He provided great customer service and the Panera team delivered a great breakfast for our staff that was on time and beautifully prepared. While they were getting my food ready I also noticed the woman at the register being incredibly kind and helpful to other guests. Every staff member there was upbeat and helpful. On 26 Oct 2022 my parents came in to town to surprise me. After getting a plan together we all decided to visit Panera Bread on Eastern. When we walked in there were 3 or 4 that had ordered and we were 3rd in line. We decided to use the kiosk and not order in line. While waiting for our food, a young lady came around to clean up. As she did she moved a table and proceeded to sweep the carpet behind us. Because we were in the open space the dust kicked up and my mom and I could smell the particles in the air. We asked her to stop and she did so very apologetic. Well......The food came out after our second time checking and about 35 minutes later. The pizza was not warm and my soup Was not warm either. The staff had no sense of urgency whatsoever while I was watching their operation and the teamwork was more for each other and not the guests. Believe it or not but this was my very first visit to Panera Bread. Every time I saw the commercial on TV about the chicken sandwich I decided that I must try it. When I walked in I looked at the menu board to find the sandwich and right next that was the wording "pick 2". I assumed I was to pick something along with the sandwich and I chose the salad and a fountain drink. Then I saw that my total was over $24. Of course I was confused. I asked the cashier why and she explained that the other items were not included in the the price on the board. Did I mention that it was my first time there? I then told her to just give me the sandwich and a fountain drink. My total was $16.23 plus tip. That was a bit expensive for a sandwich and small drink. I am always in the mood for Panera! Cloudy day? Panera soup. Rainy day? Panera Mac and cheese! I usually head there for lunch, but I try to go after the lunch crowd ( around 2pm is a great time). Even when they're are slow there is still a line so you have to be a little patient. What I like to do is if I'm with another person I try to get a seat while the other stays in the line, and yes they are constantly that busy. They're menu has grown a lot and the newer items on the menu are really good! I love the "You pick 2" where you can get half a sandwich and half a soup, or really half anything on the menu. The options are endless, but I always have my go to, the chicken frontega and the chicken noodle soup or french onion soup. The sandwich is literally the best, and its on focaccia bread. Amazzzzing! Their mac and cheese is really good, but I think the pasta is a little too mushy for me ( I think because they probably make a big batch in the morning and just have it sit all day). I love how they are changing their menu to where everything is going to be "clean" food, so no preservatives, or basically anything not good for us lol. The staff here can honestly be hit or miss, sometimes you get someone that asks how your day was or smiles and sometimes you get someone that looks like they rather be somewhere else. If you don't want Covid19 don't go to this Panera Bread. I went in to order take out. The line wasn't social distanced at all and there was a guy talking loudly at the front ordering NOT WEARING A MASK! No employee was even addressing it. So I walked out and went across the street to Chic-fil-a. It was delicious, fast and everyone had a mask on at the drive through. We live close by this panera, we have continually given them chance after chance and everytime something is wrong with our order. Its expensive and when your order comes wrong on a salad with more than 2 ingredients missing its extremely depressing and it's already a salad! Went this morning for an iced caramel latte . Didn't not have a a mask one and when asked by one employee within a couple seconds I entered the store if needed one I replied no . It's my right to not wear a mask and if I was refused service I would have understood completely as it's their right to do so . But being treated like this in front of other customers is wrong and unprofessional . I visited the location on 8283 Dean Martin hoping to purchase a Mango Smoothie for my daughter, I realize that they closed at 8:00pm and got there about 7:40 I was told that the smoothie machine was broken. I was a little disappointed but life happens, I checked my gps and took a chance driving to a location in Henderson, I drive pretty fast but managed to obey all the traffic laws got there about 7:57pm. I was feeling pretty good about myself because my 11yr old was going to get her request! I was ignored for the about 2 minutes when the shift manager asked if she could help, I ordered and guess what their smoothies machine was broken also! Now I'd hat to call anyone a liar without knowing them personally, but at this point I am calling BS. Like what's the odds, this is Vegas that's a pretty fair question. The manager does not know anything about customer service. Ordered on app to save time. Had to call 10 minutes before pickup to see if order would be ready. Got blah, blah from manager. Went to store no order on shelf asked employee where my order was. He asked manager she never informed him some orders were by register. Employee didn't return. A salad is a salad but this one hit the spot with a delicious balsamic vinaigrette. I ordered to-go so can't really comment on the dining area. This location is still fairly new and everything was neat and clean. Lots of people chilling, eating their bread creations. Staff behind the counter appeared helpful and motivated. I'm definitely a fan. My favorite dish is the mac and cheese. I actually have a hard time ordering anything else. It is even better with the bread. But on occasion I'll order the pick two and get the Apple salad or the new wheat berry salad. Both are pretty good. I'm not a fan of their pastries. I don't often dine at Panera Bread but when I do, service is friendly and I order only the breakfast sandwiches. They've discontinued my favorite turkey, spinach and egg white on sprouted grain, but the staff went above duty to find a new alternative and favorite - the Mediterranean egg white with basil pesto (not only the menu, so you'd have to ask for it by name). I'm tempted by the endless line up of delicious looking pastries - cookies, muffins, croissants and cakes but I'm not trying to be "carbie Barbie" anymore. Panera is a great option for those who are looking for healthy choices, vegetarians, and those who pay attention to nutrition facts. And yes, those who just like good eats! The restaurant is relatively clean, they have a unique selection of refreshments, and is managed mostly by the under 30 crowd (nothing wrong with that, just an observation). Girl at the front was amazing and did her job. I received my steak sandwich with double meat frozen twice. I was very sick so I had my boyfriend complain the first time. Someone brought out a new sand which that hat hot bread with even colder almost frozen meat inside. After the second time I did the complaining. I had a complete meltdown. Panera Bread is one of the only chain restaurants that has never disappointed me. They serve up some awesome comfort food including soups, sandwiches, macaroni and cheese as well as baked goods. You can get some decent breakfast grub here too I've heard though I haven't tried their breakfast menu first hand. If you're looking for an inexpensive quick meal this is a great spot. If you come around lunch time there's usually a good sized crowd so be prepared to wait a little. The customer service has been really great at this location both times I've visited. Once we called in to place an order for the office and I swear I thought the lady was going to hang up with all the questions my Co worker had but she patiently answered every question and placed our multi person, separate payment orders correctly. Rude employees make people not want to return despite good food. My husband went in to pick up an order, something he's never done before. When he appeared to be lost one employee shrugged off to go down the line. The next two employees he reached were too busy gossiping over things to assist him with locating our order. He had to interrupt them after their gabbing to get their attention and locate the pick up spot. Their signage is not super clear if you've never been there and i'm just floored at how many people would prefer to work that are stuck at home unemployed but yet these teens get away with being rude. read more

Well the order was there, but under Rita not Laura. I asked for them to double check that everything was there and they did, but when I got home my mil noticed that they didn't put the cream cheese in. Back to Panera I went.
