Stopped in for a quick bite. On my way to the airport with my sister and brother-in-law. The person who took our order it was extremely cheerful. We all ordered our food and it did take close to 20 minutes to get it. It was approaching lunchtime, but they weren't too busy yet. My brother-in-law had a half sandwich and soup and he loved it. My sister had a half sandwich and the Asian salad and she loved it. I decided to try the new salad stuffers and got a BLT. I can't say I had as good of an experience because the stuffer only had three minute pieces of baking in the entire "wrap". After I ate half of it, I actually pulled out the rest of the salad to look through it to see if I can find any bacon and here are the two pictures I took and I got three pieces of bacon that size that's on the fork. I should have gone back up to a staff member and showed them the amount of bacon I had in it. However, it did take close to 20 minutes and I had a flight to catch so I didn't have extra time to wait for it. I don't think I would order this again. My brother-in-law had a sandwich that had lots of bacon on it so I don't know what went wrong on this order but they missed the mark. read more

Overall great service and super fast checkouts with the mobile stations. The restaurant was clean, lots of space to sit, and free Wifi! We tried the Italian sandwich not toasted, cream of chicken and wild rice, and the greens goddess salad with extra toppings you can add. Good healthy food choices and delicious bagels. I have found the management team able to work out issues with orders to our satisfaction. The ambiance is typical fast food environments with hard chairs and small tables. But it is comfortable since the tables have room around them. read more

I should not be even surprise to see this low scored reviews on here after todays visit at 2:30 pm. No juices at all by the pop machine, no cups except large, no lids at all, tables are not cleaned, and here's the worst part...broccoli cheese soup was room temp. I ordered on my phone infront of the pick up counter so I did not let the soup sit there at all for it to be not hot. Aren't soup suppose to be hot? Why wouldn't you nuke it for customers to pick up? I was gonna try to just finish it the way it is but after 3 spoonful, I could not eat the baguette with that room temperature soup! (I did ask them to reheat it for me.) Had a great experience today with curb-side pickup. The manager personally came out to deliver our food and he was incredibly friendly and nice. We had our dog in the car and he went on and on about how much he liked him. The last time the employees were unfriendly, so for me, this experience was definitely worth an extra couple star bump-up from my last review! read more

I come to this Panera quite often and they have tons of tables and booths but they are never cleaned or wiped down. There is always crumbs or whatever else on the tables. I do love Panera for breakfast or lunch - I do wish they served breakfast all day or extended their breakfast hours. I love their cinnamon crunch bagel with honey roasted cream cheese and the sausage or bacon breakfast sandwiches. For lunch - I love the you pick two option! I love their broccoli cheddar and chicken wild rice soup, the green goddess Cobb salad and the avocado turkey BLT sandwich. You can never go wrong at Panera! read more

Usually the food is good, but I have found off prime hours, quality drops. We came in after 9, and we were served cold soup. Not lukewarm. Cold. We returned it to the counter and it was obvious it was microwaved. I spent this morning sick. Pretty certain it was the food. They are dropping quickly on my go to list. Accessible parking is an issue so going during prime hours is very complicated. There is one spot with stripes. So if you use a mobility device you will likely need to do take out, with someone to go get it. read more

Have eaten here many times over the years as well as carry out. Patio is great in good weather. Sweet rolls and souffles, are the breakfast bomb! Sandwiches galore - you'll have plenty of choices including cafe style and paninis. Fresh pastries, baguettes, rolls, loaves are all available for take out as well as the breakfast items and sandwiches. Service is great, bathrooms are clean as is the restaurant. Since this is one of the healthier options in the area, I give this location a chance every few months. It might be the worst Panera I have encountered. I'm regularly disappointed with the employees lack of knowledge of the menu. Mainly because I end up with the wrong order or substitutes. One time I tried to order the Baja grain bowl without dairy and was told they would not alter the item. Management was rude and unwilling to accommodate the dietary restriction, despite the fact they had previously accommodated. Not to mention, every other location has altered the bowl. Today, I was able to order the Baja without dairy--but when I asked for extra avocado and salsa verde, I received the regular amount. (Plus, the avocado was hard.) read more

This morning I stood there five minutes while my sandwich got cold on the back counter...time I should have been going on to work...while the manager and the assembly person debated about cranberries for some catering order. This is the sandwich I received...sloppy, soggy, messy. A $7+ breakfast. There are only like two employees here who care about customers. I used to not be into this place. I never really had a reason, but I've been going here more and I gotta say, it's pretty rad. Their jalapeño bagels are God. You gotta get the sun-dried tomato cream cheese with it though. Otherwise, don't bother. They have free wi-fi so if you wanna look like a self-important dxck, you can bring your computer and get crumbs all over it while you cruise Facebook. I went through the drive thru and ordered the Mediterranean sandwich & Mediterranean salad with the side of french bread that comes with. I get home (I live 10 minutes away) and pull out the sandwich & it is too soggy to hold. I touch the bread & it turns into mush! Not sure how that happens in only 10 minutes. & the tomatoes looked like they had been sitting out for hours! Gross! Gave up on that. So I reach in the bag for a napkin and there are none. Great! But there are 3 forks! Just what I need for my ONE salad. I pull out the salad & veggies look fine but they gave me enough salad dressing for maybe 4 pieces of lettuce!
