1/2 portion of Panera's Greek salad

So I really like the breakfast wraps at Panera. I order it without the egg cause I don't like folded over eggs. The only other issue I have is that the bacon is never cooked crispy. I always end up taking it off and nuking it. I do enjoy that you can customize this to delete or add whatever you want. I highly recommend that you customize through the app. While the staff doesn't have a problem with the customization, other patrons can get weird.

Ham & Cheese on a Everything Bagel

Panera Bread - ugh I always forget this is my go to bagel place, not so much my sandwich and soup stop, but I do land here from time to time but I usually leave with the same disappointment every single time. It's not so much the food as it is their failure to execute the entire experience. This restaurant is beautiful, spacious and the staff is super friendly, but the food was poorly prepared and incorrect, reeking a lack of training and poor management. Wild Rice Cream of Chicken Soup - served cold, very pasty Hot Ham and Cheese on a Toasted Everything Bagel - served cold deli style with lettuce, tomato and mayo on a cold tough bagel Very disappointing - I do like the grab a pager and we'll bring the food to your table...

    Three sandwiches. Kinda ridiculous.

Their menu is pretty big, so good luck picking from everything because they are all good! They have breakfast, lunch, dinner, & dessert - coffees, drinks, pastries, gelato, salads, pastas, subs, etc!!!! The owner (I believe his name is Benny) makes all the food. Homemade noodles & all!! His mother even roasts the coffee beans herself in Italy and sends them over to him here!!!! (No I'm not kidding) .... To make it even better his wife bakes all the delicious AND BEAUTIFUL treats on display!! - they truly LOVE what they do here!! Me and my dad split the Italian sub & the pasta bolognese ...... and WOW!!! Phenomenal... seriously both dishes were so good we cleaned both plates!!!!! We got a little cheese cake to split a many pastries to enjoy at home... even two days later the pasteurized were delicious!! I seriously cannot wait to come back here and enjoy another meals! Lovely people doing what they love and truly putting their all in their food is what this place is. Truly a gem to the west side of Cleveland! I hope they get the recognition they deserve soon!!! 10/10 recommend coming here, you won't be disappointed!!!

Liked the lunch I had there so much I came back for dinner…read more People were friendly and service didn't take long. The place was spacious and clean and looked brand new. Most of the business was takeout, so I was the only one in the dining room. Lunch was the vegetarian combo. Hummus, tabouli, baba ghanoush, stuffed grape leaves, falafel, and tahini with a side of bread. A lot of food for $11! And it was really good. The tabouli tasted fresh and bright. The baba ghanoush was rich and smokey. The hummus was smooth and garlicky but not too. Really liked everything on the plate. Dinner was Sittoo's Combo: shish kabob, kafta kabob, chicken shawarma, falafel, salad, pita bread, and rice with cinnamon. Also a lot of food for the $13. I enjoyed it. I would have enjoyed it more if the meats were left more moist. When the pieces are small they cook fast so it's easy to get them a bit dried out. Will happily go back.

The atmosphere is warm and comfortable without trying too hard. It feels like a place you actually want to sit and stay awhile. The staff is consistently kind and attentive, which makes the whole experience even better. Overall, it's become one of my favorite places in Lorain County so far. Solid food, great energy, and reliable every time.
