I ordered today and they didn't include my bread bowl like I ordered, then when I called they said I was supposed to receive and extra baguette because because they were out of bread bowls and I said I didn't get that either. Then after that she suggested I use grub hub or something to order the baguette and it will be free or I can come by and pick one up. And then I said that's ridiculous for me spending $3 on a baguette when I should have received it anyway. Then she said well next time I come in and order something I can explain what happened and they will give me an extra one. I said that requires me spending extra money at that location to get something I should have received anyway. Then she said I'm sorry but you can get one now if you want. Then paused and said "Oh actually we are out of baguettes for today". This is not the first time this has happened either. They forgot a salad when I ordered one time as well. They said they would give me a voucher for a free you pick two. Here we are 2 months later and I still haven't received it. They have horrible service and refuse to accommodate for their mistakes. read more

This was my Sunday-morning-hangover stop of choice in college, as it was the only place we could get hangover-curing vegan food for my roommate/best friend. Panera still gets bonus points for being vegan friendly, and the black bean soup in a sourdough bread bowl really will do the job. For the carnivores amongst us, there's meaty salads and soups, although the vegetarian stuff is just good. Actually, there's a lot I love about Panera. The salads, the soups in bread bowls, the lemonade, and asiago bagels with cream cheese. I wish I still lived within walking distance of one. Solid. I have not had a mealy apple from panera yet-- and I want to really emphasize that a mealy apple is and always will be a deal breaker for me. That stated, it's a nice little soup and sandwich place. Vegan friendly, but you generally have to do the old hold-and-swap routine. Took awhile to place our order as it seemed that one employee was working on a large take out; would be nice if there was some sort of kiosk to place your own order as during the lunch hour, waiting ten minutes to order makes this a non starter. Like many reviews for this location, I have never had a positive experience here. About a month ago, I tried to use the drive-thru. It was about two hours until closing and "the drive-thru was closed" so I had to go in. Not a huge deal but there were cars in front of me and the restaurant was still open so the speaker wasn't broken. Last week, I went through the drive-thru again with a friend. We ordered two green teas, one large and one regular, which are the sizes listed on their menu board. When we got to the window and paid, the young lady working handed us our large green tea and one regular tea (brewed sweet tea). We told that is not what we ordered and she said: "well that's what she rang up." I told her that I would prefer a green tea and I would pay the difference. She closed the window, started talking loudly about us to another coworker and how this was such an inconvenience to those working. She handed us a 75% filled regular-size green tea with no ice. I understand where the mix up happened, however, the response by those working was enough to make me never visit this store again. read more

Drove through a blizzard to get myself a bread bowl and chicken noodle soup. Put my order in and paid. They called my name and handed me soup in a bowl. I explained I asked for a bread bowl, and they replied they didn't have any bread bowls. Then what did I pay for and why wasn't I informed of this when I paid? If I wasn't obsessed with the Green Goddess Salad, and this wasn't the only Panera near me, I would probably avoid this restaurant at all costs. The wait in the drive thru is almost always ridiculous. Tonight, when I pulled up to order,I was told they were short staffed tonight so could come in? A little frustrating, but ok. Upon entering , I was a little grossed out by the over flowing trash. The staff was more interested in packing up the bagels and sweeping the floor (literally ran the broom over my foot) than taking my order. Once I ordered I was told they were out of baguettes, since it was the end of the night. ( it was 8:30 and they close at 10?) the vacuuming seemed to take precedence over any kind of customer service. There were at least 4. People in the food prep area chatting amongst themselves. The manager did stop to ask if I had been helped but then shrugged when I asked about the bread. This has happened to me once before, maybe they need to make more bread? It is Panera Bread after all. To be expected, this ideal location warrants a lot of traffic on a weekend morning. I visited to purchase two bagels and was pleasantly surprised at the attentiveness and amount of care that was served by Katrina that morning. I began my long and treacherous journey to the supposed safe-haven that is known to man (and women, of course!) as Panara! The look on my face said it all- the utter glee was unparalleled! I could taste the smooth, creamy, decadent, nice, colourful, SOUP on the tip of my tongue, like the epitome of a warm summer's day! My drive was not without its challenges- on the way, I passed several angry drivers, no doubt mad that they did not have the time to indulge in the marvelous treasure that is SOUP! But I was one of the few who did obtain this time! Lucky ME! When I arrived at your fine establishment, I felt a wave of undeniable comfort and support flush over me, coursing through my veins! AH! The PLEASURE! I bet you are all expecting a happy ending to this  story. Well LUCKY YOU, You son of a............(bet you thought i was gonna say a word there didn't you? I normally have a pleasant time at Panera Bread. However, this past time I have been it was everything but pleasant. I am a mother of three and my children were exposed foul language. In addition, we came for a quiet meal and I was not able to hear my children over the screaming employees. The food we received was mediocre. The avocado on my sandwich was hard, my mac and cheese was cold, and my daughter's french onion soup didn't live up the picture on the menu. I've been to this Panera multiple times simply because of convenience. However, it has to be by far THE WORST customer service I've ever experienced at any place of business. It's almost as if this place is being run by a bunch of uneducated teenagers with no sense of structure. The employees have on hoodies on their heads and sweatshirts, they don't great you properly for a place or business, the service is slow and more often than not incorrect. Someone within the Panera corporation needs to address this location because it's not a promising look for the company as a whole. read more

