The explanation I was given was misleading and influenced my purchase decision. Additionally, I was charged for extras that were either barely included or not included at all on my sandwich. The amount of meat and cheese was noticeably sparse, especially considering the price paid. The sandwich did not reflect the portion size or quality I expected. What made the experience even worse was the customer service. The employee at the front counter with dreadlocks was rude, dismissive, and seemed irritated by basic questions about the menu. As a customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect, especially when asking about pricing and product options. Overall, I left feeling overcharged, misled, and disappointed. I hope management addresses both the customer service issues and the inconsistency in portioning so future customers have a better experience.
