I am always impressed with this Panera. Once in a while, I will order my breakfast sandwich which has a ton of ridiculous changes to it. I used to work at Panera years ago, so I was spoiled with making my own food, and I miss it. I order the sausage, egg and cheese sandwich, which I add salt and pepper, american cheese and add to a french toast bagel. They also have a sweet maple sauce (I think is the name?), and I ask that they add that, as well. I always ask them to cut it in half, because it is easier to eat on the way to work. 8 times out of 10, they cut it in half, 9 times out of 10, they get the order correct, and 10 times out of 10, they have my rapid pick up order ready for me to grab quickly and head to work. It's always hot, and delicious. We have been once for dinner, and once for lunch. I am quite disappointed in how the dining room looked both times, with trash on the floor, trash on the tables. And neither time were we there at a rush hour. But, nevertheless, the food was still delicious and hot for my boyfriend and I to enjoy. I will continue to use this Panera for my rapid pick up. I'm a big fan of Panera bread. The food isn't cheap, but I enjoy it. The PB on Keystone isnt my favorite location. My orders almost always have some type of problem. My advice is to check your order before you leave, really go through the order. read more

Everytime I'd frequented this Panera in the past had been a great experience! Quick service and adequate parking. However, I ordered a you pick two the last time I was here (Friday evening for dinner.) I ordered the French Onion soup and Bacon Turkey Bravo. The soup was delicious! The sandwich, however, was made using the very end/ last two pieces of bread. It was WAY less than half the size of what it usually is. They should have either told me beforehand, given me different pieces of bread, or given me the option to choose a different bread or sandwich. I went through the drive through and didn't open the bag until I got home and was very disappointed. I think Panera's prices are a little steep, but always reasonable for the amount of food given. Panera bread is a great place to have a small meeting with 2-4 people The food is delicious and they have catering, a variety of different juices (I always mix 3 different juices together but that's just me) and free WiFi! The food is delicious from sandwiches to Coffee to pastries. They also have a rewards card where you can get bonuses and birthday prizes. You can order online and the restrooms are clean (yeah that's what biggie to me) and the pastries are delicious!! The staff is very attentive. If you are a bike rider there is a place to park your bike and plenty of parking with restaurants and shopping with walking distance. read more

I took my mom to the Glendale location after Christmas shopping on Saturday, 12/2/17, 4:00PM. The kitchen/food prep area was littered with garbage. The floors around the drink station and virtually every open table had trash and refuse on them. Trash bins were overflowing. Our sandwiches were beyond sloppily prepared. I get that rushes happen and things fall behind, but this was extremely disappointing. The staff seemed uninterested in even being there. Will not return. read more

Ordered an "Avocado"Cobb Salad with chicken. Had less than 1/4 of an avocado on it and was pretty small overall. Cost $9.99 and I was still hungry after eating it. Asiago Bagels are delicious and they toasted it perfectly. The frozen strawberry lemonade is also very tasty and tart. This location doesn't have all of the latest menu options, which is kind of unfortunate. For instance, they don't have the grain bowls. Went through the drive thru today and employees were not wearing masks. We parked to wipe the packaging and an employee approached our open window and started talking to us at close range even though she wasn't wearing a mask and we already got all our food. Want 5-stars? Have the Roasted Veggie Cream cheese. It's a small detail but they never order it. Having said the thing I'm most angry about, let me say why I love this place. The rewards program is awesome. The free bagel a day for a month is like winning the lottery and I get free drinks all the times. The Hazelnut coffee is so good I have a pack in my cupboard right now. I go to do work and enjoy a freshly toasted bagel. They don't always hear you when you ask them not to toast it, but it's a minor issues that they usually fix if you bring it up. It's busy in this store so expect that. I go once a week typically and stay for hours. The WiFi can be slow to infuriating, so bring offline work. I look beyond all of that because it really is a great place to hang out and get work done. The food is always delicious and keeps me coming back. I really do wish they had the veggie cream cheese but the honey walnut is amazing so it's manageable. The Broad Ripple store is one of the best ones around because the staff are so nice. read more

