Someone needs to clean the men's bathroom! If the bathrooms are not clean, then the rest of the kitchen is probably not clean either. I would have left if I had went to the bathroom first. If I wrote this review a few months ago it would have only gotten a 2 star since my order always gets messed up. However, the last few times I've been here my order has been perfect! Yay! Love that this Panera has a drive through too. Regina is the sweetest lady here! She's so accommodating and just makes you smile! This was the second or third time I went all the way here and ended up having to leave without eating, it smelled so disgusting. It smells like someone peed all over the floor months ago and it was never cleaned up, and like piles of trash were left around. I don't think they know how to clean here, how to really be vacuuming consistently or using hot water and sanitizer on the tables and counters throughout the day, or mopping floors every night with clean water, or deep cleaning booths and floorboards and windows and stuff. No more chances. If they're obviously this careless about simple cleanliness, I doubt they're careful in the kitchen handling food. This place'll probably be shut down soon anyway. read more

After ordering and paying for them, I got soup in a bowl and a piece of bread on side. When I brought this to attention of the staff, I was told they were out of bread bowl. This is third time I am hearing at this place that they are out of bread bowls. This could have been told to me while placing the order or before making the order. Worst Panera I've ever visited--period. Ordered a bagel and cream cheese and a soup. Took about 20 minutes and there were three total customers in the restaurant--including me! Every employee seemed busy just sort of wandering around--to and from the bathroom, to and from various parts of the counter area, just bizarre. Drive thru order for cup of soup & half grilled cheese. Neither the broccoli cheese soup or sandwich had REAL cheese, but rather what I call 'plastic' cheese, so little the American cheese slices are considered cheese 'food'. On this Saturday morning we arrived to see the manager dutifully cleaning the parking lot of trash. The startling thing was that rather than properly disposing of this trash the manager dropped the trash into a parking lot drop inlet and into the storm drain. This was my first time here at this location. I was so excited that we were able to make it to the restaurant prior to close. I ordered the Italian combo, butter cookie and a drink. I also asked for my sandwich to be heated. My mouth was ready to devour my food when I realized that they had heated up my tomatoes and lettuce. I was like ??? Come on people. Where do I even begin? This was one of the nastiest places I've ever encountered. It smelled so bad upon walking in I lost my appetite. After visiting the restroom I decided against eating and just waited while the person I was with ate. I took pictures instead. The wallpaper and baseboards are falling off the walls. Both bathroom stalls had empty seat liner containers. Ripped booth seats with food on them. Dirty floors, dirty counters. At the front counter they had a display saying "add a cold drink", but their very unappetizing display consisted of old empty bottles of used drinks with what looks like backwash in them and a can that was dented in several spots. Drink machines were dirty and right next to the drink station is a nasty cart with dirty empty buckets and a trash station piled high with gross dirty dishes. They weren't busy at all and there were at least a dozen employees there (a few on break) plus a manager, Charles. This location was so disgusting I feel compelled to contact their corporate offices because this place is a disgrace and someone should be really embarrassed that it is allowed to be so gross. read more
