And he said "yeah I don't have time for that im working on catering" I'm not sure if Station Casinos reads reviews from non casino food vendors but this locations is a very bad representation of the Green Valley Ranch ((Resort)) Spa and Casino experience, what good is it they've spent all this money to remodel the Casino if small vendors like this scare guest hotel experience away. This location is very unprofessional, and lacks that charming hotel/vacation feel. That family of 4 I saw today all had suitcases probably just checked in from traveling and wanted a bite to eat only to hear the employees argue over who doesn't want to attend them.

They were quick, quick witted, and really seemed to enjoy their job. That's hard to find these days. I ordered the turkey bacon avocado on sourdough with a small side of potato salad. Spectacular! The veggies are piled on nice and full, the meat is delicious, avocado is fantastically creamy. The bread to topping ratio is perfect. Very refreshing. I'll definitely be back. Thank you team!
