After ordering and waiting at our table, we noticed the wait was a bit longer than usual, and shortly after, Pablo, the GM came to our table and asked about our order. He did not have any orders in the kitchen that hadn't been completed. He checked the kiosk we used, but didn't see our order. He apologized and took our order using pen and paper. After a short wait, Lisa started bringing out our order. She is so friendly and efficient (we remembered her from previous visits). Pablo also came out again to check to see if our order was complete and apologized again for the mixup. Our Italian beef sandwiches were delicious as usual (best in the Rockford area). French fries so crunchy on the outside but warm and soft on the inside. Granddaughter's chicken tenders were tasty and our daughter ordered the gluten free cauliflower crust pizza (which I didn't even realize was on the menu). She said it was awesome, one of the best she has had. I highly recommend you try this restaurant if you haven't already. The quality of the food is above par for any fast food restaurant in the area. The friendliness and professionalism of the staff is so appreciated because we all know that is regularly not the case in fast food establishments. Thank you, Pablo, for noticing we did not have our order and for making it right so quickly. It is so appreciated. Oh and I can't forget that for the first time we tried Rainbow Cone (granddaughters insisted lol) and we were not disappointed. Milk shakes were creamy and thick with great choice of toppings. Also there was music playing at a nice volume. So I had a mixed drink that was lovely for starters. They brought water first, so you didn't have to ask. The menu, altho a little beat up on one page, was filled with the standard Italian Restaurant dishes. My friend got the chicken Parm and I got the Veal Marsala. I was hopeful they didn't overcook the veal and the Marsala sauce was good. They didn't and it was. Very think veal cooked so it stayed fork tender and the sauce was how it should be taste and texture wise. I order chicken Marsala a lot in restaurant and this had a nice very very light gravy consistency. I prefer it over runny thin. You can order a potato or pasta with dinner. My friend got pasta, I got baked potato. AND y you get special salad with dinner that comes with Italian dressing but I got blue cheese as an option. The one tiny thing there was it was very good dressing, even though I detected little blue cheese. But the salad as pictured was delicious. Anyway service was not perfect but very good. The server was adorable and kind but got our orders backwards twice. Once with salad, once with the main course. But not a biggy. Then later two young men were moving tables together but sliding them more than once making screeching sound that were hard on the ear. Again not a night but they certainly could have lifted them. Perhaps it was emptying out and they wanted us to leave? lol. The atmosphere there was nice, kinda eclectic with industrial type stuff mixed with chandeliers and wrought iron accents. Interesting They have another on State Street in Rockford and this is the newer of the two. I've been told the state street one is always busy so this one opened. I can see why. I definitely recommend as it was a very pleasant positive surprise to my dining experiences as of late.

Great portion size and great taste. We had the Mac and Cheese and the Philly Cheesesteak Wrap. Both items were delicious and more than enough food to fill us up and have leftovers. The best part of the restaurant is the draft wall. You can choose from multiple types of beer, mixed drinks, or straight liquor for mixing yourself. It added fun to the experience pouring your own beverages. The bar is very spacious and allows for multiple seating scenarios from high tops to regular chairs, to couches.
