I spoke with the manager and he said to come back in two weeks and they will switch to the summer menu and that it contains his favorite pasta dish. We started talking about the Pasta Alla Norcinia and I told him my relatives are from Norcia Umbria and that I've made it several times. I told him I use Italian sausage and the manager said that the chef uses actual wild boar sausage. He said the chef has amazing connections for ingredients like this. They also have a full time pastry chef on staff and all their deserts are home made. I told him word for word every ingredient that I wanted on my sub and he even reread it back to me. He asked if I wanted lettuce tomatoes and mayo I said no. Then I get back to my dorm and see two ingredients I ordered were NOT on my sub and 3 ingredients I did NOT order were on my sub. I called the phone and was handed to a manger. He was very rude, told me I'd get a refund within 3-4 business days, and told me to have a better day and hung up the phone on me. It has now been a week and I have still NOT RECEIVED my refund.
