I know that the website says everything is made to order and takes a while but this seemed like way too long. Then when it arrived the lasagne that my husband had was very dark on top as if it was burned - like it had been reheated under a burner. My eggplant lasagne was delicious. No complaints there. It's a standard 6oz pre-form that they call "smash" as an excuse to put a steak weight on it and cook it beyond recognition. The brioche bun is "fake brioche." Has the outer look, but is super dry and tasteless. The irony was I ordered and paid for a side salad. It came in a tiny soup cup and in it had the shredded lettuce and pico I would expect on the nachos. Just really was hopeful. I could see a good vibe at times in there if you're under 25yrs old. Otherwise, the atmosphere offered little to off-set the meal.
