I've seen Salad & Go pop up all over the area and I've been hesitant to try it because how good could a prepared salad be? I'm glad I stopped by to try it out on a random afternoon while craving something fresh. Upon entering the queue, it was easy to navigate, clean, and fairly open. I was the only customer and line and was able to peruse the menu without feeling rushed. The worker on the other end had offered suggestions and helped me understand that they had preset options as well as build your own. I ended up getting a preset option, while adding two additional toppings, then opting for it to be made into a wrap. It was definitely the right move for me. The right amount of sauce without it becoming drenched, and the salad was well tossed prior to assembling the wrap so it wasn't heavy with certain toppings in different areas. Overall, I'd like to try it out again. I may have paid a bit more than I'd like to for a wrap because of the added items and the pre set menu, so I think I'd take my time again to look over the menu to get a better bang for my buck, but the meal itself was delicious. :) read more

What a great concept for fast healthy options . We ordered on the app and it gave us instructions to go to the window and ring the bell (quick and easy) . It was also national salad day so they were doing BOGO chicken Caesar salad or wrap , we went with the wrap buffalo style . Another great addition to the Silverado Ranch area! SALAD & GO will likely be on my weekly regular rotation because of the obvious healthy options available. Plus, it has one of the best drive thru designs I've seen; two lanes, long stretch, and wide enough to drive through without hopping curbs lol! (Much better than the location in Blue Diamond.) I've ordered off of the drive thru menu so far, and after downloading the app, I've realized I can view more options such as the Not-So-Secret Menu. And if needed, I can place a mobile order for pick-up, which has its own drive thru lane! I have tried the Tuscan Summer Salad and Caesar Salad so far. Both were served in deep orange containers; generous serving sizes in my opinion. One lasted me four servings! The romaine is fresh and crunchy. Thirsty? The Blackberry Basil Lemonade is so refreshing, especially this time of year in Vegas! Quenched my thirst! The Mango Iced Tea is unsweetened, but you can ask for sweetener if you so desire. Just opened! I'm so excited. We now have a healthy choice for drive-through in our area. The service was super fast in the drive-through, and it was busy! We didn't go inside so we don't know what ambience is like inside but the drive-through was quick and friendly and it was like eight bucks for a salad so you can't beat that. I got a Cobb salad. It had avocado, egg, chicken (you get to pick your protein), tomato, blue cheese crumbles, and blue cheese dressing. It's mixed greens. I will be back thank you so much. I'm glad you're here. Driven by this place a couple times and finally decided to stop by and see what it's about. It's only drive thru and mobile pick up. They have 2 drive thru lanes which is always nice. I pulled up to the speaker and was greeted with a prerecorded message. It gave my fiance and I a chance to look over the menu. The menu looked pretty good and we were excited to give these salads a try. The order taker was super nice and attentive. We ordered a Caesar Salad with chicken, avocado and hard boiled egg and a Bacon Jalapeño Ranch Salad with avocado and hard boiled egg. It came out to about 20 bucks which isn't bad. We pulled up to the window, the interaction with the order taker was super nice, she asked my name to make sure we got the right order. We paid, got our food and headed home. And that's when problems began. My fiancé wanted to check out the salads we got and she noticed her salad didn't have a packet of dressing which was weird since it's pretty essential to a salad. The order taker never asked us what kind of dressing we wanted and we assumed that all salads came with a dressing. We were pretty bummed about that. We get home, get all set to eat and then I noticed that my Caesar salad was missing the chicken, they even asked me what kind of protein I wanted on my salad. Another disappointment. Then when I went to get some avocado it wasn't even ripe, it was pretty hard. A third disappointment. This used to be my go-to breakfast spot! They recently changed their breakfast menu and doubled the price on all breakfast burritos. The burrito is the exact same size, they just added more egg and took away the entire flavor profile by limiting the potatoes and cheese in the burrito. I was so dissatisfied that I will not return to this location or another Salad and Go. You're better off going to a sit down restaurant for the same cost. read more

I love Salad and Go, most especially the location on Blue Diamond. I enjoy the concept very much. But this location has had issues since the day they opened. Unfortunately, they continue instead of improving. Gabriella and her "co-manager" are young and very inexperienced. They do not know how to handle issues when they arise, they do not know how to properly speak to customers when they make mistakes. Things happen! But it's not the hand you are dealt, it's how you handle the hand that matters. It's dinner hour, it's busy. But you don't keep lines 4 cars deep wait 15-20 minutes for a single car/mistake. And then you don't make a snarky "sorry about that". I truly hope the owners or upper management reads this and moves to make improvements. Your staff needs better training' read more

I was in the mood for a chicken salad today. We were on our way to another spot when my sister wanted to stop by there. I like the look of the place. It's very on brand. The drive thru menu was cute. Maybe a little hard to really read and I understand but cute. Drive thru guy seemed really annoyed with his job. I ended up getting a custom wrap & it was honestly great ! It was a decent size. Rolled up about 20 min before closing, lady taking my order was helpful when answering my questions and there was no problem with subbing or removing items. They were quick with making my order, I got an autumn salad with double chicken amongst other modifications. The total came out to just over $10 and the quality and volume of the salad was simply great. Tbh, I have been craving a sweetgreen salad for some time and those don't exist in Vegas. I can't believe how affordable this place is! $6.83 for the fiesta burrito and an Arnold Palmer this morning! I am going to have to com back and try other menu items at this place. I even paid a .60 up charge for an additional sauce for my burrito and still came out spending less than some places charge for just a drink! Continually have bad experiences here, always something wrong with the order from wrong order to missing items. Recently went through and paid extra for the warm pulled chicken and got dried cold chicken that looked like it was old and not fresh. I usually don't leave reviews, but my experience at Salad and Go was so disappointing that I feel like people should know. The customer service was honestly terrible. The staff seemed annoyed that I was even there--no greeting, no smile, and when I asked a simple question about the menu, the worker raised their voice at me. On top of that, my order took way longer than it should have, and no one bothered to update me or apologize for the delay. When I finally got my food, it felt rushed and sloppily put together. I get that it's a fast-food salad place, but that doesn't excuse rude behavior and zero communication. A little courtesy goes a long way, and unfortunately, that was completely missing here. I won't be coming back, and I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone who values being treated with basic respect as a customer. Manager could have helped but didn't. I got a caesar salad wrap which was good but towards the end all the dressing moved to the bottom and it was not the best.. its called a wrap but basically a burrito. the service was fast but nothing special. guy running the drive thru did not sound like he wanted to be there. So the vibes were not there . My sister got a build your own which was easy to do as first timers. We also tastes their seasonal Green enchilada soup and it was not good. but the wraps are filling we paid a little less than $30 (no drinks) to feed 2 people and next time it will be less since we wont get the soup. read more
