chips and that's it count your days and don't make a grilled cheese that looks like a cheetah p.s ik it's a kids meal but what kid are you feeding? This franchise has really fallen down. Wanted a light meal and that's what I got. Portions are still small, prices high with no real value considering the quality of product. Another 1 star rating... Through curbside pickup I ordered a Greek salad with chicken and customized it to include extra kalamata olives. When I brought the order home there were NO olives at all on the salad. I also ordered a bowl of French Onion soup with extra cheese and croutons. I got the croutons, but no extra cheese. Why is it every single time I order from the Grand Blanc Panera there is always something wrong with the order. EVERY SINGLE TIME. I don't even bother to let the manager know anymore because nothing ever changes. Please hire someone to check these orders before they are delivered to the customers. And if you do have someone who checks the orders maybe you should fire them and get someone else. Your quality control is non existent. read more

I love this place! My husband pretty much lives here when he is on break, or in for breakfast. All the employees are super nice, and kind and have gone above and beyond for my husband and I multiple times. We have actually begun to really make connections with many of the employees due to how often we come. Any time they have made a mistake (which is normal because we are human) they were super apologetic and fixed the problem right away. One of our favorite places to be. read more

Awesome experience and great food! On a early February 2022 no school day, snow storm. Panera Bread was a perfect place for our family of four. There was great food and excellent customer service! This is the third time visiting a Panera Bread and we're not too familiar with everything it has to offer. Katey and Kaitlyn were at the registers and were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. They both did a phenomenal job on guiding us through their extensive menu. Tyler, our sandwich artist, was courteous and professional. We dined in on this particular day. The meals he prepared were fresh tasting and masterfully done. It was just what our family needed on a winters no school, snow storm. Kudos to the management staff who can put together an awesome, well oiled, team that not only works great together but feeds off each other's positive energy. Lastly, Panera bread has an excellent menu consisting of soup, sandwiches, flatbread pizzas, salads, and plenty of baked goods. Our family cannot wait to try the rest of its menu. Last straw. Once yet again they have messed up my order. Asked for butter for my bread. Well I got the butter but no bread and it comes with my order and every salad order unless specified. They toast my bagels when not request and/or asked not to. They run out of items so you can't order what you really want. For get to add the blueberries and pecans to the Strawberry chicken salad. On 9/12/20, I placed an order for the Panera Bread on Miller Rd in Flint, MI at 3:53 p.m. via Door Dash. I never received that order. After calling Door Dash at 5:10 p.m., I was told to call Panera Bread. I was on hold for more than 20 minutes just to be told that I could have an order delivered, or get a refund. That's almost 2 hours with no satisfactory conclusion. To say I'm dissatisfied is an understatement. Both companies can do better. Update: Today, 9/17/20, I spoke with someone from Panera Bread's corporate office. I was offered a sincere apology and a gift card. I appreciate their response. My in-store experiences have been fine. The food is fine. The service is fine. Today, however, I decided to try the delivery option. Half my order was correct. I called right away to say I'd gotten the wrong soup. Exactly one hour later the delivery driver returned....with the SAME wrong soup. I called the manager for a third time (1. Incorrect order 2. Are they ever coming back 3. Wrong again). She sounded frustrated with me and said she packed the chicken noodle soup because she thought that's what I wanted. I ordered chicken & wild rice. I wanted chicken & wild rice. I got chicken noodle. And then I got chicken noodle again. Altogether, my lunch took over 2 hours from the time I placed the order in the MyPanera app to the time the correct food was delivered to my door. It would have been nice to get even an apology from the manager, rather than frustrated sighs, as if the blunder were on my end and I hadn't been completely polite even though we were all waiting on our lunch past 2:30 in the afternoon. I still happily paid the driver a tip because it wasn't his fault, and I didn't gripe about the bill because I was perfectly willing to pay for my lunch, but I doubt I'll be using the delivery service again. And...I'll probably think about somewhere else for lunch most times if a manager (to whom we are supposed to turn to make issues right when things are amiss) is going to be part of the problem. read more

Portions are getting SMALLER and prices are getting outrageously LARGER! Went thru drive thru last night, had sticker shock, then drove to nearby parking lot to eat. Then discovered my veggie cream cheese for my bagel was not there, I double checked by emptying entire bag and checking., not there....So I went back to window , tried desperately to get someone to notice me there, then told "grace" that my veggie cream cheese was missing; she said "Its not in there?" She gave me another one ; I didn't get a "treat" for my trouble , as it states on receipt. Probably won't visit often because of the outrageous prices and SMALL portions though. The bread is stale here, so are the Danishes. This has been a good stop for breakfast and lunch and now it sucks so much. The lines are very long and people are always looking to steal your table. If you are alone, you get a look from the people who want your table. I didn't know if I was alone that I need to get my food and leave the second it is ready. Their internet connection is awful and the store is dirty. No one cleans the tables. I came in for bread and left with stale baguettes. When spending $27 on two adult lunches and a kids meal the food should really come out looking a lot better than I've ever experienced at this Panera. I could take the same $30 and get a healthy piece of meat at a chain steak house instead of just a soup and throw together sandwich. Never ready, once had to pay more because they didn't have a caterer and still didn't have our order ready when we went to pick it up as scheduled. They have made me late for 2 event so far. If you've been to one Panera, you've been to them all. Something to note about this particular location: recently, their wifi has been on the fritz. I left my phone in the car on my last visit and was only equipped with my ipod touch. I thought this would be no problem, and tried to download an app. Wifi disconnected every 2 minutes, which made it impossible. Not a big deal for me, but something to note if you're bring a laptop here to get work done. read more

We did a rapid pick up. It was done before our intended time, great! We were waiting in the parking lot. We ordered broccoli Mac and cheese and were given Broccoli cheddar soup. The man at the front counter took care of the issue quickly by giving me what I ordered, plus letting me keep the soup (yum) and also offered a complimentary treat for the inconvenience. My wife and I dropped in this morning for some breakfast. Despite not being very busy they seemed to be a little off their game. We had to walk around a bit to find a clean table. The half-n-half container was empty, and their coffee lids were just about gone. There was a guy back in the kitchen who kept letting out this yell that we both guessed was a food order. It sounded like a drill sergeant grunt and got to be a bit annoying after the first few times. The people here are very friendly and that goes a long way with us so we'll definitely be back.
