Came here for a large birthday dinner at like 430 on a weekday and it was a ghost town so we had plenty of open seating. Most of everyone orders were correct and everyone enjoyed their food. The portions were big on the salads and on the sandwiches. The strawberry poppyseed chicken salad was loaded and delicious with tons of fruit could've used a little bit more poppyseed. The cheesesteak was loaded with extra veggies, so that was excellent. The smoothie someone ordered was too yogurty & the staff was so friendly they let her change to a frozen strawberry lemonade. Much better. They were accurate & fast. A stark difference from our Macaroni Grill visit a few days ago w/ lousy food that's way overpriced & sloooow service. So I really like the breakfast wraps at Panera. I order it without the egg cause I don't like folded over eggs. The only other issue I have is that the bacon is never cooked crispy. I always end up taking it off and nuking it. I do enjoy that you can customize this to delete or add whatever you want. I highly recommend that you customize through the app. While the staff doesn't have a problem with the customization, other patrons can get weird. read more

I ordered sandwiches several times and requested and paid for extra avocado at $1.39 extra charge. Several times, no "extra" avocados were added and in one instance, no avocado was added at all. My husband dropped me off at this location for the No Kings protest happening on Lorain road. The manager was incredibly rude. She told us we couldn't park there, which is fine... because we knew that and we weren't parking there. That's why I was being dropped off. I tried telling her that and she kept cutting me off. My husband was planning on going thru the drive thru to pick up our daughter a treat, but he didn't and we won't be back to this location again. Unfortunate bc we live in town. I was given the wrong sandwich but decided to try it anyway. The egg on it was like rubber, and I couldn't even chew it. I ended up throwing the whole thing away. I asked for a fruit cup and told them I would pay the extra charge, but they gave me chips. Family meals! I love Panera but feel like their prices are outrageous even for healthy eating standards. For lunch it would normally cost me $12 to $15 for take out. NEVER GO HERE! Waited for an extremely long time! At least 12 people were waiting for their order with us. No one making the food knew how to make the food or smoothies. I have never experienced slow service like this ever. It took over 45 minutes to ATTEMPT to get our food from the time we ordered. All the customers were getting upset due to the long wait. We could see all the orders on the screen going through the que and all the "shorter orders" were going through before ours. We spoke to the manager and he said "it would take another 10 minutes for our food". We asked for our money back but they, including the manager, had no idea how to to this simple task. It seemed as if the manager was the only person working. The cashier was looking around like she was on drugs. People putting the food together were clueless. Love the bread and bagels. Normally pretty happy with Panera, but this last time went through drive thru and grabbed the strawberry caprese salad. Got home and the salad was literally 95% lettuce, 4% tomatoes and 1% mozzarella. 3 bites of mozzarella to be exact. Very disappointed. The service was great and my bread was tasty. I go here for lunch almost 3 times a week, I've dined in and drove thru they always get my order right when I drive in and that's almost impossible now with a lot of fast food places. I always get the cinnamon crunch and French toast bagels they are never hard or stale. The salads are nice and green I don't see bad lettuce which is also near impossible with fast food salads. The North Ridgeville OH is pretty incompetent. We ordered a turkey avocado BLT, and they forgot the avocado. So we went back in and asked for them to just give us a little avocado but they made the entire sandwich over again. Unfortunately it also had no avocado. So we tried to go in a third time but they locked the doors because it was past closing time. A phone call resulted in my speaking to two different people, and they eventually made the sandwich AGAIN. We specifically said all we needed was a little cup with sliced avocado in it. The sign when ordering shows an asiago bagel with egg & sausage along with hazelnut coffee. If I recall it says its the big bagel breakfast. I don't frequent Panera often. I ordered that. We are busy, working eves, weekends, days. Rarely have time to cook. Since Panera opened in North Ridgeville we have been regulars. At least 3 times per week. Over the past couple months the quality of food and service has declined. At least 4 times they have given us stale bread ( especially their flat bread is terrible) cabata bread bad. I ordered the Vegan Broth bowl and they put eggs in it. Several orders have been wrong. I usually call and explain the problem especially with the stale bread. They say they will tell the team not to use it but they continue to use it. I mean it is called Panera Bread. Should t they have good bread? They are fine with replacing it next time I come in but I'm sick of having ruined meals. And not to mention the ridiculous prices. We are finally done with the North Ridgeville Panera. If you are in a hurry, or need to be on time, do not pick this establishment. I waited a solid 25 minutes to get my order, missing a sandwich and a large macaroni and cheese. We usually order online and pick up in store and drink the coffee / tea there. We went there only twice since it is the closest one to where we live. Both times we could feel racism and coldness in the treatment. The second time we went there, which was yesterday, the tea I ordered was already made. But I ordered ginger peach tea and I was given Earl Grey tea, that too in boiling temperature. They didn't have any milk to add. I burnt my throat in the first sip. Had to put ice cubes in it to drink it. Will never go there again. read more

This Panera is the perfect place for a business meeting. I liked that the tables were far enough apart to have a private meeting. They also have free wi-fi, plenty of plugs, and don't hassel you for staying around after your cup of coffee.
