    Chicken Noodle Soup!!
    Jason T.

I went to Panara Bread Expecting it to be okay. But this was the best chicken noodle soup I ever had!! It was really hot and had an amazing flavor!! Highly recomend .

Accuracy matters but no manager signature. But when you call them she states she did it. Never again.

worst service ever. manager does not do her job. very expensive to order and she states she is responsible to sign off on orders but nothing on receipt. my order is missing items every time. no longer will I order from this business.

    Cobb salad missing the greens...

Frustrated doesn't begin to describe how I feel after my experience I just had with this restaurant. We took them up on the "free delivery" special on their website. Well that was a farce. They up charged the cost of the food and added a "convenience fee". Oh well, still gotta eat, so we ordered. When our food finally showed up, not only was the Flatbread pizza I ordered missing, but I kid you not... my wife's cob salad came WITHOUT LETTUCE. I called the store, but after like 5 tries, no one ever picked up.

    The worst sandwich ever

$17 for a lack luster half of sandwich a bowl of soup. I ordered the French onion bowl of soup with the turkey avocado BLT. The turkey was dry and flavorless. They put 3 tiny pieces of limp undercooked bacon on it. They put way too much mayo and lettuce on it, oh and they forgot the avocado. Hands down the worst sandwich I've ever had. There was very little flavor. My fiancé order the cup of French onion soup and the chipotle chicken avocado melt she said it was also dry and had very little flavor oh and they also forgot her avocado. The soup was decent but far from the best.

The garbage had not been emptied and dirty dishes not picked up.

First when we went to order on the counter the girl who took care of us whispered so low we couldn't hear her. Once she placed our order the total was $42.28 I handed her a $50 bill and said I have the change but she punched in the $50 then took the change and proceeded to hand me back $8 and 72 cents I said no you owe me $9 she had to call manager over to get me the correct change. Then when we got our order instead of the pick 2 combos she punched in a full salad. Service here is poor. Tables were sticky we had to wipe them down before we sat. Food was usual Panera food just OK

Awful service, awful food. When we went to place our order the guy behind the register was so quiet we could barely hear him. Our food was awful so we sent it back and the picture below is our "fixed" order, disgusting.

Wtf??? You didnt even cut it in half... where has quality gone... ???

Lindsey and Nickels were a great team behind the bar, providing excellent service! I had a Bloody Mary and when I said I wish it was a little spicy, Nickels quickly produced a jalepeno. The wife had a Mimosa flight. She really enjoyed it, as it gave her a nice variety. I did the Shakshuka and it was a little unusual as it was served on grits. I really enjoyed it. Wife's omlette was good.

Our must-order starters are the fried Brussels sprouts and the pimento cheese and chip dip. Wish there was more consistency in the tortilla chips as the restaurant made ones with honey dusting are superior to their store bought version. For mains, the smothered chicken is the standout. We much prefer it over the bone-in fried chicken--the pieces are juicier and more flavorful compared to the fried large bone-in chicken breast, which can be a bit less exciting. Go for the hot honey bird if you want a kick. The biscuits are a bit dry and A-OK - the butter and jam makes it taste better. If you're in the mood for something sweet with cinnamon and fall/winter spices, then sweet potato pancakes is a good option. The best value is coming during happy hour, though the offerings change periodically, so it's worth checking what's available. The restaurant is located right in the heart of Market Common, with free street parking and nearby lots, making it an easy and enjoyable stop overall.
