None of these things are what I ordered. The bag noted that the order was "modified"--what an understatement.

In terms of food quality, this place is a solid 3/5, maybe more. In terms of actually giving you the food that you unambiguously ordered (since it was online and there is no room for misunderstanding what the customer wants), it is a 0/5. While I've had decent ordering experiences here before, tonight was just so egregious that I feel compelled to say something about it. I ordered a mac and cheese broccoli soup, fruit cup, small Asian sesame salad, and chocolate croissant. When I arrived home to devour the salad and nourish my nutritionally deficient body, I discovered on the bag (with my name on it) that the order said it had been "modified" ... beyond recognition. What I got was a broccoli and cheese soup (most forgivable--I'd count this as "modified" from the soup I ordered), two random slices of bread, a grilled cheese sandwich, a turkey bacon avocado sandwich, and an apple. All good stuff, but definitely not what I ordered and not what I wanted (and frankly, not what I needed nutritionally). I received absolutely no indication that my order would be "modified" in this way, no indication that there were ingredient issues with specific items or anything, and definitely no apologies. It is almost comical.

Panera Bread is probably one of my most favorite chain restaurants. I absolutely love their winter squash scoop and their Fuji apple salad, but I also love their steel cut oatmeal with strawberries and brown sugar, their Mediterranean egg white sandwich, and so much more.

My husband ordered online to pickup at 5:45 pm. When he got there, he still had to wait almost 30 minutes. There were lots of people waiting for their food also. At home, we opened the bag only to discover that my Fugi apple salad had no lettuce of any kind!!! This is ridiculous! We won't be going back.

Really disappointed in this Panera the portions on there salad are insanely small I paid for a full size salad and paid extra for avocado all I got was a half empty salad

I got turkey avocado BLT and broccoli n cheddar in a bread bowl.

The…read moredesire for a big ole plate of biscuits and gravy will drive a person to do strange things. Anyway, when we finally pulled into the parking lot, it was just about 10:50 a.m. local time. We walked to the front door and saw a hand-written sign stating that they'd be closing at 11, since they were short-staffed. We almost had a group meltdown, haha. But, they welcomed us in and sat us at a booth with no hesitation. My dad and husband both ordered the "Hungry Man" breakfast platter ($9), and my mom and I both ordered the Two Egg breakfasts ($8), plus we all got coffee. For my plate, I got eggs scrambled with cheese, plus bacon and the gravy biscuits. Mom got hers with scrambled eggs (no cheese), and the same sides. My hubs got sausage (theirs are patties), gravy biscuits, two eggs over-medium and grits. My dad got bacon, grits, eggs over-hard, house potatoes with onions and a side of grits. The food was fresh and filling, and quite tasty. The biscuits - which were the one thing we all wanted - were fluffy and smothered in their southern gravy, which was more savory than I expected...if that makes sense. We all really liked the flavor. The final bill, after taxes and tips, was just under $40, for all four of us. Not a bad deal for a quick and tasty meal.

Very good and reasonable prices with great service. Large portions and nice atmosphere.read more

Its a small place and the current address I used wasn't the correct one but the place is just down the street. Everyone in there was super nice, I ordered and got my food pretty quick. I ordered 2 sandwiches Da ande - 8.5/10 Peach panini 9/10 My only complaint is I feel the amount of meat is lacking. I'm not one to want a thick sandwich so for me to think it needs more is saying something. This could be a personal preference so I won't let it negatively impact my rating since the flavors are good! Otherwise, I think it's a great little spot and enjoyed my experience!

You can taste the difference and I love that my farmer friends are supported. Well done Sandwiches are great! Peanut butter cake is great! And love the breakfast burritos that are made for Hazard Coffee on Fridays. May be my favourite place to eat in town!! They periodically have specials just check out the Facebook page. They're also posted on the sign outside. Yes, the hours are tough for someone not downtown and I'd love to see them open longer, but they really serve the businesses downtown and courthouse well AND they can be ordered through doordash! They also offer catering, which is amazing.
