First of all, Diane took out order and she is an absolute sweetheart! Service: Excellent! We were greeted as we walked in and Diane was so helpful and nice. Food: i had the grilled cheese & mexican corn chowder. Both were equally good. Friends had: tomato caprese sandwich & broccoli chedder soup. Friend said it was excellent. Broccoli cheddar soup in a bread bowl. She loved it! Ambience: typical fats food restaurant, its clean and lots of seating. Ill definitely be back!

It never changes, and that's a good thing! When you been here a bunch of times and it's always good! The sandwiches made fresh and the soup is hot and tasty! Carli is a great customer service representative. Always hustling and always checking to see if they can get you anything else! Comfortable and clean!

It's been a minute since I've been to this Panera or Panera in general. Since the one at The District closed down, I really haven't gone to one in a while. This is a great location though and since my husband and I were in the area, we decided to stop in for a quick lunch. They took my favorite chicken sandwich off the menu (BOO) so I had to find something else to order. Even though its 1000 degrees outside, their broccoli cheddar soup is unparalleled. Sooo delicious and creamy. So I got the pick two with that and then it was to decide on the sandwich. I ended up getting the chicken bacon ranch sandwich and I was pleasantly surprised by how much I liked it. It's been a while since I've really liked any of the sandwiches on the menu. But their chicken is rather good and actually pretty tender, I was pleasantly surprised. Definitely would come back to this location again. Plenty of seating inside and out. Just wish maybe they cleaned the bathrooms a little more, but beyond that, the customer service was great!

Pretty good spot for a quick lunch! I've heard of panera but never been before. This is my first experience here and it was good! I tried the new chili with a bread bowl and my friend ordered the garden caprese with the cream of chicken with wild rice soup. The chili had a good flavor to it and I tried my friend's cream of chicken and wild rice soup. Both soups are good! The bread bowl was fresh and we finished up the whole thing. The caprese sandwich was kinda sad. No sauce or flavor to it unfortunately. Next time I go, I'm excited to try something else.

I had Panera Bread on my brain and I decided to stop by here for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. Sadly, another Panera Bread closest to me, which was located at The District at GVR, closed just recently, so now I have to drive a little further if I want a tasty sandwich from them. This Panera Bread sits on the corner of Eastern and Ione, before you reach Silverado Ranch. Unlike the one that used to be at The District, this one has a much bigger interior and has way more seating inside. The parking lot was full but I easily found a space in the front. Because it's been so long since I had something from Panera Bread, I was looking forward to having their delicious tuna salad again, which is my usual from here. I walked in and was greeted by the two friendly ladies at the counter. Among with the full tuna salad that I ordered, I also ordered an agave lemonade and a bag of chips as my side. The lady told me that I could also pick any pastry for 50% off, so I got myself a chocolate chip muffie, which is a cookie but has the texture of a muffin. Sweet! I think I got there at the right time because there was a line starting to form once I got my food. As always, the tuna salad was excellent, which had tomatoes and leafy greens inside of it. The agave lemonade was tasty and so refreshing on a day that warmed up really quickly. And the muffie was super delicious. It tasted exactly like a muffin, only you don't take the wrapper off it first. Think of the muffie as a muffin, but it's only a muffin top and the bottom is missing. Going forward, this will now be my go-to Panera Bread. They are very well managed and they have very friendly staff.

This place always has exceptional customer service. Diana, Tammy and Mya lead the way.

    Pathetic salad

Way too expensive for such poor quality. HALF of a hard boiled egg and literally one slice of old avocado. What did they do with the rest of it?? So bad it was almost funny

What a pleasure it was to be waited on by Diana today. Cheerful, friendly, and efficient. They've really stepped up their efforts in hiring her.

