The two women must have been there well before us. Then the shift manager went to the kitchen and we watch as he prepared the order that were for his friends whom order after us. As soon as we get our food, we notice that our order is messed up and we didn't even receive the toasted bagel that we ordered and paid for. I order the same salad EVERY day for lunch at least 5 days a week. The staff here is mediocre at best. They should ask you for your Panera number when you order, because they don't and when you get to the pickup window they will tell you it's too late to do it then. I usually love this place but I received horrible food this time. I ordered at 8:20 PM and ordered a green goddess cob salad with a steak sandwich and I ordered my friend the same thing. 1. My salad had ONLY lettuce. No pickled onions, no arugula, kale or anything besides chicken and lettuce. 2. The avocado i added that was EXTRA on my sandwich, was horrible. It was brownish red and tasted completely disgusting. 3. There was absolutely no bread left so i ended up having to get chips when I don't eat chips. I love this place but just because you are closing in 40 min doesn't mean the customers should get horrible food and missing food especially when they pay for extra for it. I love panera bread but this experience was just awful. First off, all of the booths were dirty with dishes and crumbs while 2 employees were just sitting down at another table on their phones. Second, the cashier did not give us a pager and told us that they would call our names when our food was ready. This never happened. After not being told my food was ready and it just sitting there, our meal was rushed because we went there before we had to work.