I sat in the drive through for about 25 mins to get my food. I don't mind waiting because I love the food. I got the modern caprese. I got home and took 2 bites out of it because I was so hungry. I quickly noticed something was really wrong. I looked at the sandwich and it was COVERED in chocolate sauce.... like soaked. (I only got half the sandwich so it looks small in the pic) My stomach literally hurt the rest of the night. Please train your employees correctly or just don't serve food. I tried calling after I noticed but no one ever answered. I really hope this didn't happen to anyone else because it was literally disgusting ... FYI this was NOT balsamic glaze. I love Panera, in general, but this specific store is always rough up! I keep going because it's the closest one to me, but I wish quality control would help them organize a little. I've ordered pick-up that was not ready on time and I had to track someone down to help me with my order. I've been handed the entire wrong order in the drive-through. I've found egg on my roast beef sandwich, which does not contain eggs! I've been the only person in line at the drive-through and had to wait over fifteen minutes for my order while employees seem to be taking a break inside. I really enjoy Panera! The food is always great however the last few times I have visited there have been longer wait times. The wait has been especially longer when I go through the drive thru. Aside from that the food is always fresh and I love that it's made to order(except the soups of course). You can never go wrong with one of the salads! Honestly the worst Panera I've ever ordered from. Not only is the tracker not working for orders that have been successfully placed, but they NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. Unbelievable service when it comes to just checking on something being verified, and disappointed with the length of time it takes to even answer questions and concerns. I was always willing to wait in a long drive thru line to get freshly made food as Panera as always gloated about. I was there last week and requested extra dressing on my sandwich and the rude woman taking my order informed me that all the sandwiches are pre-made and reheated. I was in shock! How could this be, and furthermore, why the hell does it take 20 minutes to get throguh the drive thru if everything is pre-made?! Went through the drive-through at Panera today and ordered the roasted turkey apple and cheddar sandwich. Got home and I unwrapped it and I could tell immediately the bread was not backed correctly. The dough was still raw. I am not a baker by any stretch of the imagination and if I could tell this by looking at it you would think the person making the sandwich at Panera could also decipher this. I did not want to get in my car and drive all the way back to return the sandwich. Therefore I tried to call the store and talk to a manager three times and nobody answered the phone. Very bad customer service! I really hate to complain but by the same token I really hate to be taken advantage of! I work hard for my money! I won't be back! Cinnamon Crunch bagel with hazelnut cream cheese with a piping hot cup of joe - hazelnut flavored of course. My absolute go to when I stop in at Panera. Panera is a very convenient stop for me. I am able to get me work done with the free wifi, eat delicious food, and basically hook up an IV that infinitely caffeinates me. My go to lunch is the choose two: broccoli cheddar soup (large chunks of broccoli simmered in a velvety smooth cheese sauce - try it in the bread bowl. NOM.) and the Asian Sesame Chicken Salad (chicken, romaine lettuce, fresh cilantro, sliced almonds, sesame seeds and crispy wonton strips with Asian sesame vinaigrette - it's da bomb). They never have enough staff, they always run out of things, they are incredibly slow and disorganized, and they need to do better cleaning. Honestly I am surprised it has not been shut down by now. I am a big fan of Panera but this location in general disgusted me. First of all the lady taking my order was extremely rude. While I was waiting for my order to be ready I noticed something moving on the floor it was a cockroach.. I repeat a cockroach. I felt physically I'll see that roaming across the floor while waiting for me food. The cleanliness of this locations was extremely poor. Very dirty and unkept. My food was pretty gross as well. I order a salad and sandwich. The lettuce for my salad was brown and they forgot half the ingredients. I will not be returning to this location nor would I recommend it. I am a huge Panera can. I could have it everyday. That being said....why does this Panera have to be so bad. I have tried and tried. They get your order wrong, the salads are skimpy, the staff is so busy talking to one another, things take longer than necessary to prepare. They messed up my salad. Irritable. Getting a manager on the phone to voice concerns to is seemingly impossible. (Phone just rings then hangs up.) I get the same thing each time I come to Panera (modern Greek with quinoa salad) and it varies greatly each time. Today my husband grabbed one for me on his way home and I was so disappointed when I opened the bag- it is practically a half salad vs the whole it was supposed to be. Very skimpy on the kale and quinoa. Maybe enough food for a child. I just want my food to be correct and consistent. If they don't have enough of the ingredients to make an item... don't offer it. Or train all employees to make items exactly the same, with some sort of care. We don't live in the area anymore and I definitely don't want to dry my hair and drive up there to most likely be brushed off. They need to do better. read more

