    Broccoli cheddar Mac n cheese
    Bluee S.

Ok I have never left a review of anything before but this is ridiculous. This broccoli and cheddar Mac n cheese was $6.37 as part of the pick 2 "deal". That's $1 per bite!

This is the worst Panera I have ever been to. I was meet with rude employees with attitude, and our food coming out cold. The portions are also ridiculously small for panera. Don't even get me started on the bathroom, DISGUSTING.

This is reality - the Pepperoni Mozzarella Melt - hardly any pepperoni or mozzarella. SO DISAPPOINTED. What a rip off.

Tried the Pepperoni Mozzarella Melt - HUGE LET DOWN. Hardly any pepperoni or mozzarella. $10 for a hunk of bread. Check out my picture. Used to really like Panera but hardly ever go anymore and this meal will make that trend continue. Plus they don't have Coca-Cola. Never have, probably never will. This was at the Pittsfield MA store.

They gave us our food to go when we asked to dine in and wouldn't make smoothies. Food was honestly mid and the ice didn't work. Vacuum running the whole time. Just overall sucked. It was 9:00 and they were closing up when they are open until 10.

There was bread crumbs IN MY BREAD BOWL! This is unbelievable I ended up eating it anyways and it was still delicious. Good job Panera.

Recently I walked into this Panera and walked right back out. Not one employee, including food preparers, wore a mask.

One grew up nearby and stops at Haven on every visit home. My other friend's mom has a summer house in the vicinity so my buddy comes all the time also. I'd been warned about lines out the door, which held true, but it wasn't obscene and moved fairly quickly. The restaurant is super cute and the staff was nice also and let me move around after I was settled initially when I ran into friends from home who were also there for a Tanglewood pickup. I ordered a Veggie Benedict which was fantastic - asparagus, mushrooms and red pepper with the poached eggs and hollandaise sauce. So good. I also grabbed a Haven Oat Bar to go - its apricot, chocolate and ginger were amazing together. Wonderful restaurant. So good.

You can also sit outside Order, pay, get your number and sit down. We had the special which was a sweet potato chorizo hash with poached eggs and hollandaise - honestly the chorizo lacked flavor and was not spicy enough to counteract the sweetness of the potatoes. We also had the huevos rancheros which were sublime. Nicely spiced black bean/chili sat atop a corn tortilla, eggs, avocado sour cream ..etc. Also had the famous morning glory muffin - two cappuccinos. It's pricey but worth it! We will be back

It was all edible, but there were problems with every single thing we ordered. We started with the marinated mushroom & sausage flatbread: one of the better items and fairly tasty with a tomato sauce base, could have used a tart element like a balsamic drizzle to wake it up a bit. My husband got the Korean bbq burger, which at $27 was honestly a bit insane and doubly so when it wasn't good. There's not a single thing that was wrong, the whole conception is an epic fail. A beef burger should not have an intense taste of soy. Sorry, harsh but true. The exorbitant price is insult to injury. The ham and cheese croquettes should never have been offered with the cinnamon sugar dusting. Another bizarre pairing that makes no sense in your mouth and adds nothing. The dijonnaise was good if a bit mild... amp up the savory flavor and put more ham in the mix with a touch more salt please. Finally, the Public Salad was a good base but needs a bit of a vinegar component to make it sing. I'd recommend red wine vinegar, just a small splash in the dressing. Overall enjoyed it and the chicken was adequately moist. Thank you for having us.

I picked up some Tates cookies and bananas to round out the meal and I have to say this was so incredibly enjoyable! We have rarely gone to Guidos in the past however recently I went to see if I could pick up a Berkshire food item to bring as a hostess gift and the person who helped me was incredibly knowledgable and went out of her way to find what I was looking for. The checkout people are so nice and friendly. The only two drawbacks and what is making this a four star rating rather than a five: the prices ($$$$$) and the crowded parking lot.

On a recent trip to the Berkshires, we were on the hunt for Greek eggs, but the only good search…read morehit nearby didn't have Greek eggs, but did sound like a good option. (Hit on "Greek" because of the lunch options and "eggs" for the breakfast.) After a brief wait, we were seated along with what seemed to be mostly be well known regulars. The Sunday specials looked really good, and I really had to make a tough choice. I'm a sucker for house made corned beef hash, but when I saw Eggs Electra, I had to try it (always try something different). I mean, thin slices of lamb and tomato, a homemade "feta biscuit" (what was that anyway?), and hollandaise - had to try it. The feta biscuit was the star of the show. Apparently grill-toasted, crispy on the top and biscuit-crumbly, it was loaded with flavor. I could eat one of those every day and be very happy. The lamb slices (~4-5 layers) were thin and just enough for the combination. Of the two eggs, one was a over cooked (tiny pocket of runny yolk, but mostly hard cooked) and the other was perfect. The hollandaise was smooth and looked good, but lacking in flavor. More lemon would help a lot - maybe order with a request until a couple lemon wedges. It's a lot of food, possibly a good thing to split (and get a side of the corned beef hash?). My wife had the traditional eggs Benedict and had the same egg issue (one hard, one perfect) and the same comment about the hollandaise. Because hers was just on an English muffin, she didn't have the extra flavor, and said it was "OK." That's a limited sampling, and I'd probably give it another evaluation if I'm in the area again. The 4+ rating is fair, so see what you think.
