My wife and I dropped in this morning for some breakfast. Despite not being very busy they seemed to be a little off their game. We had to walk around a bit to find a clean table. The half-n-half container was empty, and their coffee lids were just about gone. There was a guy back in the kitchen who kept letting out this yell that we both guessed was a food order. It sounded like a drill sergeant grunt and got to be a bit annoying after the first few times. The people here are very friendly and that goes a long way with us so we'll definitely be back. My absolute favorite place to start my day! They have the best best lattes (Kayla & Jenny make the BEST coffee) bagels pastries and bonus the workers are delightful! I happily drive by several other coffee shops on my way to Panera every single day with covid-19 impacting different things going on they were not open I had No choice but to hit several others and to be disappointed across the board one morning I just really really needed a proper coffee I bought three different $5 lattes one drink then dump out just so disgusting! It tastes like a lot of them just use the gas station sugar water cappuccino thingy it's not real I don't know what's going on lol I've actually been driving all the way to Fenton (Makenzie best there) because it's the second best choice that I found I think I might be an addict but I know it's only because they do such a good job lol we also enjoy many lunches and dinners at Panera I am probably one of their best customers and happy about it because their food is healthy and delicious and the services always great management is clearly on point and consistent as the food and service always are! Well our office just bought lunch from Panera Bread of Grand Blanc, well this is my first lunch from Panera, we got the Sandwiches and they don't mark them, no tag, or Sticker, you either have to dig into it to find out or take your chances. these are not Cheap sandwiches. When you deliver lunches to offices, it is wise to write or tag what kind of sandwich is it. Because others are going to open it or sniff it to find out which sandwich they are getting. So please don't be lazy and just send the lunch. I am sure you can effort the pen or sticker like other sub restaurants do. read more

I love coming here to eat but the last two times I've been here the chicken tortellini was not good. The chicken was pink and the noodles were hard. I was very disappointed. So i called to inquire about it and they told me the chicken comes pre-cook so there was no way it wasn't cooked but it wasn't good tasting. The lady told me I would be fine to eat it. Panera has really become a disappointment! The prices are exceptionally high for what you get. Today had the Two Item "deal" and received a rather skimpy chicken salad half sandwich where you could see a large edge of bread with little filling. When I questioned it, I was told that I would have to pay more to add more! This already cost me $4.59 for a very slightly discounted half sandwich. All told, my wife and I both had the "two pack" and my wife also ordered a soft drink fir a total of $22.00! Definitely not worth the $$$$. There's lots of competition out there so I suggest eating elsewhere!! read more

As a food enthusiast, I should really try out more than just their sandwhiches and soup, but it's just so good! All their sandwich options are all delicious; I especially love the Bacon Turkey Bravo and the Sierra Turkey sandwhiches. I love their broccoli and cheddar soup, bread bowl or not. When I first starting going to Panera, I was always picking the half and half, but it seems as if my appetite is getting bigger that the half and half isn't exactly filling anymore. Now, I just stick with just the whole sandwhich. I once tried out the Chicken Tortellini Alfredo, and unfortunately, wasn't impressed. The size of it was small and there was very little chicken in the pasta dish. Once every now and then, I treat myself to one of their bakery goods! Delicious cupcake or cinnamon roll! And you also gotta love their rewards program! I picked up a free bakery good for my birthday and sometimes there's $2 off on different items. This particular location is nice. Friendly staff, clean environment, and good service. If I wanted to grab a meal and do my homework at the same time, it's the place for me to go. I don't know why, in my opinion, it's not exactly my favorite in terms of parking location. I always feel like the parking space is a bit small and when it gets busy, there's difficulty getting in and out of a parking spot. read more

I go this panera pretty frequently for lunch recently I placed an order for 20 people that I was going to take to the funeral home for my family who had been there all day. I arrived to pick up my order at the time i was supposed too. I was greeted by the person at the front desk who went looking for the order and couldn't find it, then the manager came out and basically acted like it was my fault that they couldn't find the order she was not apologetic at all then she said their computer system went down and I'm like okay well that's great,( but not my fault) so she didn't have the orders ready they had to put it together while I waited , which made me late, my husband and i ordered a beverage as we waited the 20 minutes to get the order. she didnt even offer to pay for our beverage while we waited. I barely got a apology out of them much less anything extra for my trouble or my time they missed an opportunity to save a customer . I was basically treated like I was a problem because their computer went down strangely enough their computer didn't forget to charge my card the $75 that the order cost and i received a confirmation which makes me think that a computer error wasnt really the case. plus I don't know how they determine that 5 sandwiches, a salad 5 bags of chips and 5 cookies serve 20 people. Which is what i put in for the number of diners. Smh. Long story short i wont make the mistake of ordering for a large party feom them again The sandwiches weren't even halved. can see what people are saying about the management there. read more

Panera is pretty much my go-to chain when I have to kill time (tire rotation, service appointments, or in this case getting my recall fixed) as it is pretty much across the street from the Al Serra Auto Extravaganza. Things that stand out here more so than other locations is the uniqueness of the layout and seating options, which makes it ideal for plugging in and working, and the service and friendliness here is a cut above as well. So today I went to Panera to study and get some homework done. The food was good, however I was surprised at the highly offensive comment that the cashier said to me. This was about 2:00.I was with a friend and she wanted me to get her a cookie, so I decided I would get one too. When I asked for two M&M cookies, the woman at the cashier said, "Are you going to eat both of those?" I WAS SHOCKED, FLOORED, and frankly HIGHLY OFFENDED at the rude comment. I replied jokingly and said, "Haha, no. I'm with a friend." Yet, she continued to ask me if I was going to consume both of the large cookies. When in fact, I was with a friend. She replied and said, "Are you sure you're not going to eat both of them? I think you're gonna eat both of those!" I did not come to Panera to be fat shamed. I came to eat a meal and get work done. This behavior should not be tolerated in any setting, regardless of whether it was a joke or not. I will NOT be ordering 2 cookies again in fear that I will fat shamed AGAIN. I never have an issue when I go inside to order food. Staff is always friendly and ready to help and my food is always ready in a timely manner. The drive thru is a different story. Customer service is horrible, food takes too long, and my order is usually messed up somehow. If you go inside you won't have any issues. read more

Went through drive through to get my food. I asked the girl at the drive through if I could have one of their catering bags. She went to look for one and came back stating her manager said they couldn't give them away. I offered to pay for it and she said they couldn't do that either. Dinner Friday evening. Had half sandwich and soup, nothing special about the food other than the baguette that came with soup was very very tough, overdone. The prices are too high for the type and quality of the food! What really bothered me was that most of the tables were dirty. They have increased their prices and decreased their portions. The last time I got their clam chowder, it was so watered down. I used to eat at panera about 4 times a week but no longer. Really disappointed that Panera has gone downhill. A few of us ordered salads at work and we had them deliver. The delivery was on time and the driver was very courteous. However, our salads were very disappointing. Our salads were only half full, half of the toppings were missing, and we each got maybe 1/4 of a chicken breast. Very disappointing for the price. read more

This place is always dirty. Food on the empty tables and floors. My wife and I have sat here for 30 minutes as we watch people search for a clean place to sit. I ordered a Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt at the drive thru window BIG MISTAKE, I guess I should have stopped and looked in the bag to make sure my order was correct but I didn't and I get back to my office with a cold grilled cheese sandwich. I couldn't go back but I did call and the manager was of no help. I can tell you the crew working the window at 1:00pm on Thursday February 15, 2018 was having a great time singing and dancing, shame they weren't putting that effort into doing their jobs. $8 for a grilled cheese what a waste!
