My fiance and I are normals to this location, probably 3 days a week. We always order a tuna sandwich or sometimes the chicken tortellini. First, the tortellini comes with a mcdonalds chicken nugget worth of shredded chicken, no joke its probably the smallest serving of chicken ive ordered from anywhere, and that amount is consistent every time (mostly why i stopped ordering it). Second, they ALWAYS screw up our order. We've been getting just the tuna sandwiches lately and 1. The tuna is not cut up we get large chunks of tuna throughout the sandwich 2. They forget the pickle spear every time 3. They forget the chips 75% of the time 4. It looks like they put the tuna on with an ice cream scooper and smash the bread together, they put a lettuce spine in every sandwich (like what the actual fk though), they cut a red onion in half and just stick in anywhere on the sandwich (no even distribution at all), the bread is hit or miss as in you're lucky if its fresh but its common to get previous days bread (for a "bakery" you're really under the mark). For how much time and money we've given to this establishment I am 100% going to start making an effort to avoiding it. If you're gonna be a garbage business every time i visit you don't deserve my time or money. Only reason im giving it a 2 star is because the 10% of the time they did it right the food was really good. Going to make sure this criticism gets up the chain to Panera as well since the reviews show how bad this place is but there is clearly no change going on. Get your head out of your ass, if your a food place make decent CORRECT meals for your paying customers or gtfo. read more

I go here for lunch and early dinner3 times a week I love there citrus Chinese chicken salad and turkey avocado bacon sandwich. Everything is fresh and delicious. I always drive thru and customer service is great. read more

I really do like Panera because it's consistent and tasty. Their greek salad is very nice, as is the baguette you get with most orders. The sandwiches are just ok. I would definitely prefere a salad or panini over the cold sammies. read more

I work in a restaurant and am pretty critical of food service... I came at 7:40 am while waiting for my Subaru across the street. I didn't know they had breakfast but was very impressed with the vegetarian options they had. I had Mediterranean something sandwich. Also, the staff was very friendly. It seems that the employees in the kitchen enjoy what they do because there's a lot of smiling and singing and just simply joyful behavior. Good job Panera and the management team. I have had more trouble buying bread from this location than any other. It doesn't matter if I come in the morning or in the afternoon, they never have enough loaves for sale and are always sold out. This afternoon, within site of the cash registers they had a tall rack of freshly baked bread but refused to sell it to me because it was for tomorrow. This was very rude. The egg soufflé is arguably the best food item that Panera sells. Comes in three or four varieties like spinach and bacon or artichoke heart and cheese. Breakfast is until 10:30AM. Time after time, this store has no soufflés left at 9:45AM. Why? Because they literally throw away these perfectly good food items every 1.5 hours, even if they have ten of them. I'm told "they expire". It's basically an omelette inside of a pastry puff shell. It's ridiculous to say that these items expire after only 1.5 hours and their only remedy is to throw them away. It's also ridiculous at 9:45AM to tell me it's "against the rules" to make any more. Breakfast still runs for another 45 minutes. How long can it take to make a souffle? Today there were two older ladies in front of us in line. Guess what they came to the store specifically for? The soufflé. We were all told by a rude employee in a matter of fact voice that we were out of luck. It's a joke and this Panera isn't the only one where I've experienced the exact same issue. Panera as a chain must throw away literally thousands of pounds of perfectly good food every year, in a world that has people struggling to eat. It's wrong. I often buy soufflés at the Cerritos store near my office for the street bums who are starving. Imagine that if I don't get there in time, Panera will be throwing that perfectly good food away? Panera management should be ashamed of themselves. read more

I usually love going to this Panera, but this time it was way too long. The line was at the door and they only had one cashier. The poor guy was trying to get everyone's order as fast as possible while there's 4 other registers available but when I look over to where they bring the food out there's 3 people that are either stand waiting for the food or putting the food in the rapid order pick up! YOU DON"T NEED MORE THAN 1 PERSON TO PUT FOOD IN A CUBBY. I don't blame the employees because they just do what they're told. Management should know a lot better. I love the fact they provide you with free wifi. Good place to study. I love their patio sitting. I also have sign up for their membership card and I got free cookies for my birthday. I used to come into panera bread for lunch when I did not know what to eat around this area. I knew panera would not let me down. It can get crowded during lunch time which is from noon to one. I've learned to call ahead and place my order for pick up, which is so convenient! I usually eat there or if it's a nice day I'll go to the park and hang out under a tree and watch the ducks in the pond and feed them left over bread. read more

Their broccoli soup is so delicious with the bread. One time I dipped a cookie in side so delicious. I know it's weird!

Overall a great place to grab some lunch and head back to work. My favorite is their turkey artichoke sandwich which is just enough food to not make you feel like taking a nap when you return to work. The place does get busy during lunch so you may want to phone your order in. read more

I went to Panera on my Lunch yesterday since I work right next door at one of the car dealerships and ordered a soup and a sandwich. I found what looked like an armpit hair in my chicken noodle soup. I was so disgusted, when I went to take it back to one of the servers she told her manager and he asked if I wanted another soup. I was like "are you kidding me?" they acted as if it was normal for someones disgusting hair to be in the food there and had the audacity to ask if I wanted another soup. The fresh baked goods when you first enter will have your stomach begging. The food is good and fresh, albeit a bit overpriced. The portions are a little small, at least for breakfast anyway. But this place is always busy and unfortunately it's not just people eating meals. There seems to be lots of business people on their computers just kind've hogging up space. They buy a coffee and then sit forever and type on their laptop. I give them 3.5 stars because it's much better than just 3 stars. read more

I regularly go here on my lunch (its right next door to my work in the auto group) and always am impressed by the customer service. My past visit I walk in and am greeted immediately, even though there are customers in line before me they acknowledged that im also there. I order and through conversation the person working the register offers a recommendation for a certain salad with a dressing thats not normally on it (I said I wanted something low calorie but still very filling and it was exactly that! And very yummy) My food was brought to my table by Jose with a smile and he even noticed that my cup was leaking (I was completely oblivious that my entire table was covered in ice tea) and he helped me with that. Really meeting the customer need. Having worked for innout for many years I am very judgmental when it comes to the service I get from restaurants and I absolutely love getting the opportunity to recognize a company or individual store for excellent service. Last time they forgot to give me my salad, I only got my boss' sandwich, this time they gave me the wrong soup and wrong size and didn't give me any dressing for my salad. I love pandora bread, it is my favorite place to eat. However this drive through was the worst experience ever. The lady that took my order was extremely rude and clearly not paying attention to my slow clear ordering. Man at window that took our money was very kind however when we drove away there were no forks or spoons. Had to drive back to get them only to find out once I got the fork for my salad the balsamic vinaigrette that they were supposed to give me as requested twice wasn't even the right dressing. read more

Today my boyfriend called in an order for me 30minutes before he left work. Simple order, soup and a sandwich. He then picked me up and took me to pick up lunch. I have been sick so we thought it would be a quick and easy lunch. We got there and he ran in to pick it up. They told us they were a little behind; understandable it's lunch time. We waited another 20 minutes before he went up and asked when it would be ready. The cook, a bald male, who left from behind the food counter to walk over to register and told him "I'm glad you just asked for a refund because when some one asks me when their food will be ready I just make it take even longer." Unbelievable. We understand being short staffed, we understand being busy. On a positive note, a huge thank you to the woman behind the register who went above and beyond. She sympathized with us on our time limits and was extreme understanding and kind. But this is just unacceptable. Needless to say, we will not be returning to Panera, a restaurant we typically go to biweekly. read more