A couple of us needed a place where we could have a cupa while we revisited topics introduced at a recent meeting. I suggested Panera Bread at Glendale for its location and design. We met Tuesday just after 4 PM. I had Vegetarian Autumn Squash Soup. There was no dark roast coffee. The young ladies who took and filled my order were pleasant and engaged. The dining area was clean and conducive to a quiet discussion. The busser said employees were treated well and liked to work there. All in all a really pleasant and productive experience. read more

I've always been a fan of this Panera location. I came today to get my free birthday pastry! (My birthday was awhile ago, but I got a friendly email reminding me that it was about to expire!) Today I got a FREE cinnamon roll- and it was the best I've ever had from Panera! I think food tastes better when it's FREE ;) The staff was friendly, as always. They also have a drive through which is convenient! The restaurant was busy, but they did a good job letting me know someone would assist me soon. Great location for meeting in groups, or just working alone in one of their booths. Free wifi and a warm atmosphere. Go Panera! read more

Panera Bread is one of the few restaurant chains I'll always love. The quality is pretty high and the taste is great. The restaurants are always comfortable and cozy with indoor and outdoor seating. I'm always a big fan of sitting outside at this location when it's nice out. The menu is very solid. Great sandwiches, quality salads, good soups, and baked goods that really aren't half bad. If it's on the menu/in season I'd strongly recommend the strawberry poppyseed & chicken salad ... it's absolutely perfect. As far as sandwiches go, I'm a big fan of the Turkey Bacon Bravo. The location is good, near a shopping center with a Target and a movie theater, so you have something to do before and after lunch. The free Wi-Fi is also a nice feature. This is definitely a nice place to grab lunch when you're out and about in the area. Enjoy. read more

I am a fan of Panera and frequent the Michigan and 86th street shop. This was my last trip to the Glendale mall, however. I am usually not an overly fussy customer, and have never had a bad experience at any other Panera. But each time I come to this location, I leave unsatisfied. After burning my bagel [which they gladly replaced], I went through two remakings of my latte. A plain latte nothing fancy but each time it was bitter and burned. The assistant manager, was rude. She snapped about the fact that they always use two shots of espresso--this did not account for the fact that I asked for only one shot [which was told to her by the cashier] and it doesn't account for the fact that the latte was really bitter [a dirty machine?]. The cashier was nice and efficient but the assistant manager... wow! The wifi is awful at least for macbook users [I am running the latest version of leopard on an aluminum macbook--this is the only place that I have ever had problems with my wifi]. Additionally, there is no warning on the door or anywhere else that you only have 30 minutes of wifi from 11:30 to 1:30--which is fine but let me know before I set up for a few hours of work. If you need a quick bite to eat go ahead and stop in, but be warned--service is mixed and the lattes are terrible. read more

We went online to use their online ordering system for curbside pick up. We followed the instructions and arrived at the location. The instructions were to simply park in front of the store and because we gave our make model and color of vehicle somebody would just bring our food right out. We waited for 25 minutes. We called into the store and had to navigate an automated system before we could finally connect to a human being. And that person told us that sometimes you just have to come inside because the cashier is who brings you your food and she gets busy. What is the point of contactless or curbside pick up if I have to come inside? Cold coffee, cold breakfast sandwiches. Terrible experience. read more

Panera is a must for affordable & delicious food choices! Whether you may be a regular, or have never had Panera Bread before, you absolutely must go and try their foods! Panera offers many different, and unique options to the customer. The best part is that there is a bakery & regular menu of sandwiches, salads, soups, etc. Although, I highly recommend trying our their bagels & bakery items because they are to DIE FOR! Panera is very convenient to anyone because of the many locations nation-wide, and they always seem to be in a very close radius of one and another. I absolutely love going and sitting down in Panera because the environment is great! The employees are very sweet, they offer free wifi, have delicious food, and you can basically get as much work done there as possible! Not to mention, their prices are great! As a college student, I obviously look for the best prices & most affordable meals when I choose to eat out! Also, Panera is open all year-round which is very convenient, and personally, my favorite time to go is around winter time because of the "Jazzy-like" environment I highly recommend Panera to anyone, because there is always one around the corner & they offer a great menu & bakery options! If you're a bakery junky like myself, you definitely need some Panera in your life!! read more
