Although I do not know if your name is true, I can tell you that my husband and I have been very disappointed with the service during our last 5-6 visits at hooters. (We only eat here once or twice a year) Food has been dropped off and no one came back to check on us. This time was different. Natori went above and beyond. Even while managing at least 5-6 other tables, she hustled back and forth picking up food from the window and dropping it off, nonstop, and still made every guest feel seen. Each time she passed, she gave us eye contact to check if we needed anything. She stopped to offer refills on our beers, took our additional order of fried pickles, then again for snow crab legs, and made sure everything came out promptly. When I looked for her, she was there within the minute and didn't need anything said, she knew we needed something and came to take our order or request. Food was perfectly cooked. Crabs were perfectly cooked to where the meat wasn't stuck inside the shell and slid right out. Fried Pickles were damn good! We couldn't stop talking about how attentive, professional, and caring she was. Natori turned around what has otherwise been a disappointing streak of visits. She is truly an asset to your team. For the first time in a long time, we felt like this was a server who truly earned that 20% tip and didn't not feel obligated to tip 20% or that she seemed entitled to it--but we loved her service so much, we gave 25%. She didn't just drop off food and disappear; she was attentive, refreshing, and so accommodating. We don't go out very often, but after a long and tough week of work, this night out felt special, thanks to her. Give her the credit and acknowledgment that she deserves!
