How do you run out of ALL BAGELS on a Sunday morning!?!? If i could give zero stars i would.

This is the worst Panera location I've ever been to. I've never had a good experience. They always either get the order wrong or the wait is forever. Today was the final straw. We order soup and salad and waited in the drive through for over 20 minutes after we paid. We finally went inside to ask for an update and they said they didn't know how much longer it'd be. I love Panera anyway, but this location has exceptional service. We order carry out all the time and it's always correct. I love all the options we can have off the menu. The green goddess salad is really amazing! I think it's called a Cobb green goddess salad. Also, I've kind of ruined myself for canned soups because I make my own at home. Panera is one of the few places I can actually have soup because they taste homemade. Chicken and wild rice and French onion are really good. Yummy bakery items! read more

We had a table of four and our food orders included Thai Chicken Salad, Ten Veggie soup, Chicken Tortellini Alfredo, Turkey Avocado BLT and broccoli cheese soup. Everything was good. The Ten Veggie soup was the stand out delicious item while the Chicken Tortellini Alfredo was disappointing because the temperature wasn't consistent. Usually have had pleasant experiences here but not this time. Ordered the Chipotle Chicken, Scrambled Egg, & Avocado Wrap using the Rapid Pick-Up service. After my wife picked it up and brought it home, we found the wrap tasteless and lacking seasoning. Called the store and talked to the manager who after a long wait came back and told me that she had talked to the people that prepared the wraps and she said they remembered putting the chipotle aioli sauce on the wraps. We had opened the wraps up and saw no sauce so basically I was told that I was lying to them. Not what I expected to hear. I am not trying to get free food. I just wanted them to make this right, not give me excuses. read more

Typical Panera food, bad service at this location. They were out of several soups and breads (funny considering this is a "bakery"), cashier was not friendly and did not offer to use any of the Panera loyalty points on the account, meal was brought out without accompaniment (bread w soup) and when asked was told they were out. We were just not going to be offered anything. Go somewhere else. read more

I recommend this Panera bread. The staff is very friendly and goes out of their way to make sure your experience with them is positive. They create an inviting atmosphere and their food is warm and fresh when served. read more

I got the new breakfast wrap in the maple bacon flavor and it is the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had! Keep doing good like you always do! Super friendly service in the drive thru and super fast as well! read more

I went and ordered a "Chicken chipotle egg burrito" and when I got it I noticed how bad it smelt. There was more egg than anything and chicken tasted like the egg. read more

We love Greek yogurt with mixed berries and the horizon organic chocolate is amazing according to my seven year old!!!

Panera Bread is my all-time favorite. I ordered a seasonal green salad and fruit cup from Panera Bread. I am not a huge fan of salad, but I recommend getting this vegan friendly one. It was filled with fresh vegetables. I enjoyed my fresh fruit mostly. I ordered for delivery therefore I cannot speak about their covid-19 guidelines. read more

It is a Panera, so they have all your favorites. This location has a drive thru and a place where you can self order, grab your drink and go. If you order meal items, they give you a locator/buzzer and they carry the food to your table, so no yelling of names. You can even order from the app and put your table number in, so no standing in line! The new decor is light and airy. Very peaceful ambience. read more

This is THE worst Panera location I have ever been to. I've never come here to sit down and eat, but I've ordered catering orders and rapid pickup orders - and every time I show up on time to pick my order up, it's not ready, like they haven't even started the order and they offer no apologies for the fact that this makes me late to my meetings. It's disappointing. I work all over and use Panera for breakfast foods and have wonderful experiences, but not at this location. read more

Yesterday was my third visit to this new location, which I discovered is woefully unprepared for Sunday lunch crowds, in terms of both size and service. On our first visit a few weeks ago during close to peak lunchtime, the order was missing an item, which it turned out they didn't have, but the cashier didn't tell us that when we ordered; however, our server readily substituted another item when we asked him about its absence (he informed us the cashier should have known that item wasn't available and quickly fetched us something else). Our second visit a week or two later after peak lunchtime was fine with no problems. Yesterday, at peak lunchtime, the place was packed to standing room only, with annoyed people clogging the inadequate traffic pathways available while they waited for tables to open up. It's obvious that this new facility, which is poorly laid out and much smaller than its original location, was not designed for the number of people you'll encounter during a busy lunch, and the staff here range from clearly stressed but helpful to mildly sullen and apathetic--none of them seem especially happy to be there, which is often a sign of management issues. When the food was brought to our table, the order was missing drink cups, adequate utensils, chips, and the dessert we had ordered (which was the same one they didn't have before--cinnamon crunch scone--so I guess we won't bother ordering it again). The server left immediately, and I elbowed my way through the crowds to track her down and ask if we could get the drink cups and the dessert we ordered, and she pointed me to the drink station, surrounded by a scowling phalanx of waiting customers, and said I'd need to go get in the (lengthy) line to ask about the dessert. Since I was going to have to get in line anyway, I decided not to point out to her that cups aren't available at the drink station (something an employee surely would know if a customer does), and I navigated the human maze to take my place at the end of the queue. (I had ordered from our table through the app specifically to avoid the line, but oh well.) When I finally reached the cashier, I requested my drink cups and missing utensils and the dessert; she gave me the cups and utensils and went to get the dessert, then returned to say they were out. So I had to leave the line, fight my way back through customers pointedly eyeing our table to find out what my fellow diner wanted as a substitute, then fight my way back to the end of the line and wait to ask for the substitute dessert, which I finally got. When I made it back to our table, I remembered the missing chips, but perhaps for obvious reasons I opted out of attempting to rectify that. Panera has always inflated its prices per the conspicuous consumption model, and once upon a time it was worth it, but no longer--at any location, to be honest. And at this location in particular, for $40 (after tax and, as it turned out, an overgenerous tip, which must be paid on good faith, prior to the actual service) for two people for a decent (but not great) lunch consisting of smallish portions of average food in an overcrowded location with poor service, it's not worth the hassle or the expense. Menu tip: avoid the Baja mac and cheese. Although it sounds intriguing, it comes out cold and watery, which, had I thought about it, makes sense when the topping is a cold liquid. read more

My wife and I had lunch there today. The food was excellent. Young lady at the register was very friendly and knowledgeable.

This panera location has left me impressed the multiple times I have dined there. The employees and polite and attentive to customers needs. I mostly use rapid pick up nowadays and my orders have been correct every time. I have never had an amazing experience at this panera. However, I have not had a negative experience either. read more

The bread here is so freaking good. I've eaten at about 100 Panera's and this is by far the best. Love the bread.

Very disappointing. I had the onion soup, they were out of bread bowls. The soup was too sweet, and barely warm. My husband had a Cuban sandwich. Cubans are supposed to be cooked and pressed, this was cold and covered in yellow mustard. read more
