The staff is great, the ambiance is ok but the food makes up for it. I wanted a Philly chicken but they didn't have it but made up for it with their fish. I also had a fried bologna sandwich with fries the last time I visited. The prices are more than fair and everyone seems so cool. It's a little off of the beaten path, but that's one of the best things about it. The staff is on point. The service is quick. The drinks are great. And the food will have you coming back.

I've had bison burgers at other restaurants and enjoyed them so thought this would be a good lunch bet. I know I got my order because it had my name on it. The salad was great, fresh with good toppings and a tasty balsamic. The burger was separate in its own container and looked great until I cut into it. For starters, it was red raw in the center, not a nice rare burger. It was raw. The meat looked odd, too, but I thought I'd eat around the edges and make the best of it. Except it was really weird. It felt like a Frankenburger - bison mixed up with something else (quinoa?) AND as I got into it further what looked like cherries or cranberries. I ended up dissecting this disgusting mush because I couldn't even eat the edges. Honestly I think someone messed up the order, but I can't imagine anything like this being on the menu or allowed out of the kitchen. I took pictures of the dissection - it was after our meeting so doesn't look as raw as it arrived. Not something I would try again and the kitchen needs some quality control.

We ordered both a savory and a sweet dish, the Eggs Benedict with Salmon and the Mini Soufflé Pancakes. One thing to note. Their website mentions that the combo set is available all day but this particular location doesn't offer it. We really enjoyed the Eggs Benedict. You can choose either a croffle or sweet toast and we went with the sweet toast which was delicious. I also loved the dressing they used on the salad. (I was disappointed to later find out that they actually sell the dressing!) The soufflé pancakes, however, were a bit of a mixed experience for us. We chose the mini version so we could try four different flavors: blueberry cheese, tiramisu, matcha tiramisu, and strawberry cream. In the end, we were actually glad we ordered the minis instead of a full-size pancake with just one flavor. Out of the four, the blueberry cheese was our favorite. The tiramisu flavors didn't really taste much like tiramisu to us and the strawberry cream topping was fairly simple as well. The pancakes themselves were also a little drier than we expected. I also ordered a matcha latte but unfortunately, it wasn't my favorite. It tasted a bit watery and didn't have a good matcha flavor. Overall, it ended up being a hit-or-miss experience for us but we still thought it was a fun and unique concept to try.

When I arrived , I was very lucky to get the last spot . However , I noticed other patrons were parking next to the Root Canal office . I feel like the quality and consistency is better here than Chipotle or Gusto (at least the one I tried). I haven't tried all the other salad/bowl places nearby yet, but I do enjoy the freshness of the ingredients and options here. Their green goddess ranch is good (I haven't liked it at other places).