If you have somehow never tried Panera Bread, escape from under the rock you've been living and get there. I particularly like going there when it's cold, because they always have excellent soups. All of their food is fresh and tasty, though, and you can't beat their salads for a healthy drive thru meal. I will say that the drive thru isn't super-fast, but it really couldn't be since everything is made-to-order. It's also a good place to grab some coffee or tea and chitchat. read more

I will not be going back to this particular Panera Bread. Ordered curbside pickup when I was about 10 mins out from restaurant. Was about 4p and restaurant not busy. Notified with mobile when arrived. After 20 minutes of waiting, called 2 times and phone went from a voicemail to a busy signal. So decided to go into the restaurant to find out why delay. Stood in lobby for about 5 mins and no one acknowledged my presence. No one else in line to order food. Someone walked back from the food area to get something in lobby area, so I approached that person to ask about order that was supposed to be brought out curbside. This staff member asked my name and went to shelf area where food is for inside pick up. It was there. Not sure how long was sitting there but hot sandwiches were cold. I stated concern that hot sandwiches probably cold now and was told "It's not my fault". REALLY? That's what you say to a curbside pickup customer who had to come in and pick up the order??? Stopped by with my friend last night at this keystone location and we got our food quick. Cashiers were very nice and friendly. I got a you pick two with a southwest chile lime chicken ranch salad and a chipotle chicken avocado melt. You would assume that there would be chicken in both of these because it says CHICKEN in the item. Well no, there was absolutely no chicken in my salad, way too much arugula and romaine, and VERY LITTLE ingredients. It also just had big chunks of avocado just slapped on my salad, very disappointing. I went back up to ask for chicken in my salad, take off some arugula and romaine, and to top it with more ingredients, the employee in the kitchen was nice to do that for me. My sandwich again had very little chicken and just big chunks of avocado in it. Just disappointed in the way my food came out and definitely wasn't worth what i paid. read more

I love Panera, but this location has the worst service of any place I've been to. I was in a rush and hungry, so I decided to go through the drive-thru. Unfortunately I was told the drive-thru was closed and to come inside and order. Ok, not a big deal. I went inside, ordered my salad, and asked what's wrong with the drive-thru. The employee seemed confused, laughed, and said they probably just wanted to close early. Now that's annoying. As if that wasn't already questionable customer service it took 15 minutes to make my salad, my side was almost left out, and they forgot the dressing. I've never been to a worse Panera bread location. Enjoy the restaurant chain very much at different locations but this location puts no effort or care into the orders that they make. Every sandwich that I have gotten from there either has too much meat, bread is soaked in dressing, and the sandwich comes out poorly constructed. I am more mad at myself that I have went to this location more than once and have gotten to the point that I've needed to make a yelp review about. If you are person trying to decide between this and something else, go anywhere else as this location does not deserve your money. I love Panera food, so I have given this location multiple chances but they come up short each time. Check your order before you leave the parking lot because it is bound to be incorrect. This happens time and time again. I ordered a new grain bowl and about half of the advertised ingredients were missing. I tried a pick two at this location the following week and only received the soup. When I went back to the restaurant to retrieve my missing sandwich it was also incorrect and had to be remade. The worst part is an employee is checking off on the receipt that everything is in the bag. This is a poorly run location and I suggest selecting a different Panera! read more
