Cleanest place i have ever been and Sugey is super friendly and professional. I highly recommend this place to all subway lovers

Very clean place and professional and Sugey is super helpful. I highly recommend this place.

First of all, they mixed up the bread on both subs, and second, it was the most poorly made sub I've ever had.

This place is great. I stopped today in a hurry. They made my sandwich and put everything on it that I asked for, and I was back on the freeway in less than 5 minutes. The sandwich tasted great. All the quality ingredients that I expect from any subway.

I should probably say that I arrived at about midnight, so there were only a handful of patrons inside. No need to deal with rush hour crowds. I also was coming from the Irvine train station, where the Amtrak train I was on had broken down. So, I was also very hungry. I ordered a double double with cold cheese, both raw and grilled onions, mustard-fried patties, and chopped chilis, plus a fry light-well, and got a pink lemonade and 7UP mixed soda. Everything came out exactly to a T, was super flavorful, and also really affordable at $12.07 total. The place was a bit dirty, but it was also midnight on a Sunday, so they'd probably been slammed for hours. Nothing crazy though--I still enjoyed it. The place is also really large, one of the bigger In-N-Out interiors I've seen recently, which kind of reminded me of the store in Apple Valley. Overall, really good In-N-Out location. P.S. Thanks to Christian my cashier who got everything correct and was super friendly and helpful above and beyond my order.

Not a big fan of the ownership but dollar for dollar and the burger is delightfully delicious for the the price so it's in the top ire and top all around three burgers in SoCal period !

So many people are talking about how good their chicken is so just like me others I given in and headed for the drive-through. Picked up their six piece combo and dug in. It's not that good. Very greasy, deep fried in very cheap, badly smelling oil, I can't say that this was an enjoyable meal at all. If you are in the mood for breaded fried chicken, just go to Whole Foods. You will pick up way better quality chicken fingers at their hot bar for about the same price. The taste is exactly the same, but the quality is just unmatched comparing to this place. So now I can say I've been here tried this, but will never be back and I don't recommend this. Also, what's up with that itty bitty tiny side of coleslaw? Can that thing be even considered a side dish? Again, just go to Whole Foods and load up on it. I don't understand people who choose Raising Cane's, sorry.

There were a couple of of people in front of us ordering & the restaurant itself was completely empty. After ordering, we were told it would be a 15 minute wait time. Not too bad, so we decide to wait inside to dine in the restaurant. It was a hot day and the ventilation inside the restaurant was not working well with the hot fryers going off. And we definitely felt the warmth in there. We also ordered some soda, which was just a soda machine with some lemonade dispensers on the side. The mango lemonade was horrendous and way out of balance. The "soda" was basically tasteless carbonation as if they forgot to refill the soda machine with the soda syrup. After 30 minutes, we noticed that they were fulfilling the big ticket online/delivery orders first. We were STILL the only people at the restaurant WITHOUT food. All of this would have been annoying but acceptable if the food was good. However, it was very unremarkable. The food was somehow salty but flavorless, despite the considerable amount of spice. The chicken was more oil than crunch. We ordered the crimson burrito, chicken and waffles, and half a dozen chicken wings. 2 stars because the crimson burrito was somewhat enjoyable and the sauce was good.

If you look at the menu from years past, you'll see that the price has only changed by $1 in the past 5 or 6 years. What really takes it over the top though is their house sauce, often called the Hole in the Wall sauce. It is next level. Bold, savory, and way more interesting than your standard burger sauce. Do yourself a favor and order an extra side because dipping the fries in it is non negotiable. My mom went with the spicy chicken sandwich and it was great. The spice level is totally manageable, flavorful without being overpowering. If you like a little more heat, grabbing a side of peppers is the move. It adds that extra kick without drowning out the sandwich. On top of the food, this place really shines because of the people. It is family owned and you can feel it. Everyone is genuinely friendly and excited to serve you, which makes the experience even better. The restaurant itself is clean, quiet, and comfortable with good vibes all around. This is one of those reliable spots you keep coming back to because it just does everything right. Highly recommend.

This morning while ordering breakfast here - It's interesting to view a huge plate full of bacon already cooked! I've been here 15 minutes so I know it's been there for a while, if not cooked to order that's for sure. Additionally, It's almost almost 9 AM, last time I was here for breakfast was 10 minutes after they opened, and the potatoes, that were the side to my omelette, they were not cooked all the way, so now I wait a bit I don't go first thing in the morning here. Furthermore, The prices are great, and it looks like they're taking care of the eating area by keeping it a bit cleaner. it was going just a tad downhill prior. So I took my food to go and happily said, thank you. The two ladies did not respond back, or give eye contact they're just that way. it seems like there's always two individuals there that look like it's their first day there. Interesting clientele here too. Also funny to see one of the managers or leads in the back, sitting down all by himself in the corner, eating breakfast. Taking everything into consideration, the food and the price, especially still give it four stars by me.