I loved that every picture had its own different little frame, it gave the place a really warm and personal feel. Olivia was our server and she was really nice and friendly throughout our visit. The garlic knots were delicious! The garlic was cooked perfectly where it was still a little soft with a slight crunch to it, and the marinara sauce was really good too. I also really enjoyed the Burrata Caprese. The mozzarella tasted fresh and the tomatoes were flavorful and fresh as well. We also tried the Margherita pizza. It was okay, just a little greasy but nothing crazy. I do think it would taste even better if they used fresh mozzarella because the cheese on it was a little chewy, but overall it still wasn't bad at all. Definitely worth coming back for the appetizers alone and the cozy atmosphere.

Was super excited to hear they had opened down the street from my house in Henderson. Went there on a Saturday night expecting it to be super packed, but we got there just in time before the rush started. Really easy to find this place and a shopping center, great signage, so you know you're not going to miss it. Plenty of parking and that works out great. The inside is really warm and inviting. It definitely has a pub type. Atmospheric, with plenty of tables to set up. Plus they have a full bar. Whether you want a slice or a full pie or a couple pizzas to go, this place definitely has you covered! We ordered a small pepperoni pizza with extra pepperoni, and a couple of iced teas. It was great sitting there watching people filing in and out picking up their to-go orders. This place stays pretty busy, but they do not skimp on service! Our server was awesome. She was attentive, and not overbearing. The pie came out, and looked absolutely amazing. I got to tell you the crust is so good on this pizza, I ate the entire thing. Sometimes the crust is too much, but whatever they do to make it, it is definitely a finishing item. I had so many different things to see and try that. You could come back here multiple times and not have the same thing twice. Plus they have a happy hour special which is half off a slice of pie. Definitely have to go check that out. Bottom line? This place is awesome! If you like a good pizza like I do, it's pretty amazing. There are plenty of good places in Las Vegas to get a pizza, but this place hits all the boxes in taste, price, and atmosphere. Run, don't walk to this place immediately!

I had the Roasted Autumn Salad, their Hummus & Pita Chips with feta, and a Green Reviver. Everything was delicious! The salad portions are incredibly generous with a good amount of protein. The hummus is surprisingly good for a non-Mediterranean place and the green juice was tasty especially for being somewhat healthy. Be aware the buffalo chicken is very saucy, for some reason I expected it to be more dry, but the sauce can take over the flavor of the salad. We arrived about 50 mins before closing time for dinner. Customer service all around was amazing - from the cashier helping us finalize our choices to the person who brought out our food & some utensils. My husband ordered the bang bang beef which came with white rice, beef, tomatoes, onion, bell peppers, and sweet potatoes...and I might have missed a vegetable. First let me say that I think many restaurants over serve food, the portions are way too big. That being said, today's entree would barely feed a cat. I ordered the ahi poke bowl. It was about a half cup of tuna, a quarter of an avocado, a clump of pickled ginger, one thinly sliced radish, and a tablespoon size of something stringy with some type of mayo on it. Maybe it was snap peas, but there was enough for two bites so not sure. Everyone at my table agreed it was very small and with tax it was $20. I also left still hungry. Everything was tasty, but there's needs to be a little more than just sample sizes. I wish I had taken a picture. I have eaten at FC's in California, Arizona and Texas and have enjoyed all my meals, but today's meal was truly a disappointment. Definitely not the portions pictured on your menu or from other guests' pictures.

They were lackluster at best. Perhaps they really are just known for their Chicken Caesar sandwich, which I did not order, mostly because I make my own Caesar dressing at home. The "deli", or an Italian sub with roasted pork, was lacking in the meat department. It felt very skimpy for the price. Nothing like what you might get in NY. I was expecting more flavor from the roast pork, but it seemed missing - along with the quantity of meat. The "turkey" was the same. Skimpy, just a Turkey, with some kewpie mayo... but probably the Costco kind that lacks MSG. The bread had a thick crusty exterior, and not much fluff for the interior. I felt like I was eating mostly hard crust. There "dressings" of the subs didn't pack enough punch. I won't go out of my way for their subs, but if I'm in the area ever... I'll give them another chance.
